Front desk was really nice, very professional. Unfortunately, they didn't close the hood on my truck after the service. It started shaking when I got on the highway...scared me because I thought it was going to fly up. Had to stop by the side of the road and complete the job for them. Put a damper on an otherwise great experience. People make mistakes...I'll still go back...they are good people.

During our cross country visiting our kids in Bellevue, Nebraska. We noticed our tires on our 2020 Sprinter worn-out prematurely. Called Jensen Tire&Auto. Jordan were able to find proper tires for our Sprinter and replaced them in a few hours so we could continue on with our journey.Jordan was very helpful and friendly.Thank you for your excellent service and great price. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend it to anyone.

I set up an appointment for one of my tires which kept going flat. They evaluated and identified a nail and a puncture and fixed it in about 30 minutes at no charge to me. Excellent service, easily could ve charged me for the work that they did, but they did not. Definitely one of the better if not best shops I ve worked with for any service, not just cars.

Our van died, and I called Jensen tire. I was able to get my van to this location before they closed, and in less than 24 hours, they had diagnosed and fixed the problem! I was able to pick my van up before closing the very next day! The cost of repairs was reasonable, and the guys in the shop were courteous and professional. We will be repeat customers when the occasion arises in the future.

I have been taking my vehicles to Jensen Auto in Papillion for over 10 years and have always been extremely impressed and pleased by their service and care. I ve even brought my vehicle in thinking something was wrong but instead of finding something and charging me they looked my car over and assured me it was just fine and didn t charge me a cent. It s nice to know that I ve got an honest car repair shop that I can trust. Thanks guys I m a big fan!

I was rear-ended at a stop light and in order to get an assessment of possible damage to my car I asked Jensen Tire to check for any major damage. They immediately put my car on the rack and said that the rear bumper was cracked in 2 places and recommended that it be replaced. They did this as a courtesy - no charge. It s great to have experts in the area that can do that for you. Now I know how to proceed in getting my car repaired.

Absolutely wonderful experience! Allen and his team responded to an online appointment request, they were all booked up, but gave me the option to bring the car as a walk in. I did, they fit it in, and I am once again a happy driver! Best customer service I have seen in awhile from a business!

Came in with tire leaking air. I am 30 miles from home. I didn't have an appointment. A screw was the culprit, tire fixed, back on the road. The courtesy and professionalism made me feel like a long time customer. They are definitely 5-stars.

I just got serviced here. Let me tell ya, dont pay any attention to any bad reviews. I came in with that set of mind and boy they prove me and them wrong!! Fast service, professional, helpful, affordable. As a car guy this was a very pleasant experience. Will keep coming back for sure. Got a order from them right away. Amazing service.

Been a long time customer of the Jensen on 370 in Bellevue. I've never had a bad experience with them. This time was no exception. I showed up unscheduled in desperate need of tires before a long trip. They got me in right away, while I waited, and had me in my way in minimal time. I'll be going back next time I need automotive service.

My son s girlfriend was in town from out if state. I called on Wednesday to ask if they could work on her truck due to a grinding sound up front. Asked if they could look at it Friday as she was leaving on the weekend. Allen assured that they could look at it, no problem. They called at 9am this morning (Friday) to ask for information (which I wanted to give them on Wednesday. By 4pm no call. I told her to call and they said we couldn t hear anything but couldn t look at the truck until Monday. They knows the situation. Didn t even really check it out, just drove it. Totally unacceptable to promise to work on a vehicle and then say you can t. Won t ever use this place or any other Jensen again.

The team at Jensen tire in Bellevue has always been one of the best service places that we have used. We ve taken many of our cars there to get new tires oil changes, and other repairs. The team is always friendly and honest.I highly recommend going to the Jensen tire on 42nd St. in Bellevue.

Super fast and friendly! I took my car in for a flat about and hour before closing and I assumed it wouldn t get looked at until the next day. About a half hour passed and it was ready to go! Excellent service
