Near death experience on the highway 109 miles away from home, After AAA ditched me for 7 hours O'Reilly came to the rescue. . They offered to bring me the parts I needed to get me back on The road and home safe. . My dog would have died if they didn't go above and beyond..

Absolutely hands down the best place to go for parts if your in Aurora. Tim, Paul and the young lady at this location helped us when no one else would. 12hrs from home loaded with horses and these folks went Above and beyond for us! We are so grateful for them and please give them your business they have been wonderful!

Paul - i want to thank you and your team for helping me out in a pinch. You saved the day.I was born in the quaint suburbs of ATL, in a town called Dunwoody. I grew up in a combination of MA and WI neighborhoods. Now you might be wondering why I m mentioning this and what it has to do with this Oreillys. However, last weekend i began my trek from the Berkshires all the way to Denver, Colorado. My excursion had many twists and turns. New York threw a blizzard at me. No problem. Ohio was begging me to fall asleep at the wheel. Made it through. The traffic in Illinois was annoying but nothing more than that. In Iowa, I was pleasantly surprised to see the Largest Truck Stop in the World. Now Nebraska Nebraska had other plans for me. Or maybe it was my 2007 Volvo S80 (V8 Engine) that needed a breather. There I was enjoying 80 West, coasting down the interstate when i spotted a deranged man out of the corner of my eye. This man had pulled up alongside me in the right lane, half his torso hanging out his driver side window, beckoning something at me as if the Earth was imploding or my hair was on fire. It was closer to the latter. I pulled over immediately to investigate my vehicle. And to my surprise - the left muffler had detached and was hanging, dragging, scraping along the pavement. It had scraped for so long there was a hole in it about the size of a loaf of sourdough. Luckily, I had a bungee cord in my trunk that i specifically left in there (when i cleaned out my car the week before) just in case I d need it s services for some peculiar reason. This was a peculiar reason indeed. I hoisted the decrepit muffler up and attached it tightly to a hook in my trunk with Dr. Bungee PHD. Meanwhile I had informed HQ about my mishaps and they informed me about an you guessed it Oreillys Auto Parts about 10 miles west of my current location. HQ also stated that a nice man named John would be able to assist with my troubles. Man, was i excited! Gingerly, myself and my Volvo scooted along, making our way into Aurora, NE. 15 minutes later, in all of its beauty and grace, i had arrived at the one and only Oreillys Auto Parts. I sauntered in to the establishment and was greeted by 3 men standing at the front of the store. 2 wearing green uniforms, the third wearing a jolly Santa costume from head to toe, beard and all. Which one of you are John? I asked. Confused, they replied John just left for lunch disappointed, i explained my tale and Paul volunteered to help. Paul, no shorter than 6 3, sporting a handlebar mustache, said he d grab his jacket and be out in a moment. I was ecstatic, perhaps we d be back on the road soon! Attempt #1 Paul could not dislodge the muffler from the car with a regular wrench. Attempt #2 Paul fetched a different tool and was back within just a moment. Tool #2 was a socket wrench. Paul had to unscrew the bolt that was holding the left muffler into place. Knowing i had $0 in cash on me, i was wondering if a few bags of potato chips or a Venmo payment would be a sufficient form of gratitude for Paul s work. Paul declined any form of payment not once but twice. Instead he suggested that I write a REVIEW. What a good idea, Paul. Paul - thanks again for helping out, i wouldn t have been able to make it to Denver without you. Mary Jane the muffler rode shotgun with me the remaining 6 hours of my trek. Signing off now, but not without a proper holiday jingle - O O O OREILLYYYYYYYYY AUTO PARTS, OW!!!!!!!!!!

Will go out of there way to help you...i travel for a living and had a short in a wire that acted like an alternator going out, spent the night in there parking lot. When they come in charged and tested both batteries, tested good on alternator, they helped me find the problem vs just sale unnecessary parts...... And the guy behind the counter didn't know me from anyone and offered me his truck to get something to eat.....very nice and helpful people you can't find everywhere.

My son worked here 4 and a half years and was terminated because he had to bring his child to work one day cuz he had no babysitter. He was a awesome employee who found himself in a bind.They should have been more understanding of his situtation. I will no longer give aurora, Nebraska's o'reillys my business.

As someone who knows nothing about cars, this place is great. Whenever I run into troubles there is always someone available to explain simply what the problem is, what part I need, and how to fix it.
