This is THE place to go. Totally took care of communication with the insurance company, gave us a quick and well-done repair, and washed the van as well. My wife was very pleased with the work to her vehicle.

Friendly staff, flexible, and upfront. I came here once for an insurance claim and have an upcoming appointment for another. I like that they partner with my insurance company, USAA, and Enterprise will pick you up and drop you off.

Still having issues with the reservoir from my radiator. Still decided to give them another chance because they were so nice until I talked to the estimator! She is so rude they will NEVER get my business again. She is driving people away from your business. Everyone else that works there is amazing so I m unsure of what her issue is. So, 5 stars to everyone but the estimator or whatever her position is. State Farm if you are reading this tell them to go to another location

What a day! I stepped on my rocker molding like a silly goose and ripped it away from my Odyssey. After a frustrating experience of attempting to get the other side free so it wasn't dragging on the ground, I embraced my inner country girl and duct taped it up to get it to Crash Champions. In 10 seconds he had the molding detached. I'm not even going to say how long I tried or how frustrated I was attempting to do the same! He brought all the paperwork out to me so I didn't have to unload kids from car seats (which was so extremely appreciated) and sent me on my way telling me that he'd call with an estimate. He called within the hour with a quote and timeline for repair. If you're going to do something foolish it is nice to have experienced people to fix it. Thank you for turning a rough day around.

We had an outstanding experience working with Crash Champions in Bellevue. Our Suburban looks brand new after a rear ending accident! Everyone in the office was kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They helped me navigate the rental car process with the insurance company as well as logistics of getting to and from the rental car company. Suzi kept in touch throughout the entire process so we knew how things were going and had a good idea of when our vehicle would be completed. I have used their services in the past and each time was taken care of. Recently, while on the hunt for a used car purchase, had some questions that their team were able to kindly assist me with.While the purchase for the vehicle in question did not happen, I know that if there is a need for work on a car, they are my first choice.

I loaned out my car and ending up getting it back with damages. I took it in to get an estimate and Suzi worked with me and took her time to assess the damage. Let s just say that she knows her stuff and she looked out for another fellow lady by guiding me through my options with great integrity. I can t thank her enough. Subpar dent/paint repair. Overspray was not taken care of until we asked for it to be cleaned off. Two hinge covers were broken during the repair and tried to be passed off to us as not broken . When we showed staff, nothing was done. Paid $70.00 plus to buy new ones out of pocket. Then a day later while parked in my garage, I noticed all of my after market tire stem caps were swapped out for regular ones.Will not be back. Very disappointed.

First impressions were great with the initial estimate. Staff was friendly and helpful and estimate was quick and easy. The whole process after that wasn't so great. I was told they would only have my car 3 days and they actually had it 5 days. My repair bill was 15% higher than the initial estimate which to me is a lot especially being a self pay customer. When they called me to tell me my bill would be $200 more the lady couldn't fully explain to me what the extra fees were for so I had to call the next day to discuss with my estimator who acted like the extra cost wasn't that much compared to other peoples bills that get additional fees added. I understand an estimate means that amount can vary but I was not expecting it to be that much more. I'm also not satisfied with the paint work that was done. There is a visible paint drip on my door and also imperfections in the paint that looks as though dirt was on the door before they painted it. They told me I could bring the car back in two weeks when the paint had set and they would buff those spots out but honestly it's not worth the hassle to me and I am a bit worried they might end up making it look worse than it does now. I would not recommend this place.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Got some work done to the radiator everything brand new still under factory warranty I drove it off the lot and it started smoking due to no coolant/antifreeze 2021 so you know I m expecting there to be fluids in the vehicle or at least someone tell me there was no fluids and I needed to leave there and go straight to a mechanic. Now, I have a ton more issues on a brand new vehicle with less than 20,000 miles they stated it was my fault when no check engine light came on and it stopped on me as if it was a computer issue fed up! Still two months later and I have no transportation to and from work and no public transportation tried to do their survey but it automatically went to 100 percent done like I left a good review nice and knowledgeable ppl but definitely go straight from their lot to a mechanic to make sure

I am extremely disappointed in this body repair shop. My car has been there since September, and right now they have me at a stage of telling me that it'll be ready every Friday. It's the fifth time being told that and I've given them enough patience, going on the third month of them having the vehicle now. Not only that, but after they agreed with my insurance company on themselves paying for my rental, I get charged by the rental company not even 3 days later. This is ridiculous being it my first time using this company, and will definitely be my last using any crash champions repair shops at all. Hopefully I get my car back before end of october ATLEAST.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

They were absolutely wonderful and made a stressful situation super easy and worry free. My car was in a bad condition and more things had to be replaced the further they looked into it. The staff called me often and constantly gave me updates of any changes in what was first discussed. They worked with my insurance company on my behalf. When I went to pick up my car the always happy and helpful staff memeber (Lance) even remember who I was from 2 weeks prior and was efficient about getting my paperwork taken care of and getting me on my way. I was extremely impressed and pleased with the wonderful car and customer service.

