Brought my Jeep in for an oil change and car wash, the oil change went great. When I went to get my Jeep after the wash it looked great but they busted the headlight knob on the dashboard. After trying for almost 3 weeks to reason with them they basically said it's your word against our word and we will not help in getting it repaired. It will cost about $400 to repair. I will never go back there again.

Value for money. You hear it, read it, but is it still reality in this economy. As it pertains to auto services, it is absolute. Cornhusker Auto Wash and Cornhusker Express Lube have been in service and stewardship to our community for nearly 40 years. They've been handling my detailing needs since 1996. It's a full service experience driven by people who also happen to be your friends, neighbors, and students. It is what it was. Quality has no expiration date.

Truck always looks great when serviced and great customer service always happy employees. A+ Cornhusker wash Kaleb did a great job when I picked my truck up. To make sure I was happy with the service.

I pay the monthly fee and go through a couple times a week (Great value). Car is always clean and when they towel it off they always ask if they can do anything else for me. I really appreciate on nice days they have someone outside hitting it one more time with a towel. I won't go any place else

I do love their monthly plans, but all car washes around here have them for around the same price. The wash that this place provides does an OK job, I would give it a 7/10 for cleaning. I have a Jeep Wrangler and there are many spots that never get cleaned no matter how many times I put it through -1 star for this. Their hours are horrible honestly, they close way too early everyday and even earlier on Sundays -1 star for this. Honestly, the only reason I keep my monthly membership here and don't go to another car wash is because they hand dry here at the end of the wash preventing a lot of water spots. If other car washes in the immediate vicinity started hand drying I would not be a member here anymore.

Wow! That would be only one adjective to describe my experience today. I called earlier and spoke with Yvonne and she got me in right away. I was then greeted by Yvonne who told me about the website discount step by step process and the free carwash after oil change.Synthetic oil change was only $60 dollars w/coupon.After my 15 minutes oil change I got a carwash voucher and used it right away. I only waited 5 minutes to get introduced to Shevi she was the cashier at the window. She helped me pick out a fragrance for my vehicle. (Fresh & clean) also suggested I get my floor mats cleaned after all the winter sludge and grime. Let me tell you I didn't realize how gross they were until I saw the dirty water flowing out of them. All 4 mats was only $10 dollars.From there I pulled forward where a small army of cleaners ready to tackle my vehicle. I turn over mr keys to a gentleman I forgot his name and his crew went to work.Cleaning the vehicle inside and out. From vacuuming, windows inside and out, floor mats etc. you could tell the staff really cares about the customer and wants to do a good job.My vehicle was filthy inside and out and seeing it going through the wash and getting dried off it looks almost brand new!Last but not least I was greeted by two guys that made sure no extra soap or water residue was left on my car. Kaleb was very outgoing and explained that everyone works together and we share the tips. It's like a family and everyone is pulling on the same rope.I found out it's family own and third generation. With the staff like this they'll be around forever!I can not thank you enough to say you all treated me like a customer that has been around since day one, in reality it was my first visit. Everyone I came in contact with wanted to do a great job and not let the team down. It's easy to o focus on yourself but everyone has bought in to the team concept!The owners of this company should be very proud. I work in hospitality and it's refreshing to see everyone love their job and look forward to going to work. It reminds me of a symphony. Love this place! They do an excellent detailing job and car washes. Love going to get my oil changed as well. So quick and efficient and I don't even have to get out of my car or drag the kids out of the car. Such a great service and always so friendly.

I couldn t believe the service that I received today at Cornhusker Auto Wash even though it was my first time here. I walked inside & I was greeted immediately by their front staff with a warm welcome. Asked them if I could speak to someone about my remote start. I excepted at least a 15-20 minute wait to talk to someone. Less than 1 minute later, I had the opportunity to work with Shawn. We walked out to my vehicle & he diagnosed & fixed the problem in less than 3 minutes. Something that the dealership wanted to keep a couple days for & to charge hundreds of dollars just to look at it & might not be able to fix the problem.Keep in mind, this place was BUSY. Multiples lines for a wash, detail, & oil change. But Shawn treated me like I was the only car in the parking lot. He was super patient & walked me through step-by-step if I have this problem again. Even told me to stop by any time if I have any more problems or questions.This is why I will always support a local business over any franchise. You don t get this kind of service or honesty elsewhere.Shawn, if you re reading this, thank you for the best service I ve ever received. And to Cornhusker Auto Wash, Bellevue is so lucky to have you & you are so lucky to have Shawn as one of your employees!

