This is very specifically a review of the service department. My experience with sales has been great.I have had a few encounters with service and every single one is negative. The first time I went to get an oil change I followed the date on the service tag. I scheduled it, went in. And they said, "We don't do it by date, we do it by mileage." So they wasted my time by 1. Putting a date on the service tag that means nothing. And 2. Not verifying the mileage knowing that they put bad information on the tag.That was experience 1. Experience 2 is that I had a recall. They scheduled the recall. Then I get there and then they say they don't have the solution for the recall and I need to schedule it again at a different time.Experience 3. They told me my oil change was due at 15000 miles on the service tag. On my car they reset it to be about 14182 miles... Weird and incompetent. I get there and they said, " Your oil change was due at 12000 miles, it's in your contract, you should have known... It's not our fault we're incompetent and lied to you. You should do our job better than us." I'm paraphrasing of course.So they wouldn't honor the oil change, said I had to pay for it, yet they said that I paid for it in the contract. So did they do the oil change? No.In their defense, I've never had a good service experience with any dealership. So... At least they're not worse?

When my car was on the Recall List...they refused to fix it...which I had ( still have). The letter stated that they needed to REPLACE the ENGINE at no cost to me. They thought of every little thing to do...but the Engine. I wound up giving it back. I feel sorry for the next owner, because there going to have problems. BEAWARE BEARDMORE.

I typically don t write reviews but I have had nothing but negative experiences with Beardmore over the past year. Bought a 23 Elantra less than ago and have recently been dealing with some issues with car, one of which is very serious where the car suddenly started accelerating on its own after taking my foot of the brake from a stop sign (luckily nobody was in front of me)I call the service department and explain the issues. They didn t ask many questions or seem that concerned that someone who bought a brand new car from them less than a year ago was experiencing these issues this early on. When asked about a loaner car if they were to keep my car for more than a day, they couldn t guarantee it. Not only that, but seemed the least bit helpful with addressing my concern, which was transportation for my family. If I buy $30,000+ car less than a year ago, and it s already having issues, one of which literally puts my family s lives in danger, you would at least expect them to say get the car in here right away and be able to provide you with alternative transportation. If this is how my experience is going to be with Hyundai, it definitely doesn t make me want to get a new one in the future or recommend them.We already have 3 free oil changes from a previous negative experience we had with Beardmore, and honestly would rather them keep them than give them our business any more. Nothing worse than buyers remorse and giving your business to a place that doesn t seem to care about you.

Took my car in for service, friendly staff, they had remodeled since the last time I was there. I wanted my Bluelink updated but they didn't know how to do it. I don't use it all that much, so I decided not to bother with it. The waiting room was also updated from what I remember, it has a snack bar, coffee, tea, sink , and a refrigerator stocked with bottled water. I would take my car back in when it needs service again.

Got my car looked at within a few days, car returned in 4 days. Very courteous.Good experience overall, especially since they're local competitor couldn't look at my car for 6 weeks! I recommend these guys for service if you're in Omaha folks!

I have been going to this service center ever since I purchased my car in 2013. Their prices are reasonable and they never try to suggest unnecessary repairs. Unfortunately, somewhere along the transfer process from Todd Archer to Beardmore, the service team is not the same. I went in today at 7:10 am for a scheduled oil change that I drive from West Omaha to get done. Upon arrival, the lights were off and the door to the center would not open. A service tech came out to explain to me that not one service advisor had shown up for work so there was no way to get my car in since they couldn t check me into the system. I reached out to Beardmore and was expecting to hear from someone today about the inconvenience. Not sure how many others this affected.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto maintenance, Oil change

Excellent service on a regular and reliable basis. The staff are courteous and explain everything simply, they explain what is needed and what it will cost. Services are quick an without hassle, just about all you could ask for.

The work was done on time and the staff were very attentive. The only issue I had was that they couldn't wash the car since they were short of staff.

Not very happy with service department bought new floor mats for my 2021 Palisade paid over $250 they said they would have install them and all they did was throw them in the vehicle lay them out did not attach them or anything plus spend $100 for new filters and this is what I get for a thank you
