Joe's Auto saved us over $600 in repairs after another mechanic diagnosed our car with a bad alternator. Turns out it was as simple as a couple of bad cells in our battery. Joe and his other mechanic explained the reason why it was an easy fix throughly and simple enough for me to understand. I really appreciate them for their honesty and fast work. I will always trust my car with Joe's Auto.

I brought my car in for what I thought might work out to be an expensive issue. Not only did it turn out to be a simple fix, but within hours they had called me to let me know the problem was solved and I'm sure had I taken my car somewhere else the price would have been far higher. I will most definitely be back.

12/18/23 Update...Joe and Mickey do it again. Great work. Fast, fair prices, answers my questions. My car is safe again.They do great work.Thanks Joe and Mickey. Have a Merry Christmas!-----Joe and Mickey are awesome. They are honest, and they always do great.There is transparency in how they do business as well. When you come to pick your car up, there is a pile of old parts, and you can ask questions and learn. Joe is a great mechanic, and also a great teacher. Every time I ask a question about me car to understand 'why' ...he answers it. And post maintenance he has good through parts many times. I like it because I become smarter car user in the process.Multiple times, Joe and Mickey have saved me from paying too much from other shops. They are honest, and they do the right thing.I can't say enough good stuff about this great husband / wife team. What a great shop Joe has going! In short, I have never had a mechanic or dealership that communicated as clearly or as much as Joe did.I brought in a car where the air conditioning only worked when it was not hot outside. The dealership blew me off, but luckily I found Joe! Joe ran me through every step of the trouble shooting process and explained what he was going to do and what it was going to cost. Joe not only found the problem, but went the extra mile to recreate hot conditions and check his work.I wholeheartedly recommend Joe to anyone looking to ensure their vehicle is in good hands!

Joe's Auto is the place to take your vehicle where you will get thural, one on one, honest care, that's not focused on draining your wallet. Joe and his wife do a respectful job and will update you along the way of changes and a time frame. Your even welcome to be involved and ask questions any time along the way. This small business is one of a kind. Joe, is a great mechanic. They care about the customer, and will show you the parts that were removed, replaced, fixed or damaged in closing.I won't go anywhere else now and give top stars.

I was having alot of trouble with my car turning off with no idea what it was (everyone I went to couldn't figure the problem either) I went to Joe's and he didn't stop inspection of my car until he found the problem. I got my car back running smooth with no problems thanks to him. He was very nice and specific with the problem that needed fixing (great pricing). 100% recommend would go back for more work when needed.Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning

These guys do an amazing job, fast, friendly and prompt, do yourself a favor and use Joe's auto repair before going to the dealer, they keep you informed during the whole process and they take very good care of your vehicle, I'd give 10 stars if possible, thank you joes auto repair!

Joe and Mickey treated me right. Had some significant suspension and brake work done. They did the research I requested and then did great work! The charged exactly what they quoted. Joe and his wife were absolutely lovely and walked me through every step they did for my SUV, all the while practicing safe distancing. I was recommended here by my roommate who is a long time patron and I will never go anywhere else. They both treated me with respect and helped me understand what was happening with my vehicle. I will be a lifelong patron to Joe's

Joe and his wife were hero s with our Silverado.We had a company truck with 2 lifters failed and ticking started. We took it to two different places for inspections. Told motor was bad, cost $8000. Bad cyclinder bad news and more false bad news that didn t make sense. Took it to Joe s randomly from online. He evaluated it with in 5 mins. No cost. Said he could fix it for an affordable price. Warranty came with the service and fixed the lifters. Had to bring it back for a relearn on the throttle body. 5 min fix. Did a tune up and off we went with a flawless install for a fraction of the $8000. Thank you to you both!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

Joe consistently delivers on his work!!! He is reasonably priced and I will definitely bring our vehicle's back for any additional service. The best thing about Joe is that he is honest and very friendly!!!! (Highly Recommend him to family and friends)

Joe and Mickey are awesome! Joe was knowledgeable, efficient and very helpful. He explained the check engine light on my vehicle and showed me where the problem was located. Most repair shops don't provide a personal experience like I received at joe's. I felt very comfortable with my vehicle in his hands. Mickey helped with all the expense aspects of my vehicle and explained everything thoroughly. After my vehicle was done being serviced they explained what to look for to prevent repetitive issues. I highly recommend Joe's auto repair shop and will continue to take my vehicle here for servicing. I appreciate the work Joe/Mickey!-Bryan Santillan

Brought my daughters car in because it wasn't able to shift out of park without hitting the brake over and over and messing with the ignition. Joe ran a diagnostic on the car and got it working within a day. He also charged the dead battery and tightened down a loose ground wire for free. Good price on the labor and parts. Will definitely bring my cars back if I need a mechanic in the future.

Good, honest mechanic. He always clearly explains what he plans to do and will always call you if he believes more work needs to be done before doing it. He has always shown me the results of his work (old parts he had to change, where he installed new parts, etc) Both he and his wife are helpful and friendly. I will be going to them if any more issues arise.

Joe's shop far exceeded my expectations. Not only was I greeted promptly, but they even answered all my questions pertaining to my situation without rushing me out to door. I was called for permission to conduct repairs and all repairs were completed same day.I needed my rear differential serviced and both Joe and his wife- who's name escapes me- were EXTREMELY knowledgeable what the problem was and how to fix it. A similar service from the Dodge dealership would've cost me much much more.Upon picking up my truck, they both showed me the damaged parts they replaced, giving me the peace of mind the job was actually completed.I would ABSOLUTELY come back to Joe's for all and any auto repair needs.Do not overlook this place.

If you want a good, honest, and affordable mechanic, Joe's Auto Repair is the place to go. Joe and Mikki were professional, highly competent, and friendly. They took good care of my Jeep issues and did not charge me outrageous prices like a dealership would. I also like the fact that they're right next to Offutt AFB and are very supportive of our US military members.I highly recommend Joe's Auto Repair.

Friendly service. Had an issue leaving the lot and called to let them know. They had me come right back in and diagnosed it on the spot (manufacturer's defect with a clip for the brakes). Took the time to show me the problem and why it was a problem. Car running great now. Recommend they pave their lot but no complaints otherwise. Would bring my car back there for service.

So my car broke down in the middle of Fort crook while it was snowing you know and i was like " Oh God great! This is where my car ends, this is where i find out my car will never move again!" Luckily, I was just a few steps from Joes and Voila He tows my car in and works on it over night with no extra charge. He and his wife fixed both my axles and notified to change my brakes due to the fact that they were pretty much worn out. All in all I would recommend this place over any place.

Praise the Lord Joe and his wife with a great people they saved my car so many times from being told or not running a very professional very honest if it doesn't work he'll fix it if it works he says don't fix it Joe is a great person great guy God bless him love the shop beautiful take care of the law call you again when it breaks down LOL LOL

Joe is the best automotive repair person I have ever found he is honest helpful and never lie or cheats you out of your money I had nothing wrong with my car and took it to a different place then all of a sudden found out my wheel bearing was going out I didn t find out till joe told me he s always been honest and helpful to my whole family we have been going to him for 4 years now I trust him with everything on my vehicles thank you so much joe you guys are the best and I m sending a few new customers your way this is Hope Runnion btw lol
