Top notch service department. They work hard, I ve always been well taken care of. My car is done promptly and I m given a loaner if needed. Pam and Alicia are super kind and knowledgeable when calling for updates etc.

Just figured out when they replace my set of 4 tires back in 2022 they used tires made in 2019 without letting me know and it has lots of problems after that. When I checked back they said is out of warranty, of course. Will never go there again.

Had one of the worst service experience with beardmore subaru during my recent 30k miles service. I went with my Subaru Legacy and Over Paid for the service but got issues in my car right after their service.They were not accepting their mistake initially and neglecting but finally accepted and fixed.It s so expensive of everything and careless service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Grand incompetence. I basically paid $265 and waited 3 hours for an oil change because their mechanics are not competent enough to troubleshoot moderately complex issues.

I m a new Subaru owner, this was my first visit to Beardmore service and I will definitely be returning for any of my service needs. The gal at the service desk was very helpful, courteous and professional. She didn t even laugh when I had no idea what the mileage was on my vehicle or that I didn t realize I should just pull right into the service garage at arrival. I didn t have to wait long for my service and I got a print out report of everything that was inspected. No one tried to sell me anything extra everybody was pleasant, smiling and efficient!

Great group of people willing to go the extra mile to make sure you leave happy. I have always taken my Subaru to BearShare for service and maintenance. The service staff is friendly and professional. They always go above and beyond my expectations. The waiting room is almost like being home. The time passes quickly.

Traveling out of State when our Outback needed an oil change. Needed to schedule an appointment, but they were able to get us in and out within an hour!

In and out, no messing about oil change! Clean guest waiting area, and almost every employee I saw was wearing a mask. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because while I was waiting, an employee came in to the guest waiting area, and had a conversation about how much he hated coming to work with another employee.

Salesman Jayson Neeley was great. We found a van perfect for our family, and we live 2.5 hours from the Beardsmore Dealership. Jayson was willing to work with us, and he made the purchase so easy and personable. The other staff we were fortunate enough to work with were just as friendly. When we first saw the van I knew it was going to be a great pre-owned vehicle. Just by glance, the vehicle was in pristine condition. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for their next vehicle addition.

We will NEVER go back. My wife and I went there to possibly purchase a new Subaru Outback. We were walking around the parking lot for 25-30 minutes. No one came out to help us. So, then we went into the showroom for 5-10 minutes. SAME RESULT, NO HELP. There was also an employee sitting at a desk within 15 feet from us, and she didn't say boo. THEY PROBABLY LOST A SALE. Will go elsewhere.

Required to wear a mask, nice and knowledgeable. A bit expensive, but all dealership services are.
