We had a flat tire on a Saturday, which is by appointment only for Honda Cars of Bellevue. We called them after we had changed our tire to the donut to see if they could get us in to fix the tire so we could get the rest of the way home. Not only did they oblige us but when we asked to make an appointment for an oil change sometime soon, they promptly made time for us the same day! After paying our bill we went to our freshly washed vehicle, compliments of Honda, and found that they had also put away the donut tire back in the tire well with all of the equipment we had pulled out when we did the tire change. They effectively made us good as new! Very impressed and grateful for Honda Cars of Bellevue!!

I had a tire sensor that wasn't working. Of course it had been since November 2023, I googled it and could not figure out how to turn it off. Bought new tires and the light had popped on the very next day(November)...decided to stop early morning (April 2024) because i was across the street from the dealership, and Terri was very helpful and quick to get the job taken care of! Always friendly and helpful.

Chris Vaughn was the sales representative that assisted my husband and son and I at Honda Cars of Bellevue. He was personable, and if he didn t know the answer to a question, he went and got it! Ended up buying 2 cars from him and the experience was enjoyable!! Unheard of!

We have purchased many vehicles over the years, but buying this one from Honda Cars of Bellevue was the most pleasant experience we have ever had. A huge shoutout to our salesman Dave Rusch who made everything so easy. Definitely see him when you go there! We are now enjoying our new Honda Pilot.

I recently got my car serviced through the Honda Bellevue dealership and Terri the service lady was super helpful, kind, patient, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I have loved everything about this dealership. From buying my car and working with the sales professionals and the accountants, to the service desk agents and maintenance service technicians, this place is a 5 star experience ALWAYS! I recommend this place to everyone.

We bought a vehicle from Honda cars of Bellevue a few months ago. Our buyers advocate was Guy Southwick. It was one of the best automobile purchase experiences we have ever had with a salesman (he didn t really have to sell us on the vehicle as this is our fourth of this model and 10th Honda). The experience was so good, i have already sent multiple family members and friends to him (including my wife's parents). We were literally in and out in 2 hours flat! They were fast! The only reason the dealership didn t receive a 5 star rating is because of the doc fee and highly inflated mandatory accessories that you must purchase to buy a vehicle from them, but they are not advertised on their website before you get to the dealership. Unfortunately, they were the only dealer in a 3 hour radius that had the exact vehicle we wanted available on the lot. So if we wanted this model, trim and colours, we couldn t go anywhere else to avoid the previously undisclosed additional charges as we wouldn't have purchased the "required" accessories if they weren't "required" in order to purchase the vehicle.

I took my 2021 Honda CRV to Honda Cars of Bellevue for routine maintenance. The service on my vehicle was completed an hour before promised. I have leased or purchased my last 4 vehicles from Honda Cars of Bellevue. I have always taken these 4 vehicles to Honda Cars for service. Their service personnel are friendly, professional, efficient, and courteous. I trust their Service Department and I have always been extremely satisfied with the service that I have received there.

Every experience I have had here has been amazing! Pat & everyone in the service department are always so kind and helpful. David Q is an excellent, honest, and informed salesperson & Cheryl in finance is extra patient and helpful. They go above and beyond -especially compared to other Honda dealers in the metro.

Service was quick and easy. My fault I didn t ask price for cabin air filters. Way overpriced. I expected to pay about $100 the filters added another $70 . Too much could have gone to auto part store myself

Very kind people who provided great customer service and advice for my questions. I had two services added on to what I originally planned, but i was allowed to choose to do them the day I came in or not. I decided based on their explanation, regardless of the extra added on costs, that I needed to get two more services that day. But they broke down the cost and the explanation of the other two services really well and answered my questions so that I could make an informed decision. Highly recommend them :)

We bought our used vehicle at Honda Cars of Bellevue, and have always taken it to the Service Department for routine servicing and repairs. We feel they take give our care the same kind of care they would give their own. And the team at the desk are knowledgeable, helpful, and quite pleasant to work with.

The service centre is top notch and the quality of work the technicians provide is great. Terri is a great service advisor and she goes out of her way to make sure you are taken care off. She is professional and personable. The service dept. communicated periodically through text on the progress of the work that was being done on my car so I didn't feel "in the dark" as to what was happening. This is a good addition.The waiting area is very nice and clean and have amenities (coffee, water, snacks etc.) for you to enjoy.Pricing is good and they don't try to put in hidden fees or make up problems or concerns to get more out of you, not unlike some places. What they quote is what you pay.

I gave been at this service location a couple of times and this time was very disappointing. The service consultant was very nice but the work performed in the car was below expectation. There's damage to the interior of the vehicle, the technician that worked on the issue (manufacturer recall) left garbage/pieces of the brackets he broke while trying to perform the work, and left grease stains on my floor mats ad well as sticky spots all across the dashboard. For having gone to a Honda dealer, I was very disappointed with the work performed. I did notify the service associate about the damage to the interior of the vehicle but don't know if anything will be corrected. I will update review accordingly.

The service was great especially with them allowing me to have a walk in on a Saturday the weekend of Thanksgiving! I had no idea walk ins weren t accepted on weekends but they accepted regardless and made sure my car was taken care of! Def coming back to get my tires changed! I can t remember the sales rep it may have been chase but he was great and easy to work with!

Very friendly and helpful. It was a relaxed, no-pressure environment with friendly people and no selling tactics. I wanted a day to think over options and they didn t pressure me to make any snap decisions. I happily bought the very same 2024 Honda Civic I test drove the next business day. I would say I ll be back, but with the quality of the vehicle, I don t think I ll need to except for scheduled maintenance.

Honda Cars of Bellevue was amazing to work with. The service representative and mechanic were knowledgeable, thorough, and fair. My Pilot required significant and unexpected repair work while I was visiting from out of town, and I felt my car and I were in good hands through the whole process.

Awesome experience buying a used van from Honda Cars of Bellevue! My salesman was Colby, and he did a great job answering my questions and helping me learn more about the van in a no-pressure kind of way.
