Matt was amazing! I had a big thing to fix and he made it simple. Didn't try to hassle me. He kept me up to date daily. He was quick to respond to any communications. Had all the answers and the patience to explain it to me. Will go back for my next big fix. Thanks!

Highly recommend Matt and his crew. I came in for a second opinion on a transmission problem. Matt confirmed and concurred with the diagnosis, then gave me a very competitive repair quote. The customer service was top notch.I felt confident in having them do the work and they have a great one year no interest financing option if you need it. After some overnight thought and hesitation I ultimately decided to not repair my vehicle due to its age and mileage it was a judgement call, and could have been repaired but I elected to trade it in. I returned the next morning at 7:30 before the work started, and opted out of the major repair job. Matt was very understanding and gracious allowing me to take the truck back. I highly recommend this place, there was no high pressure selling and the diagnostics and pricing was right on. I felt kind of bad I wasn t going to let them fix it, but for me it didn t seem like a good to decision to repair my older vehicle.

I have been bringing all of my cars to this location since 2017. Bellevue Aamco has the friendliest staff. They have a fast turn around time. They answer every one of my questions in a way that I am able to understand. They have competitive pricing. I moved a considerable distance from this location and drive out of my way for all of my service needs because I trust Matt and the rest of the team that much.Wether it's an oil change or something major, there is no where else that I will go.

Great experience with this location. I came in and spoke with Matt, he quickly took care of what was needed. No sales pressure at all, overall it was a comfortable experience, I highly recommend!

I didn't have a very good experience here. I asked for a partial refund for their mistake and Casey, the GM, accused me of blackmail if I gave a poor review. Casey said that everyone makes mistakes and that is what my warranty is for. I won't be going back to this shop. If you are in need of transmission service in this area, there are other options.Service: Transmission

I call multiple times thinking and rethinking if I m going to get my transmission done. The manager Matt, was consistently friendly with me every time I spoke to him and answered all my questions. He was able to work out a payment plan with me and was able to complete the transmission work fairly quickly. My experience with the Bellevue aamco was an absolute delight. Matt in the office could not have been more personable and professional. They got my car fixed and they did it quickly at a reasonable price. Matt at Aamco went above and beyond. He helped me save hundreds of dollars, and when the auto store made a mistake, Matt took off an hour of labor for my troubles. These guys are something atrocious . They are not even capable to diagnose anything. I don t think they are a real place. Do they have permit to do car repair? Stay away from this place. They will pretend they are fixing your car , but they only want to take your money out. This is not a serios place. They are liars . They don t repair anything. Don t even bring your car to this place. Never! They responded to me bellow saying this is fake review. This is not fake. This is real. I know this business because a relative mine is using this business. The things I am writing here are real. Not fake. Just I do not recommend this place for a close experience a person very close to me is suffering. This is a place with a really bad management. Stay away!

Matt the service advisor at this location was very helpful and easy to work with as I explained my situation with my vehicle they got it in and did a very thorough diagnostic. Figured out the problem very quickly and was resolved . Would definitely recommend again in the future.

I would like to know why they don't change their hours on the web saying that they're open on Saturday when they're not I drive 20 mi to get there nobody's there. Have a tow truck coming to get the car and no one's there to give us the keys. Not very good customer service.

Had to get the transmission in my truck rebuilt. It was done in like four days. When I got it back, one of the solenoids was defective, I took it back and they replaced for free (as per my warranty) within a few hours. I was put in a rough situation with my clutch going out just before my required move for the Military, and needed a reliable shop to do the work quickly at a fair price. Mat the service representative I dealt with was without question a honest person . We drive a 2012 Ford Focus . The transmission was making noise . He then called me . I then went and talked to him . . He actually explained to me what the problem was . I don t trust repair shops in general because in most cases they try and charge for other things that I know there wasn t a problem. He then discribed to me where and what was actually wrong with my transmission. I thought about getting a second opinion but decided to have it repaired there . He wasn t trying to sell me . I felt he was just being honest . Hard to find that in todays world . The car is fixed . He even gave us a warranty . No extra cost . I now have a mechanic shop I can go to . Thank you AAMCO . You made me a customer. Thank you Mat . I m retired and never ever thought I was being taken advantage of . Thanks again .Service: Transmission

We had our transmission looked at the other day and was told our hydroelectric fluid wasn t pumping correctly and we would need a new transmission that would cost $4900.00. we then took it to certified, the next day. we ve taken our company trucks to certified for years and years, they saw absolutely nothing wrong with our transmission. No codes, hydroelectric pressure looked totally fine, transmission fluid was good. That review from a week ago must not have been false. We just had the same experience. Pretty sad for a company that just does transmission work.

I started coming to this location after I had a bad experience with the location on L St in South Omaha. I have been a customer since then. Matt and his team are always super respectful and courteous they give both postive feedback along with options. I really enjoy the AAMCO credit card that is offered to take care of your repairs. VERY DISHONEST COMPANY! THEY WILL GIVE FALSE DIAGNOSIS TO CHARGE YOU MORE THAN WHAT THE PROBLEM IS!Let me share my experience with this company. At first I thought they were being completely honest and helping me fix the four-wheel-drive problem on my 2008 Dodge ram 1500. They wanted to charge me $900!!!! for a front wheel drive actuator and transfer case shift motor. I honestly was going to pay them that amount to fix my four-wheel-drive. However my engine ended up having some issues in which I took to a different mechanic. I asked the same mechanic if he could take a look at the four-wheel-drive while it was in his shop. He determined it was caused by a faulty wire that simply needed cut and spliced. Basically what I am telling you is that they will lie to get your business, THEY WILL LIE to charge you more in labor than what they really were going to do.Service: Engine repair
