Absolutely love Midlands Auto Repair. Ryan is absolutely the best. Always friendly and honest!We had to have some more work done on our car, Pete was absolutely courteous and friendly. Our car was fixed in the same day and much cheaper than we thought it would be. They truly are an amazing company!

Always honest. I walk out paying less then when I walk in expecting to pay for my repairs. Can't say enough about Ryan and this repair shop. My daughter travels 100 miles to get work done here because they are up front, fast and honest to a fault.

Had a great experience with Midlands Auto. They provided a detailed explanation of repairs that were needed along with pricing. I want to specifically mention Ryan because he delivered perfect customer service each time we spoke.

I can not thank them enough.The best experience I've had in a long time. Ryan,in my opinion, went above and beyond to help get a failed strut assembly replaced that the original shop denied was the issue for almost a year. Thank you Ryan and Midlands for your Honesty and Integrity, it truly does go a long way!!

These guys are awesome, they work with me on making sure I get my car back the same day I take it in because it's the only vehicle I have for me and my kids. I have to bring it back to them next because of the oil pressure sensor again but I think it's more then just that now.

Higher priced, and you still get a bill for a quote. Professionally billing for a quote 'not a multpoint inspection service' is a bad practice in my opinion. If the rate per hr wasn't already so high I could understand,

Midlands is an honest place to do business. I made an appointment with Ryan for an oil change and coolant flush on my BMW. Pricing is very fair. After speaking with him and asking vehicle specific questions, I was comfortable bringing it into them. Unfortunately the coolant in the car was different from what is spec and what I requested to be put in after the flush was completed, due to previous owner/service facility. Midlands drained as much of the old fluid out and replaced it with the new. At that point they decided not to do the flush. Unfortunately I wasn't called and told about it and found out when I came to pick up my car just before closing. They told me to drive it a couple of days and schedule an appointment for the following week so the little bit of coolant they couldn't get out when draining would combine with the new fluid. On that next appointment they wanted to flush it twice to be sure everything would be expelled, which I understood. The only concerns are not being notified upfront. (I do understand because they were busy. However, I did call a couple of hours before picking it up and felt I could have been made aware.) The second being the cost involved with flushing it twice. I definitely feel they are entitled to make money and their prices are very fair. I just felt a little blindsided when coming in to pick it up and then being told of a cost increase if I want the service I initially brought it in for because of unforeseen circumstances. They still deserve 5 stars because they're prices are good and they did what they told me, just a little late on telling me what they didn't do and why, along with the fact it was going to be significantly more money. It is what it is. ThanksNext visit in February 2024:Came in again and Ryan and everyone at Midlands is very polite and professional. They are a class act and I highly recommend them for any service needs you may have. Thank you so much and I will see you next time around.

Ryan runs a great shop with great mechanics. Very friendly staff and very helpful. Got my vehicle done in a timely manner and didn't break the bank. Will continue to go here

Had a battery that died in the extreme cold in January. Tried to get it in to get looked at by beardmore who wouldn't even talk to me about an appointment.Had it jumped and took it to a parts store who refused to touch it due to proximity to the CPU.The folks at Midland came out, jumped it again, had me follow them to the shop, got me right in, and fixed my issues, no fuss, no muss.I'll turn to them from here on out.

they were right on with $ quotes for the tasks performed. Although on the costly side , still a good value for the buck.. for the attention to detail, and the fact that they give you options for everything from the cheapest to middle of the road all the way up to the most costly. with a knowledgeable opinion and critique for each possibility of your vehicles needs. they are awesome.

After a friend recommended Midlands Auto Repair, in Bellevue, they have been my go to auto repair shop for the last couple of years. I have had them do anything from oil changes to more extensive repairs. Always, always, always experienced fabulous customer service. They worked on my Tahoe that was having a few issues they worked directly with my extended warranty company that I had and even had them work on a few other things like changing out the transmission fluid and the filter that wasnt covered. I am incredibly impressed with these guys! I am so tired of always getting the run around at large chain companies. These guys checked my car out for free! Gave me a list of what needed to be done and an estimate. Fixed it in a timely manner! They ended up not needing to do everything they thought they did. They were honest!!! (As I probably would have never known!!) so I ended up paying quite a bit less than I thought I would! These guys are kind, courteous and honest! They just landed themselves a new lifetime customer. These guys are absolutely amazing! I took my truck into them because I didn t have any power going to my trailer lights and it took them less than 30 mins to figure out the issue and fix it. I m so blessed that they were able to help me out and get my problem fixed for me so quickly. I definitely recommend this shop. They are very honest and hardworking people.

Replaced complete engine and was on the money with what I was quoted. Many other shops have quoted me prices and it always seems to be more than the original quote.
