We searched for the perfect fifth wheel for over a year and was introduced to the Alliance brand by Jacob at Bish s in Omaha. We really liked the floor plan and the quality of the product but we decided to special order to get it just the way we wanted it. Jacob and Josh the sales manager worked with us to get everything just the way we wanted it and then the wait for it to be built began ( We are not always the most patient :) ) when it did arrive and the day came for us to walk through and learn all about it Dustin did an absolutely outstanding job walking us through and explaining all the new features and how they functioned. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. Great job guys!

Wow - what a crazy 24 hours!!Jacob got us a great deal on our dream camper Chad in finance went out of his way to make the dreaded financial stuff go smoothly but, our favorite part of this entire experience was Nick - our walk through specialist - he hit the ball out of the park and was patient to talk us through every feature and never rushed us as we fully inspect our camper before we pulled it 2 hours back home!Great job team!! We are Happy Campers!!

Had a great experience visiting Bish s RV in Omaha, found my dream RV!! Very satisfied with my salesman Jacob, who was very friendly and very helpful! Also appreciate Josh the manager and Jacobs professionalism and product knowledge, they let me know everything that needed to known before making any purchase. Would highly recommend!!

Very friendly and easy to work with! No pressure and really wanted us to get the right RV for us. Free winterizing, and yearly inspection for life. Didn't try to up sale, just a really good experience.

Bish s was so east to work with. They were straight shooters, down to earth, and put us in the right camper for our needs and it was within our budget! I would recommend them 10/10 to work with and we plan to return in the future for any other camper purchases or upgrades!

Our salesman, Skyler, was very kind and knowledgeable! He helped us each step of the way and answered all our questions and was also very honest! He also did not pressure us at all. Chad, the finance guy, was also very knowledgeable and patient and very thorough! Both men had a great sense of humor too. Chase, the service guy, was patient in showing us all the intricacies of the set up both inside and out, as well as service we should be doing. He was very kind and knew his stuff and answered all our questions. The lady who detailed the inside of our used RV, Ruth, did a fantastic job and was very friendly and sincerely told me to enjoy our RV. We both noticed that the Bish employees genuinely cared for each other, worked well with one another and had fun sharing their humor with each other. They made it fun, but gave us great confidence that they cared about providing great service and checking every aspect of our used RV. We highly recommend them!!

Bish s RV in Bellevue was amazing to work with. From the manager Josh, the salesman Brent all the way to the financing department. Even the tech who did the walkthrough with me was outstanding. Couldn t ask for anything better from a company. My family can t wait to get our new RV out to make great memories. Thanks again guys!

Awesome experience from start to finish. Brent helped me pick what i needed, then i changed my mind 2 days later and wanted something bigger. No problem. I picked my 34' trailer up today and chad was super great with paperwork. Then michael and steven were superrrr helpful and encouraging as this is my first big travel trailer. They walked me thru all the ins and outs of my new camper.

I just went in to see the new 2900 Brinkley and walked out owning one! Jacob was knowledgeable and understood that I knew plenty about the Brinkley. He worked hard with management to communicate my concerns and budget. We ended up with a fair deal and I am super excited about my purchase.

Watch out for broken promises. They were great during the sales process. Talked us into a few upgrades which included an extended warranty, which they said we could have refunded if we ever sold the RV. Well, we sold the RV and reached back out to them by phone and e-mail many times requesting the refund. They never would end up processing the refund or follow through with anything.

Happy with the service received here. All went well, trade, purchase, felt were fair and appreciated thorough walk thru of camper by Lucas before purchasing. Issues after purchase handled with Adam in service who was awesome! Only issue was when fiance person left this store location before all completed, there seems to have been no communication and a couple of things were challenging to identify issue and get back on track, ie trade payoff, still Highly recommend Bish and would purchase thru them again. Parker our salesman was very helpful and appreciated all his help too!

