These folks are always honest and forthcoming about what needs to be done with your vehicle. I rammed into a deer and busted my headlight and front end up pretty bad. The guy that works there was kind enough to take a look at the damage and give me a rough estimate free of charge and had good advice on what to do going forward. Once I am financially able to get it fixed this will be the place to go. Also side note I had an accident about 6 years ago and the county towed it to The Auto Body Authority where it racked up a fee for sitting there while I was recuperating from my injuries. He was nice enough to right off the storage fees that was worth more than the totaled car. All I had to do was sign the title over and let him scrap the car. He was very sympathetic of my situation and made it easier on me that way. I'd recommend this business to anyone in the Omaha area.

My car broke down across the street from this place - Adam towed me to his parking lot for free and allowed me to keep my car there overnight - I m extremely grateful for that! Thanks guys!

My car was towed to Auto Body Authority and when I went to pick it up a few days later and paying the $180 tow and storage fee, my car was brought out to be after being jump started twice, and had a flat tire, the bungie cord used to hold my trunk shut for the past year had been cut in half and my back window was completely shattered out. I had several inches of snow along with several inches of glass from the back seat up to the dashboard. When I asked them what happened, I was told " I don't know, maybe the police did it". They refused to pay for, or even help pay for my new window or replace my battery that worked fine up until that day.

Worst customer service ever. The lady there is the meanest crabbiest person ever. Cussing and complaining the whole time I was there. I didn t even let her look at my vehicle. One person was in front of me and three people came in after me and rudely helped them before me and told me to wait my turn. Wish I could give zero stars instead of one. One star is too good for her! Oh and the dogs would never stop barking. She cared more about those damn things then the people trying to give her money.

I was referred to this shop by a good friend who i trust; who said that he has done business with this shop for years. I called earlier in the week to find out about making an appointment: spoke with a man by the name of Chuck. He explained to expected time and wait to look at our vehicle. I told him I would call back after I found out what wife's schedule was. Called in a few days later to set an appointment up. A female answered, I asked for Chuck, she asked what this was concerning? I said an appointment that I talked to him about earlier in the week. She said Chuck doesn't take calls and please remove us from your list; then ended the call. I was confused; I called back and asked her if there was a reason she hung up on me and all I was trying to do was set an appointment for wife's car. She went into a long explanation about 10-15 telemarketing calls a day, etc. I told her I was surprised that she hung up without even knowing anything about my appointment. She said went into the explanation again. Maybe a few questions with callers before assuming it's telemarketing : "Is this an appointment for a car?", "can I help with your auto appointment?", just a few questions would have avoided her losing a potential customer. At the end of the call, I told her no thank you and I will be taking my business elsewhere. She could have been having a bad day; sorry if she was.

I read some reviews online and I want to tell you some good information. Go to these businesses and see for yourself. Chuck and Cynde were more than helpful. They we re reccomended by one of my customers, and I see why.The internet isn t always right.

The lady at the front desk seem very mad and not happy to help. Maybe she was having a bad day but I definitely felt uncomfortable being there.

Website says they close at 5. Showed up at 435 and they were closed. Leaving on a trip tomorrow and now my car is stuck there for 10 days. Absolutely ridiculous.