Overall, not bad. I asked if they would wash the floor mats and the kid said yes. They weren't very clean and they didn't vacuum under them. Also, I had dirty water splashed on both side front windows that didn't wash off, and were not wiped off. Rear end of car wasn't wiped off well either. I know they have done better

My truck came out with grime on wheels, front end and back. That was with pre spraying. The wash isn't very good. And the quality poor. Plus the staff assigned to wiping it after the wash barely touched it. The new wash by Chick filet is 100 times better. This was first time here, I won't be back. I wish there were negative stars, I'd give it - 3 stars.

I was not happy with this place at all. Me and my 3 kids went on a long road trip and when we got back into town I stop here to get my car clean. I got the most expensive wash because my car was really bad. The outside of the car looked okay. There were still bugs on the car from the road trip. But the inside looked like they didn t even touch it. And my windows look like they cleaned it with a dirty rag I can t see out of any of my windows when the sun hits it just right. I paid extra for a cinnamon sent I never got it. Not happy at all.

Took my truck in to have a full service cleaning done and the leather clean and conditioned. While I know they don t wipe down the interior with a wet cloth in a full service, they are supposed to at least vacuum and clean all of the inside. There was dust everywhere on the inside still and a vast majority of the floor was obvious was not vacuumed. While I paid a $55 for the leather to be cleaned and conditioned there were still spots all over the leather and parts of it were still dusty. The seats were not even adjusted to attempt to clean all of the leather. I will definitely not be taking my vehicle here to be cleaned again.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming

I would recommend this car wash to anyone! I was visiting a friend from college in Bellevue and was told to use this car wash. My car was in rough shape prior to coming and when I left, it was spotless. The first worker, Logan, was very thorough in his explanations of the different washes. I was impressed with the spray down prior to entering the wash and the deliberate hand-drying of my vehicle after by Jacob, Zach, and Joe. This is a step that is missed by big chain car washes. As I stated prior, I would recommend Cornhusker Auto Wash to everyone!Service: Full body wash

HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I'm new to NE and live nearby. Never really done the regular carwash thing, but winters here are different, so I signed up. The boys working the wash are the sweetest fellas you ever met! Well-mannered, kindly, so polite. Just this morning a smiley gentleman made conversation and shook my hand. I appreciated that it didn't feel forced, fake, or creepy (like when a customer reads your nametag and uses your first name in a familiar way). I have never had anything but exceptional service. My husband, an emphatic car guy, brings his beloved Tundra here and gives his praises. Thank you for setting the bar high and excelling. We appreciate you.

Paid nearly $200 for our car to get deep cleaned and they missed so many areas. The seats still look gross, they didn't clean around the E break, the shifter boot was still really dirty. Inside all the vents/ cd player are still dirty. The trunk was disgusting didn't even touch it. The seat belts weren't wiped, the top, and the visors were still stained. The center console wasn't wiped and has drips around it. They might have wiped but it was not detailed. Not to mention they had us make an appt and had our car all day long until the evening.

I just went through the car wash after paying for the works option - interior and exterior. Interior was barely wiped down. The console, rear view mirror, front and back seats are still dirty - visible dust and paw prints from my dogs everywhere. I was not expecting a full detail, but did expect everything to at least get wiped down. I would have asked them to fix these items but the kid who brought my car out ran off as soon as I came out of the building and didn't ask if everything looked OK.