Posting for a friend that does not have a Google account.My friend was found a camper late last night that was just posted on Facebook. The salesman was messaged. Then my friend messaged the Bishs RV website. My friend then called this morning at 9:43AM. He asked for salesman A. The one that posted the camper listing. The secretary said that he was gone making a run. So he was forwarded to salesman B. At the end of a 32 minute conversation my friend thought he had purchased the camper from salesman b. They agreed on a price. Talked about a pickup date. He gave the salesman all of the info that he asked for. Name. Address. Photo of his ID. Everything that was asked of him he provided for the salesman. Salesman said that with his 800+ credit score financing would not be an issue. At the end of the phone call the salesman said I will get this going.An hour and 47 minutes later salesman b called my friend. My friend expected him to say that the financing was approved and that they needed payment. Instead, salesman b said that since they had last talked somebody had came in in person and bought the camper from salesman a. AFTER my friend had thought he bought the camper from salesman b.My friend drove to the dealership to see how his camper got bought out from underneath of him since they had started the financing process almost two hours prior to another salesman selling the camper. Salesman a, the one that sold the camper wasn t even at work during the time my friend bought the camper. He showed up later, and sold it later.At the dealership salesman b said that he messed up and didn t think to ask for a deposit over the phone. The person that came in and bought it from salesman a in person gave a deposit almost 2 HOURS LATER. Had salesman b asked my friend for a deposit it would have been his camper. BUT he simply didn t ask for the deposit even he knew that was a possibility and failed to mention that to my friend. Salesman b was remorseful and felt bad for messing up my friends sale.My friend talked to the manager who felt the opposite way. His exact words were I don t want to be argumentative. Whoever makes a financial transaction first has started the buying process No apology for them messing up the selling process. No sorry for wasting your time. No sorry for our miscommunication. Nothing. Just a defensive statement about not wanting to be argumentative because there was a process that the salesman failed to inform my friend of.Salesman b seems like a good human. Just forgetful of how his job is to be performed. The manager however made my friend out to be the issue and instead of offering any form of apology, merely accused my friend of being argumentative and said it was his fault for missing out on the camper because he didn t follow the rules that he didn t know existed because the salesman didn t tell him.After the fact salesman b said that all he would have needed to do was bring in cash(a short 20 minute drive) or simply give him a credit card deposit over the phone.I DO NOT recommend Bishs RV. The manager in Bellevue showed me how Bish s RV feels about their customers. It was his salesman s mess up. And he berated my friend instead. No apology or anything.

DJ and Kenny made this experience one of the most pleasant purchasing experiences I ve ever had. DJ was attentive towards our needs and knowledgeable of the products he showed us. Kenny was straightforward and willing to work with us and ensure we had all the information we needed to make a well informed decision prior to our purchase. I highly recommend a visit to this location!

This is my buyer beware of this company. This company has a policy that you must put down a down payment.Or you holding me to get them to run your credit through their financial companies. I've been in vehicle purchasing and purchasing of many other things that are big. Ticket items like this and no other company on the planet has that kind of policy and there's no financial companies out there to required deceiver. Beware, this place is a scam.

We bought a 24 267bhs in Bellevue in early October. The sales staff n all the folks in Bellevue were absolutely great. It's a shame that didn't carry over to their service facility. First Mike did an awesome job explaining all the features of our new TT as well as being top notch on explaining the winterizing process Shayla also was very helpful

We bought a camper here, it was our second camper and we had a way better experience than we did at the other dealer. Keegan, the sales rep, was very helpful and knowledgeable and most of all very up front. Chad worked well with us to secure financing and make the experience a good one. TJ took us around our new camper and showed us all of the ins and outs and gave us some really good advice in general maintenance, something the last place did not do.

This Bellevue location was lights out amazing. A complete 180 from the Lincoln location. Our salesman Jacob was a friggin rock star. Very knowledgeable and even put up with our demon child lol. He was in constant communication thru the entire process, even on his off day! The shop in omaha was amazing and the walk through we got there was so informative, again, night and day difference between what we got in lincoln. Everything was explained and if we didn't get it, he wouldn't move on until we did. Thad in finance was great as well. If you are looking at campers, please make the drive to Bellevue.

