Got an oil change here on my Nissan got excellent service , the woman in the Service department was awesome ! Helpful ! I didn t get her name but she was small thin and a positive light in that service department the other woman standing in there looking at a screen never even answered a phone or helped the service woman out with a line of people she was lazy! my service included a tire rotation they found a screw in my tire said it was not repairable ! Good thing when she showed me cost I remembered I bought them at Firestone and had warranty she also encouraged me to get there asap so I wouldn t get a flat any way this would have definitely been 5 star but when I took my car in to get tire fixed I was told it was a small screw did not even puncture so not even a repair required this is concerning to me and will probably warrant a call to a manager the stars are for price , service desk and speed of service and getting me in same day quickly and THEY HAVE A MASSAGE CHAIR

We took our Chevy traverse to get serviced. Chase and Megan assisted me and they were very polite and prompt with excellent customer service. I was in and out in 10 minutes but our vehicle didn t have to stay behind for obvious reasons. Overall I enjoy coming here and I ve had nothing but good vibes and good experiences. Recommend it all the way!

I have been going here for service on my 2011 silverado since I bought it new from Beardmore. It's always been great service up till a couple oil changes ago and air bag replacement ago. They cracked my dash when replacing my air bag and didn't acknowledge it . Oil filter weren't tight and leaking oil last two oil changes .So I thought I'd give them one more chance. They charge me for a oil change and tire rotation and only did the oil change. I caught this right away unlike the crack in my dash and made them do the tire rotation. And above all that was charged 104. Dollars when it use to only cost around 60. I will not be going back anymore or purchasing another car from them.

My wife and I bought a 2015 Chevy Trax in February, with a Platinum Protection Plan. The Service Department at Beardmore Chevrolet has been excellent!

I have taken both of our vehicles to Beardmore Chevrolet to get the oil changed. Had no problems. I think I will continue to go there... Satisfied customer...

I had an appointment to get my Equinox looked at due to the check engine light on. I specifically told the receptionist that I wanted to know what they were going to the car/the result of the system diagnostic test before anything was done to the Equinox. They did not inform me of the results and went ahead and did what they wanted. I can not recommend Beardmore Chevrolet due to the poor lack of customer service.

I've been going to this location for over two years now. I absolutely love the service I receive and everyone is so friendly. Even the complimentary shuttle is helpful.
