unpleasant experience for the first time. I honestly wanted to apply for the exclusive card deal, but knowing how bad this person treats customers and unprofessional service that I will never, never come again and I will make sure this place gets to know for the unprofessional service provider. Starting with the assistant manager "Cody" that he told me to come back in 45 minutes for an alignment. After an hour and 40 minutes, I received an email telling me that my car was ready. When I arrived, the car was not even checked, and the assistant left for the day. Leaving an old person at the counter telling himself the person in charge to literally do not know what was going on. I honestly got upset leaving me there for an hour and a half and not do anything to my vehicle. This person literally said, "Do whatever you want, but when I asked what he would do to make me change my mind and not be upset about it. He offered me $40dlls discount but he said not to insult him again, which he was the was escalating the argument. I felt that he was doing me a favor by bragging me about that discount. I told him that I would not accept the $40 dlls. He grabbed the keys from the plastic bag where the documents were and thrown them over the counter. That was very rude and unprofessional.I literally lost it, and he's grateful he is an older person because I would show him some manors. Now, I wasted my time and plus being treated the way this person so called the person in charge is capable of handling this business.He is not the right person to.handle customer service and I will definitely remove him from his position because I don't know how Firestone is letting him being around and loosing possible new customers and losing money, with his attitude.I attached some pictures of this individual, to make him famous.

I hadn t planned to get any work done on my car today but I was surprised by a flat tire this afternoon. I went in and they had my car ready in less than an hour.l after they said an hour and a half. Great service great staff! Their manager was a pro!

I set up an appointment and they got to the job quickly and I was out of there in an hours time. That was great. I had gone there for a second opinion and it ended up they did the work at a far less cost than the original estimate I got from another service I considered Didn't n

Location And A recommendation From A Friend Brought Me & George, My Cobalt To Firestone. I Was Greeted Upon Entry. The Young Man Took The Time To Show And Explain Each Charge On The Invoice. Thankfully He Was Able To Answer All Of My Questions. Service Was Done In An Hour , As Quoted. The Next Associate Asked If I Had Any Questions And Explained My Service In Detail. All In All This Was An Excellent First Impression! I Look Forward To Trusting Firestone With My George In The Future! I Have Already Given A Few Recommendations. Keep Up The Good Work!

First "Complete Care" is bull. I spent over 4k at firestone buying tires,compressor,etc. But when I ask them to install battery tray with windshield reservoir. which is a safety feature they refused to install it. This item not available thru their suppliers. I will no longer support this business!

Highly recommend if you like getting your property damaged :) besides the severe scratches the service is just chefs kiss in that they take no ownership highly recommend for all the girlies :)

We found this Firestone with a quick Google search. We were in town for the weekend, getting ready to head back home when we realized we had a flat tire due to a nail that had punctured the tire. We were able to get the vehicle to this location on a Sunday morning. The staff was simply incredible. They took care of us, patched the tire, and allowed for us to make the 2 hour trip home safely - and they had it ready in 30 minutes. In total, we paid $20 - I couldn't believe how cheap it was. They were kind to my Wife, Daughter and I, and got us home safely - thank you, Firestone!Service: Tires

Absolutely disappointing to say the least!! I ran over a screw with my tire and dropped it off around 5:30pm for them to check out the next day as the guys had left for the evening, no big deal.. the next morning George called me and I was told that it was too close to the sidewall to fix, but that they could sell me a new tire for only $244 . I let him know I couldn t afford a brand new tire & especially not for $250. When I arrived to pick my tire back up, the screw was literally 2 inches away from the sidewall. When George brought my tire up from the back, he placed it against their desk and had nothing else to say to me.. I was also taken back at the fact that he couldn t help me with the door or helping me with getting my tire back into my trunk. I then found Bellevue Tire & Auto on Google and gave them a call, dropped the same tire off and they were able to patch it with zero hesitation, and for only $20 Shame on you Firestone.

They took care of my car problems quickly within 4 hours i was able to pick up my vehicle. They called me and continued to keep me updated through out the entire process, & they charged me a very reasonable price. Today while traveling with my 3 kids and small dog we hit a piece of wood that lodged into the rim and bent it - at the time I thought tI was my tire and wanted to get a new one- but after getting there Bob quickly discovered it was most likely the rim and immediately set out the get me in the right direction to get this fixed so I could continue my drive back to WA state- he and his co- worker who s name I did not get were amazing and assured me I would get it fixed- after Bob made a phone call he directed me to a ford dealer ship and I was able to get it fixed and back on the road- even though Bob and his coworker could not fix my wheel I did leave there feeling a lot better and that was as valuable - thank you

Went to get tires and had the car looked over. The price was cheaper than quoted and they let me know about issues with my car without being pushy about the sale. Great experience

Wouldn't service a dodge dually because they torque lug nuts by hand and did not know the torque specs. The mechanics did not want to break that tires loose on the rear dually. Discount Tire in Papillon has young energetic and eager employees ready to do any task you asked them. I gave them $1300 for 6 new tires after I left this place.

