I am giving 5 stars as that is the maximum allowed, having bought cars from various venues that included but not limited to brand new from dealer, to cheap cars from Craigslist this was indeed the best car buying experience I ever had. I truly wish these guys to get the monopoly in all car dealerships in the State of Nebraska as my goodness everyone would be driving a great car that is backed up by great customer support and friendly service. In wanting a second vehicle for me to drive back and forth I stopped by the site and of course was greeted by Miguel's friendly welcoming smiles. Seeing a 2006 Jeep Liberty that caught my eyes, i went into inquire further i was really impressed by their openness, honesty and the willingness to work. Trust me.. I am not an easy customer, myself having experience even replacing engines in BMW's for fun and doing changing head blocks in the middle of the road during thunderstorms I know my metal. What is impressing with this company is their super customer service throughout the process and even after buying the vehicle. The bank they have aligned with is equally great every step of my buying experience was as many others have said brilliant, elaborating on the post buying, i encountered a issue with the radiator, hesitant but i called and inform them. My purpose was to get guided to a known mechanic and fixing it at my cost, BUT was truly proven wrong, making the call Miguel, directed me to their mechanic and Amard the owner personally came onsite apologized to me and took care of the whole repair. Leaving me speechless, I love my jeeps now I have found a dealership love to continue buying from.. Thank you Amad, & Miguel for the great experience and friendship.

Did not have a good experience unfortunately.I test drove a car and took it to a friend to look at it and was called multiple times to ask when I would return the vehicle.I am unsure about other s experiences, but this place felt gives off shady vibes to me. They didn t seem to want to sell me a car and seemed hostile. Very defensive , not conversational.It was awkward enough to make me walk away and move onto other dealerships.Edit to add response:I understand your concern regarding the length of time I spent test driving the car and not giving you a heads up about taking it to a mechanic as it may have caused a minor inconvenience. However, I want to clarify that I did not intend to cause any harm or inconvenience, as I was simply trying to make an informed decision about the car.As for the trade-in, your efforts were focused on my negative equity and not selling me a vehicle. But I understand the size of your business and budget may have limited your ability to offer me a better deal.

I do give them 5 stars I got my 2014 Chevy Cruze and I love it. It s my first nice car. I did try to drive today and my car wouldn t start, but would start with a jump. I was frustrated, but the people at Global were super nice and reassuring. They were more than happy to replace my battery when they didn t have to. I have the three month warranty on engine and transmission I believe but they fixed it no problem. NOT TO MENTION! A nice lady at the bank they finance through, said from her roughly 8 years of working there she has had no complaints. This was really nice to hear. I really love my Cruz !

This was my first experience buying a car, and I purchased a Subaru Legacy. I'm now a year and a half out and so happy with my choice- everyone was very kind and made sure we had any information we needed. I appreciated they didn't push us in any way, but gave us plenty of time and space to make a decision. My car has run wonderfully and I've had no issues. I would absolutely return!

I am so very pleased with Global Auto Sales Inc. I recently bought a vehicle that is absolutely perfect for me. My vehicle is a real beauty on the inside as well as outside & more importantly, it is safe and reliable. The people who work here are incredibly enthusiastic and more than willing to help you through any problems that may arise. They are extremely efficient as well as knowledgeable. I enjoyed doing business with them and definitely recommend their services. This place truly goes above and beyond to ensure that you are satisfied.

I am beyond pleased with the service that I got at Global Auto Sales. I purchased a very nice looking vehicle for a more than affordable price! We had been looking for a used vehicle all over town, and everywhere we went, the prices were very high and the vehicles looked terrible...dented up, broken windshields, broken headlights! Just driving past one day, we noticed how nice the vehicles at Global Auto Sales looked, and how great the prices were! The car runs great (even in this very cold weather!), it looks great, and the customer service was outstanding! I would not only recommend to anyone looking for a used car to go there, I am planning on purchasing my next vehicle there, as well!

Recently bought a Car from Mark at Global Auto. It was a great experience and I was very impressed. I declined a few things such as the extra warranty l since my husband is a mechanic and he never pushed me to do otherwise. I also asked for a few things on the car before I could make the deal and he followed through as promised. I would certainly business with them again!

I had a great experience working with Global Auto sales. I got a car not too long ago and I really did have a wonderful service. I was even told that I can keep the car for a month to try it and get a feel for it and if I do not like it , I could always return it to them. I was also given an oil change for free for the first time as well as a continuous discount for my oil change. I would recommend this place for anyone who needs a car.

