Went in Saturday 01/27 for an oil change. They were busy but got me scheduled for later in the day. It barely took 15mins to get done! It was getting close to the end of their day but Chandler and ALL the crew were AMAZING!! They were all in great spirits and had smiles! I will definitely be coming back and spreading the word on the great service!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!

My used car that I bought about a year ago was breaking down and my son referred me to Midas and I took it there. Chandler was so professionally nice and said my car needed a time belt and sprockets. Chandler and his amazing team were able to to fix my car in a day and now it runs great! Thank goodness because I'm still making car payments Thank you all for an amazing service!!

The bald guy Ed made me very uncomfortable, I could have sworn he was touching himself while he was doing my paperwork. I go in for an oil change and I walk out with spark plug problems that I never had before. I asked for a refund cuz I had someone else change the oil that was changed a week ago at Midas n was ignored. This place is a scam n super unprofessional I'm appalled at the all around terrible experience I PAID FOR THEM TO MESS MY CAR UP N THEN THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT WITHOUT MORE MONEY OUTTA MY POCKET N WOULD REFUND ME FOR THEM TAKING MY MONEY N MESSING IT UP... NO TYPE OF REIMBURSEMENT WHATSOEVER!

Dropped my van off for service. When it was finished, my telephone wasn t working so they had to go out of their way to find me which they did. Also told me of other issues that I was having with my vehicle had upfront pricing and the time it would take to fix the items. Did not pressure me into anything asked what I would like them to do. Finished the vehicle before the time they had given me and at the price they had quoted me. What more could I ask for.

Book a appt at noon and got a email that said I would get a confirmation in 30 mons it is now 12 hours later and no confirmation so I am not bringing my car in at 9am smh if short handed say so if u are booked then block time like seriously don't expect customers to use the online and then not respond poorly done

***Update as continued service that has attention to detail, fair prices, and superb advice.*** The team continues to keep my old Buick running and very thankful for that! Awesome team at the Ft Crook location *** JoeChandler, Kevin and the entire team, are all are excellent. Highly recommended. Not really into places like this but this shop changed my mind. I will go back. Helped me twice and they work with my warranty. Next time I need somebody I will call them. Also got me in asap. 5 star

Really needed a quick balance to my truck tires. Day before 4th July and Chandler took care of it for me. Everyone I called said too busy. They managed to squeeze me in, did a great job and charged more than reasonably for their services. Got talking to Chandler, great guy with a great team. My son took his new-to-him Audi for some work and evaluation. During the work, some parts were accidentally damaged. Midas informed us what happened and immediately took responsibility. They installed new parts at no additional cost to correct the issue. That meant a lot to me. Mistakes happen; taking responsibility and providing excellent customer service is review-worthy.

Without a doubt Rick is at a level of customer service and satisfaction that should be model and definition if looked up in the dictionary. Having to spend a better part of the day while my vehicle was being repaired, no matter what customer came in and what their car trouble was, he was on point with his customer service, extreme vehicle knowledge, and a friendly smile. Along with the team of mechanics that he leads, I would not trust any other automotive shop or dealership to work on my car. I truly love the options he provides customer to not only get them back on the road, but to do it safely and reasonably. The Fort Crook store will suffer a great loss and setback when Rick leaves as he brings a great credit of professionalism with a personal touch and vast automotive experience and technical knowledge to the store and the Midas name! Took my car in for a wheel alignment as I had hit a curb and figured it should be done. I didn't get the name of the guy who checked over my car but Alfonso was the one behind the desk. They did a laser test for alignment and told me that it didn't need to be done, and didn't charge me at all for the visit! I was stunned and so impressed at the honesty! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.Service: Wheel alignment

My daughter s car had a flat tire. It was -10 outside and I had no desire to change it myself. I put some air in and drove it to Midas. They were incredibly busy but still managed to get it in and fixed within an hour, all with a smile and amazing customer service. Friendly service. I had to wait a bit while they did the work and got parts, I got to witness multiple interactions with other customers. They are extremely honest. One person came in sure they had a few issues wrong with their vehicle, they could have easily went with it and made money off the guy but they came out let him know it did not need all that. They went over what they did find and it was a much smaller cheaper issue. A couple people had vary filthy air filters that they showed them, the people chose not to replace at this time the place did not push but did just let them know they should replace very soon or they are risking a much more expensive repair as damage will be caused. I am very happy with my service and would recommend and plan to return. Very professional staff, excellent manager and counter salesman.Services: Tire rotations, Battery, Oil change

I've been going to this Midas location for the past few years for both my car and my husband's.Pros: I trust that they will not upsell me on things and that they will advise me on what actually needs to be done versus what can wait. They will tell me what their plan is before they do it. They will get you in quickly with an appointment, and their estimated work times have been surprisingly accurate. Their costs are reasonable, competitive, and pretty transparent.Cons: This is not a place that will remind you of regular maintenance things, like rotating your tires or aligning your wheels, so you need to remember and ask for those things yourself. Their waiting area is small and not child-friendly, so I try if at all possible to schedule things when I can arrange for alternate care for my child.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine diagnostic, Tire rotations, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

My brakes were making a loud noise, I took it to Chandler and Cam at Midas and they had me taken care of in the same day! Much cheaper then the Nissan Dealer and faster too

I always like going to Midas, especially to the Bellevue one! They're always friendly and Go step-by-step with everything they will update you from time to time!! Love Midas! So I got a new tire a couple of months ago and Firestone did not give me the right tire so over the next 5/6 months I would you're off to the right now what Midas did, which I love. They put that bad tire in the back and put the good tire in the front so I have better control steering!One of the guys is Alfonso and he was really cool to talk to and then there was another guy tall white hair (sorry I forgot his name) I always like talking to him, whenever I go get an oil change! They give you advice but let you make the decision and if $ is tight, they'll suggest what they know is safe and will get your bang for you buck!!

These guys are excellent! I came in today for a brake inspection and didn t end up needing anything. They didn t try to sell me anything I didn t need. I feel like they are genuine and honest so I will definitely be a return customer.