We had the best experience EVER at Bish s in Bellevue! Keagen the sales guy that helped us was great from the first phone call made trying to tell him what we wanted. Keagen had a whole plan for us once we got there and toured several RV s, listened to what we liked and didn t like about each one to get the perfect camper for us! We started the process of financing that same day since we found the one for us and the process was a breeze thanks to Kenney! He was absolutely amazing, explained everything in detail and got us with the right bank and bang for our buck on what we needed! Paul the service guy that did the tour with us was great as well and very informative! They have an awesome team of people! We are so excited to be first time camper owners and so happy we decided to go with Bish s RV in Bellevue,NE!

My husband and I purchased a fifth wheel from Bish's in Bellevue, NE. We had a wonderful experience there.Ian Mackerman was our sales person, very personable, respectful and listened to our needs and wants. Very knowledgeable about the product. Very nice young man.Chad Hass was our finance person. He gave us a lot of information on how their company works and was very respectful and understanding about what we wanted as far as financing. Very knowledgeable about about any and finance and warranty services. The process went smoothly.Steve is the person who takes care of showing us all about the camper. He was great at showing all we needed to know about the unit inside and out. We had a good time with him laughing and making jokes. But when it came down to the unit he was very precise about letting us know how everything works.We will tell our friends and family about Bish RV, we won't go anywhere else with our business.

Would NOT recommend them to anyone. Our family had a camper sold out from under us and instead of being understanding or even apologizing for not fully informing us on how to keep that from happening, we were called argumentative. Very unprofessional and condescending.

I had an excellent experience at Bish's RV in Omaha (Bellevue). Ian spent all day working with us to make sure we were getting the RV we truly wanted. He took us through the features of each and was well-versed in the options of the trailers he showed us. In the end, we were more than satisfied with the choices he made available to us. Chad in finance was very professional and respected my time constraints in a balanced manner. The perks, such as having free winterizations of the RV are a huge plus. We now have the RV of our dreams thanks to the team at Bish's in Omaha. If you are interested in buying an RV and you live in the Bellevue area, I suggest that this be your first stop. Cheers!

BISH'S RV Dealership in Bellevue NE has proven to be a trustworthy & respectable, & also pleasant, business to work with. After a very long, unpleasant, & disappointing experience with a different dealership in the Omaha area, we showed here & were VERY GLAD WE DID!! We really enjoyed & appreciated Parker's professionalism & product knowledge & that he wasn't brash & pushy: he was dependable. We again were impressed with Keegan in the financial department. Everything proceeded without a hitch. When we went to pick up our new Jayco camper, Lucas impressed us with his knowledge, suggestions, & pride of product during the walk-through. Every one in the office there was also knowledgeable & friendly. When we needed a TV arm installed, Jay met my husband at Offutt AFB in Bellevue so that he could do the job where the camper is stored. We are so impressed with EVERYONE'S level of professionalism!! We can say from previous TERRIBLE experience elsewhere that this was a FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY for us !!! THANK YOU ALL SO VERY MUCH!!! Sept 2023

I went to Bish's in June after seeing a camper online. I called and was put in touch with Parker. I went in close to closing time and Parker took his time and walked me through the camper and answered all my questions, even though it was about 100 degrees. He wasn't worried that it was closing time. Parker worked with me to get me what I was looking for, even though I kept him until 45 minutes after close. I ended up with my dream camper and was able to get it in time for the 4th of July weekend!I got my camper and a had a couple small issues. I got in touch with Parker, who got in touch with the service department and had a tech scheduled to come fix my issues within a week! He followed up with me all week and made sure I was taken care of!Thank you to Parker and Bish's for getting me a camper that suits me and my needs and for following up and backing up their product and service!