I've purchased a 2014 Kia Soul from here not too long ago. Car has performed great since I've had it. The small issues I have had with it since ownership had been fixed, with the care of Mark & the other Owners, even out of warranty! & it is greatly appreciated. Recommend this place to anyone, you will be taken care of!

My dad and I have been on the market for a new car for me for sometime now and we tried to avoid buy here pay here lots but decided to give Global Auto Sales a shot and we are very glad we did. Imad was probably the best salesman we've come in contact with. He didn't try to haggle us into a certain vehicle and let us look around his lot at our own pace and we ended up buying a vehicle with excellent low mileage and a great price! If there comes a time where we or someone we know needs a vehicle we'll definitely recommend and look here first!

This is our second time purchasing a vehicle from Global auto sales. Have had no problems with my first vehicle. We are very satisfied with our cars and with the help of the salesmen :) Could see myself purchasing again in the future! 10/10 would recommend this dealership!

I was pleased with my purchase. The salesman was very forthcoming with the history of the vehicle which was very helpful. I've had the car for a little over a week. It runs good, few minor cosmetic things, but a great price for the vehicle. Would recommend to others.

Very good customer service. Filled my tank up and got me a free car wash before even given me the vehicle. Very easy to deal with. Positive attitudes. Miguel helped me while I was there. Gives off a very trustworthy feeling. Highly recommend getting your car here.

I had a very positive experience all the way around working with Imad and Mark. I am very happy with the car. Imad stayed late for me to test drive and let me know he wanted to replace a sensor before I bought the car. Time got away and it was 4 months before I returned for the sensor and Imad happily replaced it and a promised oil change. He followed up with me later that evening to get make sure I was happy with the results, which I was! I would definitely recommend Global Auto to others and would be happy to buy a car there again. No frills but top notch!

Amazing experience with Global Auto Sales! I recently purchased a Kia and not only was customer care excellent but they also replaced my car tires and made sure my engine runs efficiently, and it is as good as new. Wouldn t recommend anywhere else, I took my family all the way from Florida for this offer, and I could not be more satisfied with this service!! Thank you for everything that you do.

They really go the extra mile! Literally in my case! I bought a car for $7000. I called my bank and asked for the loan, they said yes. We did the purchase agreement and I went to my bank with the paperwork and drove away with the car. I forgot to mention that it was a previous salvage title and when I got to the bank they said they will only do the loan for 70%. About $4,700. I thought I would have to take the car back but nope, they agreed to payments for balance and even drove to my house in West O to update the purchase agreement so I didn't have to drive back to Bellevue during rush hour! Amazing service!

Bought a car for $3500. Offered no warranty and sold as is. I understand that. But turned out the car needed over $2500 in repairs when a mechanic looked at it. So it is my fault but don't make my mistake. They are not upfront about the issues and won't help at all if there is anything messed up. Have it looked at first.

I purchased 2 vehicles from them and so far so good. I definitely recommend this place! My car looks good and runs good. We were looking for new cars and this place has a great selection to choose from that were within our price ranges. We were so pleased that within a week we decided to buy car #2 from them. Up until that point we were searchi ng high and low for some decent vehicles. I am very happy with my Avenger!

I purchased my car back in Apirl and I waited this long to give a review just to make sure I was not speaking to soon. I have to say I absolutely loved the customer service, which was hassle-free & no perssurer, everyone I came in contact was very friendly. What I loved most was thd honesty of the salesman . I got a good car at a good price and have not had a issue. I would definitely recommend this auto place and when I'm back in market they will be my 1st stop

If I could give a zero out of 5 I would have. I am very displeased with what they let me drive away with. I purchased a car from them thinking that nothing was wrong other then the oil needed to be changed which was fine. On my way home the car started to over heat. We figured it was fine and an easy fix. A month later and the car still over heats. We had to replace the timing belt and a part in the water pump. Nothing and I mean nothing was disclosed to us about the car being so messed up. We found out after the first time it over heated that it was more then likely in an accident which once again was not disclosed to us at all. They let me drive away in this death trap and were totally okay with it. We put way more money into this car then we should have. They withhold information about the vehicles they have and are not honest about the things you ask them about. I am beyond pissed and I wish there was more I could do to get the place in trouble.

