We just purchased a car battery. The older gentleman I had the pleasure working with, Greg, was phenomenal. Greg was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He changed the battery on my wife s van. He had a great attitude. I really appreciate how Autozone checks batteries for free and if you happen to need a new battery, they can install it for you without charging you. I have been coming here for about 17 years. I have always had good experiences here.

Employee is a know it all smart a** with a bad attitude problem. i got judged for being a younger guy when i went here to buy a large socket to remove an alternator pulley, i brought the alternator in to test fit the socket when he grabbed the alternator and said i wasn t gonna be able to remove the pulley because it s connected to the crankshaft? then he started spitting out a bunch of useless facts about alternators and how i m not gonna be able to switch pulleys and that the alternator isn t even for my vehicle if i need to swap pulley( it s a upgraded high outputalternator that requires a smaller pulley)i told him i just needed the socket and i ll get it off when he said it s impossible and he chuckled and said good luck with that buddy. I left, went to oriellys to buy thensocket and took the alternator pulley off with no issue the exact way he told me was impossible,guy was just on a power trip and wanted to seem smart

This auto parts store is further away from my house then other stores, but I have received hands down better service here then all the others in town. One employee spent time helping me even though he had clocked out and was getting ready to leave just to help cobble together a break line for me in a pinch. I always try and go here first.

Marian H was the bomb diggetty snip snap bam bizzel of customer service! She was helpful immediately in diagnosing my problem and guiding me to the right battery at the right price! She even coached me on a few other tips of extreme value. Todd was efficient in getting the battery installed! I'm very pleased and will return. Go see Marian H and Todd at AutoZone! They're the best!

Love this place. There busy but they typically have like 3 or 4 people at the counters waiting to help you out. The store manager is very nice and chill and helpful. The parts are affordable and typically have it on hand or are willing to order it for you.

Outstanding customer service and couldn t be happier with all the help Jason provided on my batteries warranty. The old battery left a huge mess and he did a great job cleaning out all the mess and installed a spanking new Duralast Gold! Thanks Jason and the whole team at Auto Zone!

Very helpful and friendly. Went in the other day to purchase new wiper blades. Two staff were working and were immediately attending to my needs by looking up the correct sizes and explaining the differences between the different blades, without feeling pressured to purchase any particular one over the other. After purchasing, they offered to put the blades on for me and within seconds, while dark outside, they had them both on. Thanks for your friendliness, customer service and support.

The 5 stars is not so much the parts as it is for the people. I bought a water pump with a lifetime warranty in 2018 and it failed. That alone should give it 1 star. But the staff working the front counter were very kind. They had a pump brought over from another store and it arrived just before the time they estimated. I put the pump on and brought back the old pump for a full refund. The best part is that the original pump I purchased in Oklahoma (I live there) and I was doing all this work in Omaha. I'm glad I bought the part from a nation wide company.

Came to get a battery checked. Todd was so helpful and nice! He tested the battery and changed it out after recommending a good replacement. He even noticed something else minor and fixed it for me! This store knows how to offer great customer service! I will be returning here in the future!

I came in with a Mercedes one year older than the OBD2 reader even has as an option with a very unique problem with a coolant hose that had to be fixed immediately and not by conventional methods and I was helped by Todd who despite not being obligated (due to the nature of the repair) was very helpful and informative. I think I was in the parking lot for the better part of 2 hours and Todd was helpful the whole time; when not occupied with other customers. I think he went above and beyond his standard duties, I regret not having the ability to help him out in any way other than this review, so if there is any compensation the company is willing to extend or even a raise I would be much appreciative I think Todd is worth it as an asset to your company.thank you for your time-Jake Samson

Nathan was amazing! Worn out, cold and having been rained on, my last try (my last sane nerve)was this relay and Nathan made sure they had it in stock and held it aside for me until I got there. He was so kind. Thank you Nathan!P.S. it still won't start, so Willis got a new relay just because

I went in needing a new battery, and they noticed that the battery in my car was one that I purchased there only two years ago. Since it had a 3-year warranty, replacement battery was completely free. I was expecting to pay, but they noticed it and gave me the full warranty replacement. Definitely going back again when I need it.

Had a dead battery which is a relatively routine problem but the person who came out to help me in 10 degree weather was pleasant the whole time. Everyone here has always been very helpful.

Went to auto zone in Bellevue was waiting for them to help the customers in front of me and waited for about 5 minutes before they even looked up to say anything to me they said they would be with me in a minute 5 minutes later after they were talking about the storm I put my stuff down and said well I guess my money isn't good enough for your time and walked out and went to advanced auto parts..the staff was very nice and friendly and I was helped and greeted by them I work for Greater Omaha packing over 3000 employees and I will be letting them know how much advance auto parts were very professional and not to go to auto zone and my family and friends will know what happened because I will now be spending my money on a different place too bad because I love my vehicle and I like to spend time taking care of it by spending lots of money on it ....

I ve shopped here now for a couple of years and if one thing I can count on is the staff being helpful specifically Greg and Carl. They both are superb at treating you well as well as knowledgeable even if it s something generic. They always provide good advice and this is definitely my go to store in Bellevue. Highly recommend

SO AMAZING AND HELPFUL! On a cross country 2k mile journey my ignition coil went caput. The kind gentleman got me a new co and lent me a ratchet wrench so I could replace it myself. So kind, so thorough, the most incredible service!! I'm so thankful I came to this store!!!

Honesty and Integrity fall short of the effort this crew puts in to help their customers. I have never had an issue and I love coming in for their advice and auto zones more than competitive prices. I'm a customer for life!

Don't go here. 12 people in line and only one person working the front. Workers from in back coming up front and going back several times and not helping customers... Which in turned caused at least 5 people to leave with getting helped. But was quickly replaced with several more customers which were just stuck in line like the rest... Took over 45 min to get a radiator cap!. And then over an hour to get a thermostat, housing and gasket later that same day.

Greg and several others very helpful.Ive been on the good bad and ugly side of all of it and they have stuck by me. The fact that night time accessibility is avaiable in this town is amazing!! And then to actually have a team dedicated with actual ambition and old school practices LIKE GREG is absolutely Amazing.Thank you for all you do!!!
