Dakota, Service Advisor did a fantastic job for me. He got the parts for the repair job and talked with my extended warranty people.When other issues were found by the mechanic he contacted my extended warranty people to get it covered.The Service Department does a great job and takes good care of its customers.Andrew who is in charge of the Service Department was also helpful in getting my vehicle repaired.

if i could give this dealership -100 stars i would. we bought a 2017 suburban in pristine condition ( salesman s words) and not even 24 hours later the rear breaks completely went out and my three children under the age of 4 and i flew off the road, we are lucky we didn t get killed. i had our personal mechanic take a look at the suburban and he said they virtually didn t even inspect the vehicle, 3 tires hadn t even come off for an inspection. They sold a car that only had ONE front break!!! the rest of the breaks were completely non-existent. they said they must ve missed something in service you missed 3 breaks being completely shot and non existence? the transfer case among many other fluids were never checked or even went through inspection either. maybe you should hire people that actually do their job and make sure people don t have a near death experience less then 24 hours after buying a vehicle in pristine condition . it is truthfully such a scummy thing to do to sell a death trap to a mom of three kids & a 100% disabled combat veteran. you put three innocent children s lives at risk and you guys just laughed at me. Drew Masi, your salesmen, is the most self conceited salesman i ve ever seen. couldn t take his eyes off his phone for more then 2 minutes. thank you for selling me a car that almost killed my children and i & now have to put over $2500 to fix it. NEVER BUY OR SERVICE A VEHICLE HERE!!!! A LITERAL DEATH TRAP!!

I had Adam Johnson do a great deal of service work to the vehicle and it ended up needing a good amount of parts replaced. Adam seemed to a good job of explaining what he recommended doing.

Haylee Gray was absolutely amazing, she tried to help me as best as she could and i 1,000% would recommend working with her in this process!! Unfortunately, in my opinion Jeff Sanders came off a little disrespectful and I was not a fan of that.

This was the best car buying experience! Dakota Voight greeted us when we arrived. He explained all about the Acadia gadgets. The vehicle was ready for a test drive! The people at the dealership were welcoming. Jeff the finance person was easy to work with. Just a 5 star day !!! We will be back for our next trade. We will refer friends to make the drive to Beatrice! Excellent people to work with

We had an alignment and coolant flush scheduled. We ended up having a family emergency right after we dropped off the car. The staff worked around our schedule, got us the service we needed, and we were able to be with family when it mattered most. Thanks so much!

I've been going here for nearly 20 years and literally just got the absolute worst service. My car sat there for 8 hours, 8 HOURS!, for an oil change and to have a "tech" look at it to check the front end. Not to fix it, mind you, just look! On a side note, they clearly didn't fix it correctly when it was in there for repair or I wouldn't be in this situation. So disappointed with the switch from Carriage. 10 out of 10 don't recommend.Edited****I stick by this review. They literally told me the supposed damage to the transfer case was due to mismatched tires. The "mismatch" is BRAND ONLY! They are all exactly the same size and tread pattern. This problem didn't exist before my car went in for repair. I believe the tech (heard he is the worst one in the shop from another employee) they let work on my car damaged it somehow and they don't want to own up to it. And I will be without a car and no way to travel to my job. So again, DO NOT RECOMMEND! BRING BACK CARRIAGE!

My appointment for an oil change and tire rotation was for 2:00 pm. I arrived at 1:55 and was out the door by 2:40! Great service, friendly staff and super efficient business practices!

Fantastic customer service. Andrew and Anthony were very understanding of my work schedule and worked with me to schedule around it. They were Very quick with their oil change and repair times. In and out no messing around. Absolutely recommend there service side to everyone. I can't give a review to there sales side but with how I was treated I'm sure that it's likely just as good as their service side.

Our salesman, Erich Hardenburger worked with me remotely and kept me informed of the availability of vehicles I was interested in.Erich also made our purchase go smoothly. He is very friendly and spent as much time as we needed going through all of the options and how those options worked on the vehicle.I highly recommend Erich and Premier Chevrolet!

We had an amazing experience purchasing a car from Zack at Carriage Motors!! We had been looking for a large suv and had some not so great experiences looking.Zack was considerate of our requests and our time. He drove all the way to Lincoln to let us test drive it. I went up to sign my part of the papers because my husband had a prior engagement. He then drove to Lincoln to phage him sign his part.On top of that the rest of the staff was exceptional, from Kris the finance manager, vehicle inspector and the other salesmen that let my old son rev up his corvette!I am a customer experience program manager and this is what CX is all about.I highly recommend Carriage Motors and all their staff.

I have been around alot of car businesses or shops (big and small) in my lifetime to this point and This place has become the leader of the pack and set the bar for as far as a small town dealerships experiences are concerned in my opinion. No matter if it's service,sales, or parts, they have what you're looking for and always seem to strive for quality and customer satisfaction above any and everything. If you're looking for a no hassle, high volume, and better yet a lifetime trusted vehicle hub for you and / or your family, this is that one-stop shop. Period. Finally got my car back today after being told for the last six weeks that it would be ready the end of the week. 5 weeks they told me it would be ready the end of the week. First time was told it was delayed because they ordered the wrong parts, then they had issues with timing chain, then ordered wrong parts again, etc. etc. Come to find out they didn't even start on my vehicle until it had been in their shop for 5 weeks!We were lied to repeatedly, and now we're supposed to trust that they did the job correctly.Would NOT recommend this repair shop to anyone. Not trustworthy or reliable.

I recently bought a car from Doug at Premier GM in Beatrice. What an awesome experience! I found a vehicle they listed and called and talked to Doug, he gave me the info I wanted and bought it Drove down to pick it up and signed the papers and drove it home. Definitely would recommend, thanks again !
