This NAPA is getting pretty bad. Their parts are the most expensive generally. Their store hours are the shortest. They don t document your purchases, so you have to hang on to your receipts and the receipt paper is slick and the print easily disappears, similar to most places now days. Every other auto parts store tracks your purchases. If you do have the receipt, good luck deciphering what part it is, its in some sort of code. If the part purchased is an alternator, print out the whole word alternator on the receipt. Generally long lines here as only one person usually working.

Average retailer based on my recent/last visit; CSRs scurrying around bypassed customers; lone, poor CSR handling caller but acknowledged me only to inform me they don't read codes since pandemic (made sense). They're more than happy to sell me a code reader - HARD pass.

Easy to get what I needed. The lady behind the resister was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I was asking for. Had the part I needed and was on my way in just a few minutes.

I came right in they looked up the model of my car and helped me get the right size windshield wipers. Service was great he explained the difference in blades so I could make right choice for me. I skipped on the cheap wipers! After he came right out and installed them. So nice!! Will be coming back.

I needed my key fob batteries changed out. Robert was excellent! Very friendly and changed them out for me with no problem! Great place to go when you need help. They are more then willing to take care of you. Thank you Robert!

Napa seems to have a bit more in stock locally than some of the other options.

Be prepared to wait. I stopped going to the Napa on Cornhusker by Menards because the employees were always busy doing other things rather than helping the guests at the counter. I stick to the Plattsmouth Branch on Main st. The owner is always willing to find what you need and order it.

Salesman neglected to tell me that if an item is on sale that you don't get the AAA discount. Fine, I needed the windshield wipers anyway BUT he shouldn't have even asked me for my AAA card and even entered the card number. HELLO!

Napa Auto parts was Awesome!! I thought I had a Nappa battery and was going to swap it out as I only got it 2 years ago and its warranted for 5 years, but when the gentleman went to look under my hood he saw it was an interstate battery...he still took his battery tester and tested the battery and said it was good and would be fine for winter and it also had a 5 year warranty and if it didn't work the phone number was on the battery to call interstate to swap out the battery for free before 5 years were up if it died or anything went wrong with it..So he was amazing..the shop is easy to see, it right off Cornhusker road...and I was waited on right away. No line...so it was a great experience thanks to the man who helped me...and Napa of course...

Was VERY happy with the customer service and mechanic service I received from Zach, the Assistant Manager! Went in with a dead battery........he found one for me, installed it and then suggested we replace our wiper blades before winter hits here in Nebraska! I said "I'm so glad you mentioned that because we say they need replacing every time it rains, and then we forget!" So took his suggestion on new wiper blades & he put those on too! He was very personable, professional and really seemed to know what he was doing! I asked if I could tip him - and his reply was "no, we are not allowed to accept tips." I told him I would just send more people his way!!! Thanks Zach....and thanks NAPA Auto Parts, Bellevue, NE!

I spoke to mike today and not only was he knowledgeable, but he was nice and friendly. He helped me look for the part I needed and when I showed up he had it ready.Because of mike g. Napa auto parts have made a customer for life.

They were unable to help me, but at least sent me to the mechanic up the street. I would rate it higher if the customer service was better. They basically made fun of me and shamed me for plugging a coffee pot into my cigarette lighter. They said I "should have known better" and "that's a good way to blow a fuse".... well why would I even second guess it, when it has that kind of plug? It was literally made to be plugged into a car. I'd recommend O'Reillys right up the road. As for napa, be more kind to your customers if you want higher reviews.

Bad business. Needed a tail light bulb, my body shop is replacing whole tail ass'y in a couple days, just needed to be legal until then. The store mgr very slyly walks past the cheaper lamps and straight to the expensive long life double carded lamps. Then he ignores my military ID. I'm out $7 for a $2 bulb. Don't know where I'll go for my restoral project coming up but I know where I'll never do business again. You just don't treat people that way, your extra $5 profit today will cost you at least 15-20 grand in the near future.UPDATE: You can catch me in the parking lot at Advance Auto where I'm getting local supplies for my resto-mod. I've only dropped about 6 Grand there so far plus online shopping but the project is far from finished. Really enjoying their discounts and friendly service. BBQ food truck is nice too.

Very auto parts store.Very helpful friendly staff, good selection, and fair pricesEasy to get to this store, just off of Cornhusker and Hwy 75.If you need help with auto parts or auto repair, I highly recommend you give the NAPA on Cornhusker a try.

Complete morons sold me the wrong brake caliper for my truck took it back and they didn't even stock a brake caliper with bracket in any store within 250 miles when the other three auto parts stores in town all had it in stock. Won't be returning anytime soon also very overpriced compared to autozone.

I found myself out of my home town and in need of an oil filler cap for my 2013 Equinox on Memorial Day. I called O'Reilly's and AutoZone and neither had one on hand, saying they were a special order item. Well, this NAPA had the part I needed.The staff, particularly Amber, was very friendly and helpful.

I bought an expensive headlight bulb from them and when it didn't work and I tried to return it they said it didn't come from where their store. Where else would I have gotten it? Unbelievable, got ripped off for 140 dollars

Had a dead battery, Lonnie checked it and told us the alternator was dead. Lonnie went above and beyond and at closing time. I normally get parts there, guarantee it will be the ONLY place I go for parts. Huge thank you to Lonnie!
