Lexi was very welcoming and efficient as she checked me in without a problem. Steve stayed friendly and made sure I got the most efficient service, and Greg knew exactly what he was doing as he worked on my vehicle. Very professional and reliable location. 4/5 stars because the services were pricy, but 5/5 on the employees at this location.

I received excellent customer service from Chris Bellamy who works the front desk. He went above and beyond his call of duty. Excellent, excellent, excellent, customer service. If I could give him a raise I would give him a fat one! His character was very warm and a great listener to attend to all my questions and needs! And boy did I have a zillion questions and concerns! I would recommend coming into Brakes Plus and hopefully he's working that day! I can't say enough about him. I was there for approximately 5 hours. He carried on casual conversation and yes there were some laughs! I made a good friend on this day!

Very friendly service at an affordable price! My car was making a few weird noises and acting weird and I explained it to this gentleman named Chris and he was able to get me in ASAP and get everything fixed for me. He told me they checked everything out thoroughly, got me new brakes, got my oil changed, topped off all the other fluids. He was amazing for getting me in there in such a timely manner and getting everything fixed and safe to drive with my kiddos!!

Steve helped me out a lot. Got a buy two get two free deal for struts and shocks. Got both cars done in one day. Great they could get me scheduled so fast and called with the price before starting and called again when ready for pickup. They discovered a couple issues while changing out the struts but were not a bit pushy trying to up charge me. Glad I went here. Also, the struts and shocks have lifetime warranty on parts pretty sweet deal. Half the price of corwin too.. will go back with future needs.

Super professional. The manager showed me every step of the process, how my brakes looked, was very respectful and gracious. The service was expedient and even on a last-minute job the staff didn't stop until the job was done even at close of business. Everyone was friendly, polite, and overall a great experience. I will take my vehicle here from now on!

The new manager Steve was the best! He got my truck in for a brake line and gave me a hell of a deal! Got it done in 2 hours! Great job to Steve and the guys in the shop for the best service experience I ve ever had!

Amazing service! Called to make an appointment and the guy on the phone was super nice/helpful. When I went in person they were friendly and good at keeping me updated! I would recommend going to brakes plus any day, the service was quick and reasonably priced! (They also play very nice music in the waiting room)

Very happy with my service. I needed my Jeep back by end of day after unexpected repairs happened. The work took a bit longer than expected, but they stayed late to get it finished to keep their promise to have it back to me that day. I really appreciated the customer service. What I really liked was that they walked me to my car to show me what the issue is and explained to me in clear terms what they were going to do. I felt like I was in good hands with the crew there. I've been looking for a new garage & these guys earned my business.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair, Tire rotations, Auto brake replacement, Oil change

These guys saved our Christmas vacation!!! Our brakes started acting up on Christmas Day and by Wednesday they were barely working. We had to replace almost all the brake fluid but it seemed to be okay. The next day, however, it was acting up again and we found a leak on one of the cylinders. We were set to go home the next day. I called them up and they said to bring it right in. The guy who checked me in asked if I had an appointment and the other guy with him communicated to him that he'd spoken to me on the phone and told me to come. I love the level of communication!! They found out I had a loose brake line and tightened it up. The only thing they recommended was a brake flush (which it needed) and did not try to upsell anything to me. They were the same way with other customers - only doing what was needed and were straightforward with the service levels. I had seen they were rated highly on here and I can see why. Thank you for being so helpful and honest - you saved our trip and we are home safe!!

I run a tire shop nearby and Chris the General Manager reached out to me. He met me at the store, which caught me by surprise. He was firm and insisted he takes care of me and my employees cars. He wanted to create a open and honest experience and I felt just like that when we spoke. We haven't used his services yet, but I see how they have a 4.9 rating

I've worked with Chris at this location before he became a general manager. He was thorough, kind, & patient back then & again this time! I'm so glad to see the company recognized all of his hard work & dedication & promoted him! He is an absolute gem! I could not possibly recommend anyone else other than Chris

Got the bad news of needing not only my brakes replaced but rotors as well. Dom pulled me in, showed me, and explained everything. Then I had consistent follow up from Chris, the store manager, along with some great conversation. Wasn't happy about the situation, but they made it the most enjoyable experience it could've been. I'll be back again.

We take all four of our vehicles to Brakes Plus for all things brakes, tires, oil changes, even worked on our daughter s clutch. Love these guys! Always a positive experience!

Highly recommend this location for any services needed. Dom, Chris, and Tommy were amazing. This was the first time I have gone to Brake Plus. Dom called me on estimate prices on Brake Pads and Rotors before they started working on my Rogue. They were very helpful and not pushy on what I needed. Thank you all very much! Plus they also have coupons to use on the website for everyday or for services.

Steve and Austin were super nice and helpful they did a wonderful job with my car. It was a super messy job but they did it well and pretty fast it's almost like my car never even broke to begin with shout out to them guys really helping a girl out!

Had a quick and great experience! Heard clicking, stopped in, and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. It was a slow day to be fair but none of the usual waiting around for seemingly no good reason. Definitely coming here again for my car care needs.

As much as unexpected car issues are a disappointment, Brakes Plus was honest in what needed to be done. They went above and beyond to retrieve the parts my vehicle needed and reserved a time the very next day to work all day on it. The car is doing great.

So thankful to Brakes Plus. This afternoon I had gotten my oil changed at at a jiffy. The tech told me there was something wrong with my brakes thatcwas unsafe. Even though it was late in the day I decided to give Brakes Plus a call. They immediately said no problem for me to swing by with no appointment time so I could have peace of mind over the weekend. The squeaking noise was the brakes and they did the repair the same day. For this working mom of 4 kids that was a huge weight off my shoulders. Steve was knowledgeable and very professional as he explained to me what was going on and my options for repairing. I will be a Brakes' Plus customer from now on!!!

I asked them to just check where my oil leak was coming from. Instead they did an oil change and put the wrong oil in my engine. Seemed like 10w-30 instead of 20w-50. Later I opened up my engine to find the oil had no added zinc additives and it had created an engine knock from damaged lifters.

$800 to replace a Mass Airflow Sensor, I feel ripped off! I got a diagnosis report from O Reillys, all I needed was the sensor. Guy charged extra hundred for an evaluation even though I had a report. Yes, I understand labor cost but 800? The part was only less than 200, smh

Incredibly respectful and professional staff. Quick to work, thorough in their examinations, and happy to show you their findings so you know what they're telling you is honest. Was helped by Chris and I'm definitely coming back for any work I need done, or maybe just to see him. Dude's kinda cute

So took my car in about a week ago for some Suspension work and fluids replaced (transmission, Coolant, etc)was pricey but the work was done well. Did leave prints on car but no biggie really. Will definitely be going back. They will answer your questions and are friendly.
