Gary Schade Auto was amazing. I was having AC trouble right before going on a road trip vacation. I was frantic to get the repair done, but also at a reasonable price and done well. I called 3 different places for estimates in Bellevue. Gary Schade's prices for repairs were reasonable, but most amazingly he was so fast. The hours needed for repair was higher because it was a more complex repair. He needed to keep overnight, but then called me around 8pm to say, he stayed late to get it done and I could pick it up. The whole thing was stressful, but Gary and his staff with their helpful "can do" attitude" quickly got me the resolution I needed. *And he provided a loaner vehicle so I didn't have to juggle getting ride, etc. In 10 years of living in Bellevue, I've used at least 7 different auto shops, usually to get my car in the fastest--Gary Schade Auto is a dynamite option for car repair!

I have an older Ford SUV and older Camry. They have done amazing work on both vehicles. They speak with knowledge that can only be obtained by many years of experience. He will not complete work that is not needed and what jobs that are done have done to perfection. I know I'm in great hands when they are servicing my vehicles.Also the shop manager Jennifer is great to work with and is always providing timely feedback regarding my repairs.Thank you for all of the amazing work!

The owner of the shop is quite amazing it will cut to the Chase and not cost you extra. It will tell you what you can hold off on and What needs fixed now. Super great service, very fast and efficient. I have been back many times since. He is now my go-to place. Jennifer up front is amazing she is sweet and always offering me a cold drink when I come in.

Their prices are cheap and you get what you pay for holds true here. I was excited to try Gary Schade- now I m disappointed. Not only did they repair my Jeep inaccurately, my Jeep was not safe to drive afterwards. The mechanic did not test drive my Jeep after service or he would ve noticed how unsafe my tires and steering were as a result from his work. Jennifer, the front desk staff, was not understanding, empathetic, or considerate. She made me feel like I was a burden for complaining about these issues and no one there was willing to stay late to fix my Jeep. I am only giving 2 stars because they fixed the oil leak (as of right now, there is no leak) and they cleaned up the grease that the mechanic got on my front seat.

I had a great experience here. Gary was great, got the vehicle in, they figured out what was going on. Explained it to me, in terms even I could understand, and got me out of there very quickly. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Great value, great service.

Had to have my water pump replaced. Gary and his staff did a fantastic job. Quick turn around time and their communication was excellent! Thank you! It hard to find good people in your type of business these day. Well done. I highly recommend!

This time I took my daughters vehicle to Gary. The most honest mechanic I have ever known. The work that needed to be done was the Transfer Case and the mode door accuator.. It was all done in a very timely manner. The cost was more honest than any mechanic I have been to. I will never use any other mechanic.Thank you Gary Schade and team.I highly reccomend Gary Schade Auto Inc. You know that feeling when cruising up a green light and it turns yellow resulting in you hitting your brakes hard to stop? I surely didn't experience that when I saw my certain death coming. Then outta no where a light guided me through the cross traffic, serving and avoiding all cars. That light was none other than Gary Schade Auto. That light shined all the way to the shop guiding me and other cars to safety as I coasted there in a very hazardous way. Once I arrived, I opened the front door to a very welcoming Jennifer. She assisted me with all my question and text me every time something came up as I asked to be text and called. Once they gave me a quote, it was exactly in the range I expected it to be. I mentioned my concerns with the vehicle before I picked it up and they looked over every thing again to find my culprit of a bad rear brake caliper that was just 6 months old. The price went up but again, all within my range I expected it to be. They are a super great auto company to have work on your vehicle.

Gary s Automotive installed a new engine in my 03 Toyota Sequoia LTD in a timely manner and the cost was to my satisfaction. I moved to Bellevue in 1987 and met Gary of Gary Schade Automotive shortly thereafter. He has attended to all of my vehicles from that day to this. Gary has a lifetime of knowledge, experience and most important to me, integrity. He explains stuff thoroughly and and allows me advised consent before going beyond the original estimate/scope of work. A+A+A+

Extremely sharp and intelligent diagnosis and quick and efficient service. Kind and patient with me due to learning I have tested positive covid and haven't returned yet to close out my problem van with burnt out transmission clutch.I Highly recommend Mr. Schade for your repairs and understanding the problem.

He is the best mechanic I have found. He will tell you exactly what is wrong with your car, and nothing more. He will also tell you honestly how long you can wait to fix it, if you dont want to fix it right now.
