I have been using Offutt Collision Repair services for many years. When it comes to collision repair, they are the golden standard. Technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Office staff are very friendly and easy to talk with. Work done has always been outstanding and completed as promised.

Great communication and follow up, Dan went out of his way to take care of me and our family vehicle. My issue was fixed in a timely manner and was done well. Dan worked with my insurance adjuster, making my life easier. Thank you Offutt Collision!

We took our minivan to Offutt Collision Repair for repairs after an accident.The staff is extremely friendly and helpful and they did a great job repairing our vehicle. That said, I do have some concerns about the way our vehicle was handled whilst there:1.) The interior of the vehicle was in spotless condition when we dropped it off (we keep our vehicle pretty clean anyway, but I went through and cleaned and vacuumed and scrubbed everything down until it was immaculate). When we picked it up yesterday, there were muddy footprints, dirt, dust, and debris all over the rear cargo area, the interior floor of the seating area, and on the leather suede rear seats, of all places.2.) When I went to leave and attempted to start my vehicle, I couldn t do so because the ignition switch was missing (it has a push-button ignition). I returned inside and asked them if they knew where my ignition switch was and they were completely confused. One of the guys came out and said he didn t know, and after some digging through the vehicle, my husband found it in the center console. Apparently, someone at OCR had taken it out for some reason or another and didn t bother to put it back in place afterwards.OCR has great customer service and they do great repair work, but I found the fact that they didn t replace my ignition switch and left my immaculately clean vehicle filthy really unprofessional.

I was extremely happy with the service here, quality of repair and friendly staff. I was updated daily by text as to process of repairs and vehicle done a week prior to estimated date and looks like new. I am highly satisfied with Offut Collision repair.

I was involved in an accident and had taken my truck down to their location to have an estimate done on it to get my truck repaired.They came back and said my truck was totaled.And that I had a half an hour to get my personal belongings out of my own truck that still belonged to me.They even put my truck in the middle of other cars of their lot that is fenced in behind their building. Offutt collision new what they had when it came to my truck. In the diesel world we call it bulletproofing your diesel engine. And offutt collision repair new it.Thank God I had a friend who owns a towing company. I had my truck pulled out of there as soon as I. They wanted that truck and they wanted that truck bad. Today I'm still driving my truck it was never totaled. I had taken it to another shop and they fixed it with no problems.I will never take my truck or any of my vehicles to Offutt collision repair ever again.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Joe helped me install my license plate after I broke the plastic screw and couldn t take it out. I went to dealership first and they try to charge me over $150. So I declined and came to Offcut Collision Repair afte reading Google reviews. Joe spent few minutes to solve my problems. I asked Joe how much should I pay him? He said it s free man you happy I am happy I even tried to get him a nice lunch but he politely declined and told me don t worry about it. Excellent job and excellent customer service by Joe. I will definitely bring my business here from now on. Thank you very much! Your kindness made my day!

Someone hit my passenger mirror and busted it up pretty good. Came in for a quote for insurance. They Held my part for a few months due too a little confusion on when it would arrive. It arrived much faster than expected. Once I was available, I was immediately scheduled same day.. Also had a few scratches on the driver side door. Completely separate issue. Asked for them to take a look. They buffed everything out at no extra charge. Great work and service. Exceeded my expectations.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I hit a deer on a highway and ended up with (minor) front end damage to my Subaru. My insurance company recommended OCR and I m glad they did!! Very friendly staff, informed me every step of my car s repair process (via text and call) and made sure I had a rental car lined up for me while my car was getting fixed. When I got my car back it looked brand new, I couldn t even tell I had a bashed front end at one point! The outside and inside of my car was returned spotless! Totally impressed and will come back if I need any more car body repair done. Thanks OCR!

From beginning to end they were professional, kind and helpful. They handled everything with the other driver's insurance company as far as payment/rental, they did a great job on the repairs and detailed my vehicle when they were done. A gentleman walked out with me when I picked up my vehicle and explained what they did, he even offered to help with my toddler's carseat. They updated me every few days by text or phone on the status of repairs and they even finished a few days earlier than they originally said which was great!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Came in for an estimate and was told it would take a week just to look at the vehicle. When I went to leave they chased after me to get the estimate. They took pictures of the vehicle and said I could wait in the lobby for the estimate. After 20 minutes of waiting, he said he couldnt finish it right now and would have it done by that afternoon. I called the following week and they said again the estimate would be done that afternoon. It's now 3 weeks later and I have not heard from them. Disappointed in the lack of respect they have for costumers.

After initially getting a ridiculously overpriced estimate at a different body shop at $1500, I decided to come to Offutt Collision. They saved me about $1400 dollars by simply fixing my door frame on my misaligned door rather than overcharging me for unnecessary components. Very thankful for their honest work.

Offutt Collision did an amazing job on my vehicle. They made it look brand new without a trace of any bodywork having been done!! They were professional, warm, and friendly. The estimate they gave me was exactly what I ended up paying. Olivia kindly kept me updated with the stages and processes my vehicle was going through, and everything was done in the time frame they told me it would be. They even washed my car and cleaned the inside. It was wonderful!!! I have never been to a nicer, friendlier car place of any kind. Their waiting room and atmosphere is so comfortably warm and welcoming!! It is a spot on reflection of the wonderful service they provide!! The personnel here are outstanding! They make sure they are ready for you and your vehicle before you arrive. The updates are awesome and the repairs are out of this world. My truck looks awesome and the shop made sure I knew to return in 60 - 90 days for the reapplication of protective coating. Great follow up also, couldn't be happier.

I dropped my vehicle off here after being hit in a parking lot. They provided an estimate before I left and coordinated a rental car for me to use while it was being worked. They provided text updates as the car was being worked on. When I picked up the car, they walked me through the work they did. I was also pleasantly surprised to find the interior cleaned and vacuumed. I really can t recommend these folks enough. Offutt Collision Repair was great!! I was nervous at first but they took really good care of me and my car. Diego did an awesome job getting my information from the insurer so the repairs could be started and Tiffany did an awesome job keeping in touch with me during the repair process up until it was time for me to come pick up. The car was beautiful when I picked it up (they repaired it specifically to factory standards) and they even cleaned it and vacuumed it for me. I will definitely recommend OCR in the future.
