The workers here are helpful and kind. It's a smaller store but they're happy to order the parts you need. Decent prices too.We stopped to get the stuff to change spark plugs and new wiper blades. Plus dump our used oil.

I don't particularly like using these guys. The customer service was poor. I work at a shop and ordered a small minor part waiting for it to be delivered. I was unaware they didn't have a parts driver and called 39 minutes later only for them to now tell me this. He laughed and it seemed inconsequential to him. This was my time that was wasted. I would've happily picked it up had I known. But I would've not received this part I needed last minute for a customer because of another's poor communication skills. I don't trust them to follow through. Please do better. Your parts are good quality, but I don't want to have to call again to find out something that could've been communicated to me.Edit: I was also charged twice for said part because the gentleman didn't do his diligence and see that I ordered it on our system, so he charged me a second time at the store.Second update: I was supposed to receive a paper copy stating they refunded me for the second charge. Didn't remind them and I have not received that return invoice. The only reason I'll be using them is because it's my last choice to satisfy my customers. Even then, I'd at this point reconsider my options.

They Almost always have what we need for our cars and other equipment and offer helpful advice. No problems recently exchanging a new battery that was not charging.

Tom went above and beyond when I took my 2009 Honda Pilot in a couple weeks ago. He helped me to find the right product needed for my vehicle and gave me insight on the upcoming care needed for it to work best. Tom helped me more than I can express that day. You deserve a raise Tom! Thank you!

Luis was outstanding! I'm a single mom and had twins in the car. I needed to get my codes read really quick but I didn't want to have to get them out the car so I called and asked if someone could come out and he did with no problem! I really appreciate that Luis! Thank you for the great customer service! With everything going on in the world, it's the little things that matters.

The worker I felt was prejudging me I was told if I don't have a receipt to get lost. I've never returned anything from there before. It was less than a week of buying the merchandise. Also they told me that they can look it up oh my account so I wouldn't need a receipt... I just want a company that sticks to what they say.

You better get your savings out because this place is so over priced its scary. Also twice we revived a broken part. I do like some of the staff but I would recommend elsewhere.

I was trying to pickup a fuel filter for my daughter's Cavalier , website stated there were multiple in stock in numerous brands and prices. The girl tells me they have some but only for the SS cavalier! That's when I decided to give up considering they never made an SS cavalier. Poor service!

Won't be back. I've been a loyal customer from the time it was checker auto parts till the merger. Just went to return a core ( which typically takes about 2 minutes) I got there right at 8pm on a Sunday not realizing that is when they close. They chose to tell me that they were closed and could not assist me even though they were doing nothing and clearly hadn't closed their registers. I'm a very busy person who runs an auto shop and I have about 10 minutes of spare time a week and don't really have another time to return for at least a week. Not being able to serve a customer just because the clock just turned 8pm is sad. So much for customer service.

If you want crappy customer service, incompetent people, and your time wasted waiting on the wrong parts, this is your place.With all the combinations of words i gave them to order parts for my vehicle they still got it wrong and i ended up with the wrong air filter and oil filter. When i let them know they were all the wrong parts they said they typed it in wrong, no apology for the inconvenience, and tried to price the actual filter as "special order" $65. I might be a woman but don't try to take advantage of me. Each of them are at most $15.

While they didn't have the exact part I needed they were helpful, kind and knowledgeable. They helped me find the part on the floor, checked to see if another part in back might work for me and gave me ideas on what to do if I couldn't find the part elsewhere. I will definitely return here if I need help again.

Not even worth a star! Had an emergency situation on my ladies vehicle. Brakes went metal to metal with no warning. Not only did she have a warranty but she is also an employee of O'Reillys in Omaha! Both employees on staff, Dorian and another young guy seemed awfully inconvenienced with customer service. There was some issues finding the warranty, then the news that the closest brake pads were in Des Moines. Apparently that was a mistake of some sort, something about part numbers changing. Turned out they did have a set of brake pads in stock, lower quality. That keep in mind when I said this was an emergency, it was an emergency. I knew the brakes were going to go very soon and whenever we pulled into the parking lot, one of the pads fell completely off. I say pads there was nothing left but metal unfortunately. It was obvious that we needed this tended to as soon as possible. It was about 845 whenever she brought out the brake pads that they had in stock. At around 9:55, Dorian comes out insisting upon me somehow producing for brake pads, I suppose I'm going to pull them out of thin air, I'm not sure. He is quite persistence in this, meanwhile he is stopping me from actually completing the task at hand because I'm having to stop to talk to him. On top of that there were three customers inside of the building whenever he came out, it was obvious that they were not going to be closing in the next 5 minutes. I offered to bring the brake pads back to them the next morning, that was not an acceptable solution. He then told my fiance that he was just going to call her boss at the store that she worked at. She and I found a great Amusement in this given that her boss probably would have fully supported them spending an extra 10 minutes so that she could get to work and help O'Reilly conduct their business as usual. They came back out comment they I'm referring to the younger guy who had no name tag at the front counter, and informed her that she could take care of it hurt at her store and handed her the empty box to put the old pads in. About five minutes after that, the employees were still in the building with the open light turned off at this point, my fiance took the brake pads to the door to see if they would go ahead and take them and resolve whatever huge ordeal they were going through in waiting. She was told that she could finish the transaction at the store and what she is employed, apparently something changed and they were actually able to live without these brake pads. these people treat an actual O'Reilly employee in such a manner how do you think if they're going to treat you? This isn't even the full story, I failed to add in on my personal experience whenever I went to go to get a caliper compressor on this same issue. Is saying that either a the employees did not know their own inventory or just wanted to be total jackasses. One thing is for sure, I am not going to be going back to this place again, the customer service sucked. The employees sucked. I'm sure if one of those guys reads this, they will cheer, the sheer fact of them knowing that we will not be back to that store. However the stockholders on the other hand, who owned the store, might not be so pleased.

About 2-3 months ago, I started having issues with my 2018 Nissan Altima where it would have trouble starting. I cleaned the battery cleaned and tested at a mechanic shop and that didn't seem to fix the issue. I finally did some research and it appeared to be a fairly common issue among Nissan's. After looking up some videos and forums online, I found out that it was most likely my brake switch.I had O'Reilly's look up my vehicle specs and ordered a part and it was scheduled to deliver the next morning. After attempting to install the part, it became very clear that it was the incorrect part. The connection on the end was a complete smaller size and was missing another key element. I was able to return the item just fine, however, it was a little irritating when I found out I could have just ordered it online via RockAuto for way cheaper.

I went in to get oil and a filter for my car. The guy at the front desk was friendly, helpful, looked up my car's info, told me about deals, and even got my filter while I got the oil. Will always trust O'Reilly's to be too notch.

The folks at this O'Reillys are amazing! The morning guy hooked me up with the part that nobody else had and he was more than willing to help me and I can't say thank you enough for it. You guys rock!

Great staff and super helpful! If you need parts held, you can give them a call. I always look for the part number(s) online so it's easier for them to locate said parts.