We had a prearranged appointment to do body work on my truck. They neglected to order parts ahead of time. Then called to say parts were unavailable for 30 days. At this point, I was already in a rental car. This will be the last time I offer them my business. I used them in the past, as inntertech collision center, as was very happy. The name, and management has since changed, along with their standards.

Lance the manager helped my mom with a bracket that broke on her car bumper he fixed it and sent her on her way all in one day, other companies quoted very high prices and said it would take days. They do great work and back up their service. I've used them for multiple repair jobs on different cars. Each time they've done an excellent job and they back up their work with a lifetime guarantee. I have never had to use that guarantee until recently. A defect was discovered two years plus after the repair. I brought it in and they took care of it in a quick timeframe and it looks better than before before.

Lance and the crew made my repair as smooth and stress free as possible! They called to check in 2-3 times while my car was at their shop which I think is going above and beyond! They were very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely seek them out if you re ever in a wreck..

Recently I had a run-in with a toolbox backing out of my garage :-( which pulled my front bumper out of place. I had gone to two other body shops in the Bellevue area that are listed as the best in Omaha, and was quoted around $1000.00 to completely replace the bumper by both. Then I went to Inter-Tech Collision Center from the moment I entered the property I felt at ease as Covid-19 reminders were posted and I was ushered into a garage area where I could stay in my vehicle. I have been under self-quarantine as I am well over 65 so it felt like a safe environment.I was welcomed by Lance Tschirren the manager. who gathered my information and then went to look at the bumper. I thought he was just evaluating it, but he didn't just look, he put it back in place and even glued it for me and then didn't charge for his service. He just asked that when we need to have body work done come and see them again. We most certainly will!Like many families today our budget is tight so this is a great blessing to us. I've been having some bad luck with my car lately. A few weeks ago my car got a deep scratch in the front bumper. The guys at Inter-tech gave me the best estimate with time and expense. The car was cleaned and washed and looked better than when I had purchasd it. You wouldn't even know it had been repaired. And yesterday my cars left rear bumper was side swiped in a hit a run, I went the next day and they fixed it on the spot. These guys are truly amazing. Best customer service. I trust Inter-tech with flawless repairs.

My vehicle needed body repair after an accident. I received outstanding service from Inter-Tech. Lance, the Manager at the Bellevue location gave me a very fair estimate to repair my vehicle. He expected the repair to take 4-5 days. His staff had my vehicle completed at the end of the third day. The repair brought my vehicle back to as new status. I highly recommend Inter-Tech if you need auto body work repair

Best body shop in town. Has been for years. The team there operates like a well oiled machine. The car looks new and the best part was how well Lance communicated. I really appreciated the updates and how they stuck to their timeline. I ll no doubt be back!!

I was in a car accident a while back and I looked for several different places to take my vehicle to for repairs. The accident wasn't my fault so I knew it would be a hassle working with someone else's insurance company. After taking my car to Inter-Tech, they removed that hassle for me. This place dealt with the insurance company directly and even helped me get a rental car set up from them. The turnaround time was about 3 months due to the holidays but it was definitely worth the wait. I mostly dealt with Lance who was very helpful and polite. Inter-Tech also went above and beyond by washing and detailing the entire car. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs or service done to their vehicle.

Inter-Tech is the only company that I trust to do body work on both my Honda's. They do a great job, and the staff is always friendly. I can't say enough good things about them. The Bellevue, Nebraska location is the very best!

don't even know where to start with this the fact that they can't even get you in for even an estimate for months at a time is ridiculous over a hail storm from June telling customers they're booked until the first of the year for repairs then when they did get me in for the estimate they've lost my key now I'm sorry that I had to be at work and dropped the key off early that morning in your Dropbox but I know I put them in your box no one ever called me no one ever told me that the keys weren't there In fact when spoken to the week before they said they had my key stating the estimate was done. I went to pickup they said they had my key when I go to pick up my vehicle after said estimate they tell me I never left the key only put in their Dropbox was the clicker well if that was the case how did you manage to unlock the steering wheel the clicker doesn't unlock it why is it that no one ever called me about this the car sat there for two weeks and when I talked to you on the phone you never mentioned that you didn't have the keys and now you don't want to pay for it to be rekeyed because you're saying you're not responsible having never received the key that is just nonsense I will never use crash champions because they're champions of nothing but slow service bad service no service on top of being rude