These guys are criminal. Buyer beware!! I was here a couple years ago looking at a car for one of my kids and while test driving the car it had problems. The owner of the place told me it s a used car and what did I expect. This time I had another one of my kids that was look g at a car and it happened to be on this lot. The car had a wad battery and the sales guy said that the battery that was in the car was too small and it needed a bigger battery. He said to take it for a test drive and sent a battery jump starter with me just in case. First and send red flag. I didn t get but a block away and the brakes where so bad I turned around and cane right back. I told the guy that the brakes were shot and the tires were bad too. He told me he would throw a set of pads on it and get some new tires for $50 each. I looked at him and told him if he could get tires for a Chrysler 300 for $50 each I would buy a semi load of them. I also said it needed new rotors as well as pads and he said they looked fine. He didn t even look at them........ All I have to say is stay away from this place!!!

I purchased my vehiclefrom this location and it is absolutely perfect. There was a minor issue after purchasing the vehicle however Mark, and the owner Ihmad were very sympathetic they got the issue resolved and even hooked me up with 2 new tires (tires in the rear are slightly wornbut are still in perfect condition) and a oil change for the issue I was very satisfied with their professionalism and support and would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from them.

BUYER BEWARE!! My husband and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram 1500 Pick up from them on 7/9/2020. It had a salvage title so we knew it had been wrecked. We were told it was wrecked in the fender and front end and all had been repaired. What he didn't tell us and what couldn't be seen without putting it up on a rack was that the frame and cross member was bent and UN-REPAIRABLE. The front inner driveshaft was worn and its a $1500 repair. It seemed like such a good deal, now we know why.Very disappointed.

Seemed like a nice place when I first came by. After looking at a vehicle that I was willing to purchase a deal was struck with myself and my grandfather. Well, turns out they sold the vehicle out from under us. They did come in contact with an individual that had told them that we would show. Either Monday or Tuesday. But didn't have enough patience.P.S Never bringing my business here again

The gentleman that work at Global Auto sales were very nice. The were terrific at answering all my questions. They were very cooperative and gave us a great deal on the car. I would recommend anyone looking for a car to give them a call.

UPDATE: Myself and a good friend of mine came to test drive a gray 2016 Dodge Charger. When I called previously to get some more information regarding the vehicle, I was informed that it was involved in a MINOR accident. However, when we arrived, we quickly found out it was everything but a minor accident. The passenger seat belt wouldn't buckle at all. Therefore, my friend had to sit in the back due to that being a major safety concern. The next thing we observed, the fenders on the front and rear right were not flush with the wheel well. Next, the upholstery of the roof inside of the vehicle was coming apart. Next, the handle on the roof of the inside of the car was broken off. (Which now that I come to think about it, you can see in the pictures online that the handle is just sitting in the back seat. Very tacky). Next, the hood was not aligned properly. Next, there was a gluey like white substance on the right mirror, in between the doors, etc. Next, the door trim on the top of the right side door was popped out.Now, I understand that not everything will be perfect. However, when you have a 2016 vehicle in this kind of condition, it really says a lot. I asked Mark (the owner) to have his mod (person that works on the vehicles) to come outside with us so we can go over some things. Upon bringing the laundry list of items to his attention, in return, he continued to come up with excuses for every single thing that we said.After that, we went inside to look at the pictures from the accident. The pictures showed a larger scale accident then just a MINOR accident. The entire right front door had been smashed in, the front right fender was affected, as well as the hood. The mod said the hood was open in the picture. But when you go outside and look, it's not completely flush like it should be. We then explained to him given those conditions that we would pass and walk. We started out the door when he stopped us again and we began talking about the blue 2015 Dodge Charger parked near the side of the office building. I explained to the mod that we already had that one inspected. It needs all four tires as the current ones are nearly bald, the AC unit is dented and damaged underneath, etc.The mod then went on to tell us that no one can drive the car currently because they lost the key! I replied by saying, well then you probably shouldn't have it still posted for sale then without the key. Anyone could walk in requesting to test drive or even buy the vehicle and they wouldn't be able to. That's embarrassing. Also, I went on to express my recommendation to take the 2016 Gray Dodge Charger off the market until they fix the required safety issues. If they ignore our advice and sell the vehicle to someone knowing the passenger seat belt is faulty, then they could face some serious actions taken against them down the road, for selling an unsafe vehicle.Also, I can see why they lost the key because their office is an absolute disarray. The desks are littered with papers, parts, etc. It took them a few minutes just to find a dealer plate to even test drive it. I called Mark back and explained the entire conversation that took place outside with the mod. He said he would take those matters upon himself and get them fixed. So I truly hope he will take care of what he needs to from a business stand point, and possibly rethink his options on finding someone different to work for his company as a "mod".Thank you.
