I don't normally write reviews.But the team at advanced auto was amazing today.Our car went out of battery and the gentleman was so kind enough to start up our car without pay. Not only that but our dog was treated with well treats lol. Awesome team

The parts themselves are good. Advance of Bellevue itself wasn t too impressive. Kinda outdated parts store compared to AutoZone or NAPA. The manger is unprofessional in front of customers and genuinely seems rude and disrespectful especially to the other employees. Only person there who actually seemed to know how to smile and knows what he s doing is a much younger fellow. Honestly if I could vote for a new manager of this place to shape it up it d be the younger gentleman who works there or their commercial manager who was also very nice and helpful.

Karlin provided an excellent and efficient service. I would recommend him for a district management position in a heart beat. His excellent customer service skills left me leaving with a smile and happy with the purchases I made. Thanks again Karlin, Alex.

I'm extremely disappointed! Zero knowledge or direction. Corporate needs a major overhaul. Anyone working at an auto parts store should know how to change a flat tire. Always selling the wrong parts as well. Avoid this major headache

Hands down love this place. The people that work here are friendly and knowledgeable. Online pickups are usually always ready within an hour. Their speed perks rewards are awesome and you can pair them with a promo code and you earn gas points. Not to mention you can get free same day delivery on things you need asap. I mean there really is no comparison.

Called for parts for hatch struts for my civic. Wanted to know if the car was a manual or auto? Then proceeded to say he's not sure how to find them and if it's possible for me to look up the part # and call him back with the info. Part stores have become so bad. No commen sense what so ever. Makes ordering from Amazon much more appealing anymore. Wonder if I'd I get a discount if I do the work to find the proper part for my car? So irritating

EXCELLENT!!!! I showed up in the middle of a snowstorm, missing one of my wiper blades and in 10 minutes from in the door to out of the door, John had me all taken care of! The service was so friendly, he looked up my wiper blades immediately and walked me over to show me the options, and even helped me find a great option for longevity. Prices were fantastic, I got a better set of wiper blades than I normally do, for cheaper than my normal cost because they were even running a special! John had them installed before I even realized he was done, and I was out the door and on my way in a much safer driving setup! I cannot say enough good things about the service, highly highly recommend, and so very appreciated!!! Thank you John and Advance Auto Parts for taking care of me unexpectedly in the middle of a snowstorm!

I always go to Advance Auto Parts they have always treated me very good.. The woman that put on my windshield wipers was very nice and friendly. I felt bad it was snowing and cold to be out there. She was awesome!! Thank you!!

I needed to replace the windshield washer nozzles on my car and they were very helpful and friendly. He set me up with everything I needed and even took the time to clean out the old connectors. Excellent customer service!

Honestly the vibe was off and not completely sure why but as a female I always feel judged when I come here. I was in and out quickly. I needed a new gas cap and the individual ensured he got me the right cap because my car has multiple options.

Not very knowledgeable. Couldn't get me the right part twice in a row. I had to looking up myself to get it right. Even then he did not want to list on to me.

This is the worst automotive store I've been to. I've been here on multiple occasions and each time it gets worse. The employees seem to not care or not know what they are doing. I've even told them how to do their own job. I've even tried to apply for a job there to help out while they were hiring but every time I called they said they would tell the manager to call me and setup an interview. I called every other day in a total of calling 5 times and I've never heard again from them. This place is rogue and horrible. I recommend going across the street to somewhere where they actually know what they're doing. I do have to say there are people there who know what they're doing and help however much they can and those people know who they are but the majority of them have no clue.

This is my go to when it comes to all my car needs. I've been coming here for the past 10 years. Always a fun and friendly staff. I've been to the other places and haven't been happy with the knowledge of their employees.

It was 158 degrees last week when I was having battery trouble. No problem! Stuart was very cool to test my battery, then replace it when he looked and found out it was still under warranty. I also happened to notice three other Bellevue Public Schools employees receiving great service in store at the same time as I was there. That can only mean one thing. Advance's Bellevue location must have a reputation for doing right by BPS employees. So whether you are my colleague in BPS or my neighbor in Bellevue, I recommend Advance Auto Parts Bellevue.

Last time I was there they got me the wrong belt for the car I needed. Totally messed my whole day up I will not be going back to this Advance Auto Parts in Bellevue at this location

Great customer service. They do free electronic diagnostics to see why a check engine light is on, and things like that. They will help you pick out the right parts you need for your Vehicle.