My first time using this chain, paid for the "Works" exterior only ( $20 ) few things were missed that are listed on the website as part of that package. The door jams weren't wiped/cleaned ( wasn't asked to get out of the car or open the doors ), wheel brightener ( guessing a wheel cleaner? ) wasn't done, and tire shine wasn't applied at all. I didn't stop after the wash to see if it was done, made the assumption it was being done while the hand drying segment was being completed, since there were 4 or 5 guys at the end of the line. My mistake for not stopping to check I guess. Few obvious spots where dirt was missed in the wash bay, it was smeared but not cleaned, then just spread around more when the drying towels werent clean. Rims were still quite dirt covered ( light dirt, not mud, shouldve been easy to come off ) Not expecting a full detail, but they just weren't clean even on the surface.Granted it's not everyone first time there, but also was told to "pull around" by the cashier, but wasn't sure were that was exactly. Figured it out, but would have appreciated a "first time here?" question instead of having to ask the cashier where he meant where to pull around too.Missed opportunity on a first time customer, I'll try other chains before returning.

Not sure how to leave photos but glad we canceled our membership. I thought the inside wasn't as clean as other had said because I only paid so much on top of that to have the inside done but we did the full detail today and other than some water getting splashed around my mats and an air freshener thrown in nothing else was done. We just got done with a road trip with three kids and I paid for help to clean my car.... Which I still have to take home and vacuum and wipe out. Yes, first world problems but it wasn't cheap!!

Edit ** I did get a call from them offering me compensation for my issues. That kind of follow up speaks to a better business than I initially thought. Not pleased with the service I got today. First they bent my license plate and broke my license plate holder. They DID offer to replace it but "the boss" was not there so I needed to call back on Thursday to get that done. I don't have the time to be running back there! They cost $7 at Walmart, just put one on! Then I noticed the floor mats were still dirty, the inside of the door frames were filthy and there was still dog hair in my cargo area.The price on the website was $170 but I was charged $177.55 with no explanation about the extra charges.

Very impressed with the courtesy & attention I received when I went in for an oil change. Would recommend to anyone who needs one in less than an hour. I would just take in consideration the time of day before going to avoid longer wait times.

Took my Crosstrek to Cornhusker Auto Wash in Bellevue and Chris the detailer, killed it. She looked like the first time I was just driving her off the lot again. Nothing was overlooked. Outside was spotless. It s definitely not something I do every month, but twice a year. It will definitely increase the longevity of your surfaces in your vehicle. He did such a great job! Remember to tip your detailer, also when they do this great of a job! Go ask for Chris! You won t be disappointed!

I have been coming here for 4 years and have never had a problem until today. I paid the $30 for The Complete Works and have never been more disappointed. It didn t even look like my car got cleaned inside. I know that it was for sure not vacuumed or wiped down. The cup holders and entire center console was not wiped down. My mats were covered in hair and soaking wet. The windows still had smudges all over them... the receipt was left on the dashboard and they dusted around it.I just figured they had a bad day or new workers so I went in the next day to speak to a manager to ask for it to be done correctly. I was told that the back plastic mats having dog hair still on them was normal and that it s an extra charge for pet hair removal. I know this isn t true because it just needed a simple vacuuming of the plastic mats. He told me that they would take it back and wipe it down some more, which they did, but it still is not up to the normal work they do.I m just disappointed I paid $30 to have my car cleaned and it looked like it wasn t even touched and then I was told that was normal and expected. Makes me sad since I ve been coming here so long and never experienced this.Service: Auto detailing

Was a bit convoluted to navigate. The workers are in a rush and I feel bad for them. I do think they deserve a tip, but with the price of a standard wash and with coming back to my car getting a scratch on the side mirror, I think they could've done better. Over all, an ok wash.

They used to be real good but now they just leave your car wet they don't dry it off they use wet rags if you have a membership they should get you in not make you wait people that want to pay by the wash

I used to bring my car to Dolphin Car While this Cornhusker Car Wash is a long way for me to travel. It is worth the time because they do a great job! The manager is down to earth. They often do a better wash than I can do myself. I found Saturday at 5 to be less busy. Mats are washed for extra. They do not answer telephones here so make sure you check the vehicles carefully for any left behind articles. They continue to keep prices reasonable and exceed expectations by communicating well with the customer.
