They have all your of automobile needs all in one store, if they don't have your part you need in a day or two they will search on line and get you the part usually the next day. It's great that they had the part I needed, a tail light for 2013 kia rio. They guy at the counter come out on the floor to help me find the bulb I needed.

I was luck to stop at AutoZone Auto parts after having some issues with my car in a trip passing through Beatrice. I didn't know anyone in Beatrice that could help me and Benjamin and Troy were amazing with their service. They were able to put me back on the road in less than 10 min. I am extremely thankful for that.

Poor customer service and no record of all the parts I have purchased under warranty . Store has completely gone downhill in Beatrice NE. Now do ALL my business at O'Reilly's. 3strikes and they are out. Even called customer service and never got a call back. They care absolutely nothing about service.

One young man actually took the time to replace my headlamp bulbs and try to figure out why my blinker won't work. This IS NOT their normal policy, to work on your car, however a HUGE thank you to this man, I now have working headlights, and sorry folks, but I still won't be able to signal my turns from the front....it's electrical.

---update 07/8/2021Around about March I went into the store sans mask as there was no mask ordinance in the store and due to personal reasons I cant wear one anyways.I said all of this as one of the assisstant managers stopped me at the door and wouldnt let me travel into the empty store.He told me it was company policy that everyone wear a mask.Then he proceeded to tell me that if I couldnt wear one I could order online and pickup.I told him what if I don't have internet?He had no answer for me and kept refusing me access to walk around and shop at the store I have spent thousands of dollars at.I told him i wanted to talk to the manager that has always treated me well and he told me the manager was busy but I could wait.No matter what I said to him he refused to work with me or expedite me talking to someone that was actually in charge.For those reasons auto zone which I have shopped at for more than 20 years and spent thousands and thousands of dollars at will never get another dime from me.I went down the street to oriellys and they helped me immediately with no mask nonsense or questions just good old fashioned neighborly help.

Being a woman I get intimidated having to go to the auto parts store, but these guys here in beatrice are very helpful, I had a check engine light on, they will hook your car up to a computer and tell you what's wrong, for free, give you the print out to take to mechanic if needed, they look up prices for you and always offer the lowest price first, they will explain warranties on parts to you, and offer suggestions, they were very patient with me and attentive to my needs.

They have a few positive staff there but not all. I literally had one guy telling me I should just look online for someplace cheaper about a few things I asked about.

Best place in town for vehicle parts and tools! Had just what I needed, and at a lower price than other stores. Great service and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

I usually come here to get parts for my cars or whenever, they have been better at having the right parts I need to complete my projects, even if I have to order a few parts now & then! Not always knowledgeable, but close enough that you or I can figure out how to make things work, lmao!

went to get a fuel filter for a quadra jet carb the guy held it up behind the counter and said AWW YES BRIGGS AND STRATTON.......yup knowledge isnt needed to look up a part number thank goodness

Very bad customer service as soon as I walked in both employees were on the phone so there was no way I could ask a question about a product,then when one finally gets off the phone and I ask him if the product on sale is really on sale he says yes so I tell him that I'll purchase it and when he rings me up the price is not close to the marked sale,so he asks the other employee about the sale and she's all I hate that sign you have to read it, that item is not on sale you'll be getting a discount in the mail..to which the guy employee says these folks can't read English they are Spanish speaking,when he was the one who confirmed the price to me..So very bad customer service rude employees and racist, I walked out with no purchase and ofended..
