Dennis Lyons and Tyler Zoellner you rock! Thank you so much for your time and making my parents so happy about purchasing their vehicle. Dennis took the time to show my mother how to use all electronic devices and connect her phone to the vehicle. I think they had their previous vehicle for 8 years and never learned to use all of the features lol! Thanks again!!!

Had a great experience trading in a lease and purchasing a used vehicle at Zoellner Ford. My salesman Jeff Green was easy to communicate with, kept his word, and made sure I had the best experience possible. We made the deal over the phone and my trust was rewarded with a great deal. I recently purchased a Mach E GT. Wow, what a car!! Cruz took the time to show me all the features and made sure I understood everything and how to use them. Had my truck looked at Hydro booster was leaking even told them it was the booster. They said it was a hose leaking. They called me and said that the hydrobooster was leaking! I'm like you think!!!! I took the truck to a good mechanic and had the booster replaced. Believe it or not the leaking stopped. And another thing the good mechanic charged half of what Zoellner Ford was going to charge. Either the mechanic that worked on it didn't know what they were doing or Zoellner likes to charge for things that don't need fixed.

5+++ One of the best car buy experiences I have ever had!! Jeff and Dennis were great to work with along with everyone else involved. I was absolutely amazed with how involved they were with keeping my kids entertained the whole time! It was very nice to see how kid friendly they are. I had several repairs done on my ford focus. They called me and updated me on repairs needed, took time and explained everything. Steve kept me posted about the part they had to order, Those two guys are great. My car was spotless when I picked it up. A big thank you to all.

This place has the best staff! When I went there to pick up my new MachE, it was on a Saturday morning and I kind of thought I would be done by lunch. Well things took a little longer than I expected. I was just sitting around in the showroom waiting and they came out and offered to feed me lunch. They feed their staff lunch that come in to work on Saturdays and they offered to share. What a nice gesture! I took them up on the offer BTW! A couple of months later there was a problem with my charger not acting right. They drove an hour to come get my car, leave me a loaner and then bring my car back the next day. They also drove up to bring my new charger to me when it came in.I recently had a problem with the car that I had accidently caused. I called the dealership that morning thinking they would just need to clear some codes out of the computer. I offered to drive the cat to them if they could look at it around lunch. They told me to bring the car and they could do that. Well, that turned into a trouble shooting session and more time at the dealership as the codes wouldn't just clear. They were having their Thanksgiving staff appreciation luncheon and offered me lunch again! When they found the problem with my car, they explained it to me and gave me the information I needed to finish my project correctly and didn't even charge me for the time they spent on my behalf.THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE, EVERY SINGLE TIME!Thank you Zoelner Ford! You guys are the best in the business!

Zoellner Ford/Lincoln supplies a level of service higher than any other place I ve used with other vehicles. I live out of town, they pick up my vehicle and return it free of charge, leaving a loaner at no charge. I was especially impressed with my vehicle being detailed upon its return to me. I didn t know they would do this, very nice touch.

One of the best dealership experiences I ve had. From the initial conversation to Skyler to driving there and meeting the manager Denny, owner Jason, and Tyler the F&I guy, it was awesome! I love my vehicle and Skyler even came in on his day off to help finalize the deal when I drove from out of state. Definitely recommend purchasing from Zoellner! I love my Jeep Wrangler Rubicon!

Excellent Experience! We were able to spend less than an hour in the dealership and left with the car my wife wanted for her new job. Kruz ,Jeff, Tyler and David all worked hand in hand to get everything taken care of seamlessly. This is the car buying experience where you feel like family and there s no pushy scams or gimmicks about it. Clear, Straightforward and Honest Company. I will be shopping here again!

Absolutely the best dealership experience I've ever had. Car is picked up in Lincoln, loaner left, everything checked and fixed for a very reasonable price, detailed report, back quickly. Car even got a wash and vacuum. The nicest people to deal with!! Thank you!

Meeting the owner Jason on a Sunday, by chance, he made me feel comfortable right away. I didn't feel like just another number. Even though they were closed on Sundays. I went back in another day, he hooked me up with Skylar, made sure he took care of me, he listened to what I was looking for and was able to go out on the lot and look at one in particular that I kind of had my eye on, but wasn't quite sure about. I've been a Chevy person pretty much all my life, so looking at it, a Ford, it was kind of a Hard Sell! We went on a test drive and it was a real comfortable seat, a lot of options and it was a bit newer than my old truck, eventually we worked out a deal, which for the most part I was happy with, but could have been a little better. The one thing that I had an issue with, was the financing, with Chris, it wasn't the way I asked for, what I wanted, and it caused an issue for me, that I have to deal with since the purchase. The guys were all nice, and I would recommend, just make sure they understand how you want the purchase to go, before they start, and they tell you what they're going to do, before they do it. Love my truck!

I am 64 and have bought numerous cars. I hated buying cars with a passion. I recently bought a Ford Edge and helped my Grandson buy a car. This has literally been the only time I have enjoyed buying a car. It may be cliques but Jason ,Ray and the entire staff treat you like family.

Seriously the best truck buying experience I ve ever had! Skyler was extremely accommodating & Tyler, the finance manager was amazing! I ended up getting great financing with a lower payment than I expected and an overall amazing experience! They were even able to help me with my insurance.. It doesn t matter what your situation is, give Skyler a call & you will be very surprised & even more happy.

Amazing experience doesn t do justice! We are from out of town and our new car broke down, had it towed to zoellner. They were so unbelievably quick to get us taken care of, always kept us in the loop of status of our vehicle. Above and beyond service and we are so so happy Zoellner Ford was able to help us out!

I recently decided to buy a new Ford Ranger. After conducting a regional search I located a truck equipped like I was looking for at Zoellner Ford. I live in Wichita, KS, so I called and talked to a salesman named Jeff. We discussed the truck over the phone and the value of my current truck for a trade in. Basicly we conducted the entire deal over the phone and I drove to Beatrice the next day to pick up my new truck. I found Jeff extremely knowledgable and helpful, both during and after the sale. The paperwork was all prepared upon my arrival and I found that the manager,Tyler, was not only very organized, but extremely helpful. This buying experience was the best I have had in all of my 68 years.

Entire team was very transparent, organized and extremely personable. Zoellner made an experience that can sometimes feel somewhat overwhelming much less so. We will definitely make Zoellner our first stop when searching for our next vehicle.

Five Star Service, Staff, and treatment altogether. Last week, I had some issues with my old Ford Ranger and brought it to Zoellner Ford. I was greeted immediately upon entering the service drive, and explained what was going on. I worked with Kyle throughout the process of the repairs, who was very knowledgeable and informative on everything& Emilio was the tech that did the repairs. I cannot say enough how appreciative and pleased I am with the service I received. If you re looking for stress free, hometown style service, this is the spot. 10/10 for me!

This has been one of the best car buying experiences for us since we've lived in Nebraska. And we've been here since 2004. Very professional and relaxed atmosphere, almost felt like you were purchasing from family. No shenanigans involved and we felt like we were taken care of properly in an honest and straight forward manner. I think the fact that we drove from Bellevue NE to purchase 2 vehicles and have ZERO regrets says it all. We Love our Ford's

Quick and friendly service appointment for my Ford Focus. Everyone was very friendly and helpful both over the phone and in person. Waiting room for service had decent coffee machines and some vending options! Easy to get to off of 77.

Excellent sales and service, Tyler was great giving all the finance details. Brian in sales did a great job with follow up. Delivered to my home 286 miles from the dealership! I highly recommend Zoellner Ford to all!