Jorge and crew are absolutely amazing! They take the time to explain the issues that you are having with your car and answer any questions you might have. The staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I would give them six stars if I could.

It was my first time here, and I plan to come back regularly for needed repairs and maintenance. Yahima was the best. She made the entire experience great, and helped however she could. They're lucky to have her.They got my car in for an assignment and some other adjustments within less than 2 hours from when I first called. They worked quickly and I hardly had to wait. They even worked the price of having my car towed there into the overall price so I didn't have to worry about it until the end. I'm so thankful that I found such a great team of employees.I had contact with 1 other employee as well, and he was also very friendly and helpful. I can't say enough good things about this place.Thank you so much!

Almost always go here for new tires because I've had bad luck with used tires so if I have the money I'd rather go here to get new tires because it's a decent price.

I had a screw in my tire and was able to get my tire patched within two hours. That's quick in my opinion. They even put air in my spare tire! I think it was Jorge working the desk and he was amazing. I had a great experience, thank you!!

I would not want to take my car anywhere else. Jorge always makes sure he understands my problem and then gets it taken care of. Never have I experienced any hard pitch to sell me something. I highly recommend this Firestone location.

Great service. Rotated my tires and changed my oil. I didn't want to use their oil I wanted to use my own so they let me bring in my own. had a concern that my car was pulling hard to the left they told me that my tire wear looked fine so if I wanted to do an alignment I could but I really didn't need it. Great job. Decent oil change prices.

I visited this location 8/13/22 at 2pm and was helped by Robert and Alex, I m a Hispanic female, and had the worst customer service experience with a a Hispanic male, who would not explain to me what was supposed to be done to my car or be nice enough to explain when I did not understand. He then laughed at me when I told the other technician that the Hispanic was being so rude and rough. I will not being coming to this establishment. Firestone teach your technicians about customer service.

Customer service was amazing on the phone and in-store! I had been having issues with my vehicle over the past few days and it has been causing many headaches and the cost was adding up. However, when entering the store, Jorge gave a warm welcome and I was able to take my mind off of the car. He went above and beyond and ensured that I had my car fixed and were happy with their service. Additionally, he gave more pointers with the vehicle and let me know that we could call him with any additional questions. Keep in mind that I came in late, but he still had a parts store bring the proper battery to ensure I had a reliable car when I left.Thanks Jorge!

I drop my car off Wednesday evening. The older gentleman working the counter was very rude and tried to get me to leave. I m from North Carolina and working in Nebraska for the next few months. I really needed a oil change, my exhaust leak fixed, and all my fluids checked because the weather has been brutal lately. He tells me they don t have the mechanics on staff the fix exhaust and he can get my oil changed but it will take 2 days their extremely busy. So I left my car for the oil change. I saw a line on the contact form to skip the inspection of all fluids and general parts. I did not check or sign my friend was there as a witness. Your keeping my car for two days why would that make sense.I receive call Wednesday not Thursday that my car was ready. I thought great I guess they were not to busy today. I go to pick it up and Dale is behind the counter. He was the most rude and unhelpful person I have ever encounter in customer service. First he gives me keys and paper about oil change. I asked about other fluids or suggested maintenance he said no idea you refused that service. I told him I did not refuse it why would I do that. He said to late now and ask me for payment. I paid him and my friend that needed work done behind me in line both left.When I got in my car I found their trash on my seat and floor so I took that back inside he didn t even apologize.DO NOT GO TO FIRESTONE IN BELLEVUE, NEBRASKA. THEY ARE RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND ALL AROUND DO A CRAPPY JOB. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD.

Saturday night, I got a nail in one of my tires. After a quick research, I found that the only place open on Sundays was Firestone. So I headed over there the next day to get the tire patched. It was extremely quick service and the guy at the front desk was very friendly. In and out in under 30 minutes with the nail removed, and tire patched. Went to pay and the card reader wasn't working for some reason, so the guy waived my $20 fee so that I wouldn't have to wait hours for the IT guys to come and fix it. Extremely pleased with the service and will definitely go back in the future if ever need be.

Have been a long time customer. Never had a problem there. Always treated great, even when they are busy. They keep you informed of any issues with your vehicle. I used the online appointment scheduling this time and worked like a charm without any problems in setting an appointment when I wanted it.
