Guys were great! Check list was simple and low price. Customer services is Good! Work mode is Quick! I came in late bit got out before time. Skip everywhere and come here.

I expected little and received less. The workers were efficient but I was charged for services that I didn t request like wiper fluid for $7. $10 for fluid disposal? Isn t that going to happen every time? Should be included in the initial price. Not going back.

Top tier employees at the location. They ensured that no oil during the draining process made it anywhere on my truck frame etc. Cleaned all windows, vacuumed inside, dang near detailed my truck. Very professional and will continue to trust them for my routine maintenance!

Slow day. Got me right in. Wasn't pushy. Did share things that could be addressed. Got me out and accepted a coupon. Easy and fast and the techs are solid professionals.

This location deserves 0 stars. They only had my moms car for less than 9 mins and claimed they changed the oil in that amount of time. When she got home I checked and the oil and it was still dirty and so was the filter. She tried calling but the person who answered the phone yelled at her and hung up. She finally got a call from the manager a couple of days after putting in a complaint But the manager swears they can do a complete oil change in less than 9 mins and would not process a refund. He just yelled at her so she hung up. BUYER BEWARE! They take advantage of older people who are disabled and on disability. She had to go somewhere else to actually get her oil changed. Do not visit this location.

Paid $200 for and oil change and filters. 2 months later it's in the shop, mechanic, we are friends with the owner, says it doesn't even look like they changed anything. Black sludge in the oil, filter is collapsed. Absolutely pissed. Luckily our car is smart enough to shut down before the engine blew up.

Great customer service but I was there for over an hour for an oil change. I've been to multiple other locations in the past that have let me stay in my car and got the job done in half the time.

I used to go regularly and there used to be great customer service at this location. Not any longer. I have wasted my time twice going there to change my oil and twice they declined for different reasons. The idea is to get me to go to a "full service place". They usually recommend a specific one. I am sorry to say, this is the last time I visit Jiffy lube, anywhere. Never again. P.S. no need to respond to this review.

Where is the 10 star rating! Literally the best oil change experience I have ever had. Marc and Cliff are very very professional. They have a drive in service where the customer sits in the car comfortably while they go through all of the details and complete the oil change. It took about 20 minutes and was reasonably priced. I wish all oil changes were this seamless! I will most definitely be back for my next oil change. I came for an oil change and the guy immediately snapped back at me I cannot because of the dent on your hood. He didn t even bother asking me any other questions and turned me away for safety reason. I went right up the road to Cornhusker express lube and they told me I was fine. Terrible customer service.

This location was unable to fully help me due to my issue needing a full service shop, but they were eager and patient to recommend options and answer all of my questions. They made sure to send me off with what I needed and called ahead to a sister store so when I got there everything was relayed and ready to go. Definitely not fast or fair priced. Oil change took 30+ mins and they offered help/services to everyone differently. 120 dollars for a full synthetic oil change is insane and one of the employees had an attitude when coupons were brought up.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

From the check in process to the payment process, it went smoothly and the staff made me feel comfortable and confident they're giving me their best service. Didn't push for things that I didn't need; they offered advice for the necessary and the why I would need it but without making it awkward, and answered my questions without making me feel dumb. I appreciated that, as I do not know much about cars. The redhead dude, i think his name is Chris, was super friendly and thorough. I'll be back bc of him, hoping I'll get the same experience.Services: Tires, Oil change

After a second attempt really only for their efficient oil changes I will not be returning. Careless workers, lack of attention to detail, and we re very obviously annoyed by my concerns in regards to the comments they wrote on my car. They failed to go over any comments, luckily I took a look at my receipt before leaving that included them. Transmission and excessive oil leak may be normal with wear and tear as they told be but they could have given proper advisement since they are mechanics. Also, not waited until I asked them about it. This is the second location who didn t even touch my fluids. Never told me if my battery was good or not. Honestly a poor excuse for car services. I can cut people some slack but when it comes to a service like this, there shouldn t be careless mistakes. They truly do not care about their people.

These guys. Not only argued with me on what oil to put in my engine ( I drove like 4,300 miles last 3 months doing travel work, couldn't stop to do my own because where do i put the old oil)They ended up using the oil I asked them to use, charged me a $109 dollars for a 5 quarts of 0W20 and told them do not do anything but an oil change.Ridiculous amount for something so simple. It's 4 screws in my car, plus the plug, it's the easiest car to change oil in and clean too, never get a mess on you.What a scam...

My experience: I called to make an appointment, for an inspection of my car, Monday August 7, and this man who answered me told me in a very aggressive tone that they did not have time until the 11th, 12th, for which I told him that It was very late, I asked if they could sooner... I don't answer, I just cut the call. This person I don't know his name, I just know that an adult voice was heard. Thank you.

So easy! I procrastinate when it comes to oil changes - cars aren't my thing and I have anxiety about mechanics telling me what needs to be done to my vehicle. Jiffy Lube made it so easy! Just sit inside while they work on your car and they'll come let you know if something else needs done - and they didn't recommend anything that I knew wasn't needed. Personal shout out for Chris, the one who checked me in and out. Boy he's got a tough job running back and forth and keeping all the customers straight! He was so unbelievably kind and didn't make me feel like a nuisance at all. He opened the door for each customer and walked them outside at the end of their service. Truly a top notch dude and Jiffy Lube is lucky to have him!

Was going to be 3 weeks for appointment at dealership. Got to Jiffy at 8am, first one and was rolling out the door at 8:20. They really do a good job and a pretty good inspection overall. Gone twice now., got my daughter to start using them as she doesn't have to take the kids out of the car and they enjoy watching the guys work and I'll probably continue to use them. Consider it a good value for the work.

They aren't to friendly at this location. I wanted to ask the guy changing my oil about the shield hanging down under my car but he waved me off and turned his back towards me. The manager was decent. But this location is not very friendly. I'll stick with Valvoline instead.

Great service - even fixed my daughter's tail light while we were there for an oil change! I love that I stay in my car and can have the oil change done usually within 30 minutes to an hour. So much more convenient than having to leave my car all day or even overnight somewhere as I've had to do at other places.

The staff at this location are rude. Went in early on Saturday morning so that I could getbthere before anyone else. Pull up and I'm the only one in line. Then I had to leave to purchase my own oil because they didn't have 0w30. When I get back there are 3 cars in front of me so now I have to wait. Then the guy tells me they can't use my coupon because I bought my own oil. Never in my life will I go back to that jiffy lubeService: Oil change

First time I went there it was great. I was in and out quickly. Second time they dropped something into my engine and took about 45 minutes getting it out. Recently went back and they didn't have my filter. I was told they'll receive a shipment the next day. I called the next day to check and was told they won't know if they have the filter until the next week. Ended up going elsewhere.

Went in for an oil change, the Bellevue location off of 370 is the only one I go to! They were all on task & let me know in a timely manner what my car needed. They didn't have a filter we needed, so instead of waiting, they went & got it! They apologized for the inconvenience & were super nice about everything!
