They made it out in the freezing cold to save my mom & I in the middle of the night. Got us to the next town, dropped the car off at a shop & took us even farther to a motel. Now they are coming to get us from the motel, then to pick the car back up & take us on into Lincoln. Very nice, helpful & courteous staff. I would 10/10 recommend!!

these people were so nice to me and towed my truck for a low low price! my only complaint is that Mark smelled like chinese food, don't know what's up with that.

Tyler! Great guy! He is the best towing person I have ever met! He will make you laugh and he doesn t make you feel stressed about your vehicle being towed. He even picked me and my family from the local motel to make sure we are taken to the truck stop where my truck is going. He also made sure that everything was okay before leaving us and assured us that we can always call him if we need anything while in town. I highly recommend this company if you are broken down in Nebraska especially along i80.

When I called to get help locating a rental car that had been impounded, it was like being on a party line. I could hear the drivers and dispatch on the main line. It just had me very confused but lucky for me Avis had picked up the car that morning. It just would have been nice to know after driving 2 hours.

The driver for Aurora Towing (coincidentally his name was Dylan too) was absolutely amazing, had my pickup breakdown on i80 while I was hauling a trailer with my two llamas on board and he was there within 20 minutes. He had my pickup loaded,and trailer hooked up to his truck in what seemed less than 10 minutes, then got us to the dealership promptly. Was a very cautious driver knowing I had animals loaded. I highly recommend them!!

Owner was very rude to my son and my mother-in law when all we wanted was to pick up his car. Then since it was Friday night and then the weekend we couldn't get it before Monday and we had to wait 45 min before anyone showed up. So much for small town living.Pretty sad so I would not recommend them to anyone.

10/10 service driver was extremely nice and helpful didn t leave until truck was running and met us at the local gas station to fill up and accept payment so we could get off the side of the interstate as soon as possible! Highly recommend using them!!Service: Fuel deliveryService: Fuel delivery

My car broke down last week on the highway between Waco and Aurora and they were so promt in getting to me, and getting my car where it needed to go as well. Super accommodating, and they were my "knights in shining armor" when I was stranded. Very reasonably priced as well. Thank you!!

The owner of the tow company has his father help out sometimes, Brad. My car tranny started slipping and smoking and I got connected to Aurora Towing through AAA. Brad was the tow truck driver who picked me and my garbage car up. Brad was one of the nicest most genuinely caring drivers I've ever met. He dropped my car off at my mechanic and knew I planned on using Uber to get home afterwards. He said no to leaving me at the closed mechanic shop waiting for an Uber and drove me and all my bags to my apartment for no extra charge. I tried to give him cash for helping me out so much but he refused everytime.

Dillon was the best driver and was the most helpful from the company. The people that sit in the office I don't know about. They were fairly rude and weren't too willing to work with me me on my issues

Was stuck at hotel on 11th St, driver showed up early the next morning. He was very friendly and professional and had nice conversation with him on the way to shop, highly suggest five stars!
