Trust the reviews!I have only been in town for a couple months due to a recent move for work and today I get off work to find a flat tire (Flat flat). Luckily I was able to get to a gas station and fill it enough to get to the shop.Although booked solid and positively reviewed already the JENSEN TIRE & AUTO team was able to fit me in for a tire repaired which helped get my day back on track in minimal time.I definitely recommend to anyone looking for tire service!

Jensen did not treat me fairly. They lied to me and told me I needed a new tire when it could have been patched. The lady the day before showed me where the nail was and told me it could be patched. When I went in the next day, she sent the guy out to tell me I had to get a new tire and it would cost upwards of $200. This was a shock as I was only expecting them to honor the deal that they would patch it for free. If I had not been taken by surprise, I would have asked them to take my car down and took it someplace else where I know they would have patched it. I used to think they were honorable, but not anymore. I will never use their service again and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.There was no miscommunication. This is a person in a management position and is supposed to know her job. She very specifically said it was patchable. I ve had a nail before that was right there on the edge and it was patched. Not by you, but by another auto shop, and the placement of this nail was further in. It could have and should have been patched. It was pure and simple selling me on something I didn t necessarily need at the moment. I m very tired of the duplicity in businesses. My only weapon against it is to never use those businesses again. Thank you for at least responding.

I didn t grab the name of the gentleman at the front desk, but he is so kind. I came in a few days ago to have a tire looked at due to a slow leak. They had a long wait so we set up an appointment. They were kind enough to put some air in all tires and top off my windshield wiper fluid. Super fast service. Very affordable. Overall just a great place with great people.

Great customer service I was in and out, I did schedule an appointment but either way they were fast and precise. I live in Omaha and just to know the experience was just as great it makes it that much better.

I have to say that my experience with JENSEN was top notch from start/finish! The Tech Tina went above and beyond to make sure that I understood the process and all that was going on..she ALWAYS keep me informed...and really was an advocate for me with the warranty company.Words can't express my gratitude!!Tina you are my HERO!!

I had been going to a different automotive care shop and was never informed about the benefits of the different oil changes for my vehicle. This location was so helpful and informative will definitely be coming back.

Took my car to the dealership originally to fix a recall and have my tire looked at (I was losing 15 psi daily). Dealership told me there was no leak and it was probably the cold.Took it to Jensen the next day and they were able to find the leak and patch it for me! Affordable, quick and helpful! I ll be taking straight to Jensen for all my tire needs from now on.

Second time having to visit one of these. Second best experience in the (servicing cars, autoshops) subject. Just like the first time. I'm sold, this will be my first stop anytime my car needs anything. Keep in mind you will provably have to wait few hrs sometimes, noticed they always very busy. I don't think is cause the bad service hahaha Highly recommend.

These guys do their jobs very well. Ive had a water pump replaced with them and a tire patched today. Solid estimates and good work. I highly recomend this shop.

Get my tires at Jensen. They are always happy to check tire pressure. Today they found a nail and had the tire replaced in less than an hour. Good service!

My brakes squeak when I brought them there and now they don t. Thank goodness for guys and wrenches. Where would us dumb people be without smart people with tools. We would be night night time right all the time.. in all fairness and realness drop the car off at 9 AM picked it up at 4 PM and my brakes don t squeak anymore. I had an appointment for 9 AM for my brakes. I don t know how long it takes to make brakes go bad from good. So if seven hours is an adequate time for the job to be done, and then I am very pleased. And if not, then I still gave them five stars, and I am not pleased.

Started work as set up on appointment.Found several problems and asked if they could do while at Sight. Answered YES.One team member wanted to finish 1 task & not take lunch, which he did. Thankfully work was completed by 5pm.Also people came in because a hard freeze and tires pressure light came on.NO ONE turned away.They were very busy, but everyone waiting were nice and their work was completed.

Amazing group! I was traveling through and blew out a tire. I was able to make it to the shop with less than an hour before closing time. They were able to hook me up with a new tire and offered to change the other one so they were similar on wear. Super friendly and fast! Only took like 20 mins. They even fixed my tire pressure monitoring system that hasn t worked since I bought the car! Very pleasant group all around, everyone I talked to was very kind. Great place! 10/10 would return if I lived in the area.Service: Tires

Left my Honda Odyssey van for repairs; shimmy in steering column and dead spot braking. Turns out, it was tires! They don t go and offer all kinds of repair work that is not needed. Very honest, professional, and court. I was going out of town so was able to leave my vehicle for repairs. Then, when I returned, they came to my home to pick me up and retrieve my van. They do good work, excellent prices, and are reputable! Use them!!!Service: Tires
