This shop was very helpful with my transmission replacement and several other services. They worked with the warranty company, gave prompt calls back on any work to be done and overall were excellent in answering my crazy amount of questions on my somewhat unique vehicle. They really went above and beyond. Only shop I trust right now. The lady working the front desk was great!

Truly amazing, honest and welcoming. I have a 91 ZR1 and it's my baby. I thought I was having clutch problems and felt a loss of power. I was referred to them through the car club. Long story short, clutch was good and the problem was the exhaust. Both sides were loose, hitting against the differential causing a racket. Paul determined it was tripping the Nox Sensors. Paul adjusted the exhaust pipes. Problem solved. Chelsea is a blessing and Paul was fantastic. Plenty of communication back and forth and Paul stayed late to accommodate a test drive with me. I cannot thank you enough for everything you have done. Don't skip over this place when looking for transmission solutions, you won't be sorry. Thank you

I am a repeat customer of certified transmission in Bellevue Nebraska for a good reason. They have integrity! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. They tell you what it s going to cost to repair. They keep you up to date with the repair process either by phone call or text, your choice. They saved me over a $1,000 from the quote that I got from another repair facility. Chelsea and Frank are fantastic! You can tell they love what they do and they take pride in their work. Great people doing high quality work at a fair price. Thank you so much!

These guys are awesome!!! We broke down traveling across country. They even managed to bring our RV back to life!!! We are back on the road again. The personality of the staff was top notch. Friendly willing to go above and beyond. Explained the issues and resolve very clearly. The price they quoted was the price I paid. Thank you!!!

I'm a health care worker with odd hours & Chelsea was amazing in working with my schedule! She made sure I had transportation home. I felt safe & secure on my decision to trust my vehicle with them. She even was super cool with having a 3 way conversation over the phone with my father over the work that needed to done. Such respect and courtesy... i give a million stars for this alone!!

I had my Subaru serviced here about 10 days ago. Chelsea gave me a price on the phone and I set an appointment, they service the transmission and it was done exactly when they said it would be for exactly the price they said it would be which by the way was $150 cheaper than the dealer. On top of all that I received a nice, thank you letter from Chelsea and Frank in the mail today. World-class operation going on here.

I needed a new transmission in my car few months ago. Cars been running great since. Frank and Chelsea were awesome to work with. They kept me updated with everything, Got the work done in a timely manner. I d recommend Frank, Chelsea and their team at the Bellevue certified transmission.

Had a very good experience with the team at Certified in Bellevue. Brought my truck in for a transmission check and service along with other required services (transfer case, differentials). After a road test I was called and told that my transmission was functioning well. Fluid checks showed it was in the time range for a fluid and filter change and a service on the transfer case. Differentials looked good and shouldn t need service for another 15-20K miles. I felt this was a very honest assessment, and honesty is very important to me as a customer when dealing with vehicle repairs and maintenance. I really liked how thorough they were with explaining things as well. Everything was wrapped up same day and the truck had driven very well since the service. 10/10 would recommend!

Chelsea and her staff at Certified Transmission were amazing to work with! They made the entire process extremely easy. With quick turn around time we were back driving down the road the same week! We hope to never have another transmission issue, but if we do, we will go to Chelsea at Certified Transmission!

Tried to change transmission pan on 2015 jeep grand Cherokee and one of the bolts broke off so I took it to certified transmission and they were able to get it out and complete the job I started. I highly recommend them. Great customer service and everyone was friendly.

Chelsea was amazing to work with. She gave me detailed information of how everything works on getting a diagnostic ran. She called when the car arrived via tow truck and called as soon as the service was over. Will definitely recommend.

I highly recommend certified transmission in Bellevue! My boyfriend and I took both our Silverado's here to get the transmission fluids replaced and they were very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. His was more difficult and took a lot longer than they expected but they did not charge us for the extra labor and even discounted the extra inspection on mine since they had to reschedule it for another day. They were just extremely easy to communicate and work with and I couldn t have been happier with the experience!

I was tracing to Nebraska for Thanksgiving and no one is prepared to deal with car troubles, let alone during the holidays. Certified Transmission was the only shop that would fit me into the schedule so I could get my car in a timely manner, seeing that I broke down 4 hours away from home. They have some of the kindest employees that really look out for the benefit of their customers. This was my first experience with them, and will be my new favorite auto repair shop. Big thank you to all of them!

Bellevue certified transmission was awesome to work with. Even though I had a very confusion situation with my truck certified pulled thier team together and dotted every I and crossed every t to be sure my transmission was not the issue. They went above and beyond and expected this challenge with every diagnosis possible. The pricing was absolutely affordable even offering a uber lift home while they inspected my truck.I would highly recommend certified in bellevue and if I ever have any issues they will be my first stop!Thanks again certified for everything

They went above and beyond with my mom s extended warranty to get her transmission replaced. Once the transmission was in their building, my mom had her car back in 2 days. Everyone was wonderful. Took a car in to have the transmission fluid flushed as I didn't have the time to do it myself but ended up wasted my time and money. They test drove the car and even said it drove fine but looked under it and said it's leaking every fluid which it did have a bad oil leak but that's not part of the transmission so not their issue. They ended up charging me $100 just to run the codes which I have a gm tech 2 scan tool so I knew every code in the car already. I only asked for a fluid flush and instead of doing that I got a print out of stereo amplifier codes and tpms codes. Their excuse was its on its last leg and better to just leave it. Ended up doing it myself then towed my 30ft camper 500 miles to St Louis with no issues.

Bought my truck to have it diagnosed and Chelsea went above and beyond looking up Wakarusa differentials were stock on my truck and what needed addressed sooner than later. I appreciate all the help and knowledge her and her team provided

Had them diagnose and fix the transmission on my 2012 Chevy Caprice. The communication and service I had gotten from them was 2nd to none. They had some unfortunate problems with some equipment in the shop but Chelsea kept me in the loop the whole time and ultimately the car was delayed by maybe 3 business days. Which wasn't a big deal to me considering the phenomenal level of communication throughout the whole process. Will definitely return to them for any transmission issues I may have in the future although I hope to not have any of those.

My experience was great starting with the first phone call I made. Chelsea was so nice and told me everything I needed to know. Once they looked at my car, I was told the whole process including what they needed to order and the exact price of everything. I really loved how flexible they are and how fast everything took.
