Staff in front office seem cool and reserved. Service desk staff quiet and friendly. There were kcups and sodas in the waiting area. The environment was clean and neat. Very modern. Went in to have airbags replaced due to a recall. They finished in quick time. At many dealerships there is a sense of hustle and bustle. The atmosphere here is quiet.

This place truly deserves a 5 star rating. I drove over 8hrs to purchase a hard-to-find used vehicle, and it was in even better condition than I had anticipated. I wish all dealerships were this honest and easy to deal with.Thanks again, Craig!

Great GM dealership. Had a new motor put in my Buick here. Zero issues so far. Just took it for a service and I was out the door in 30 mintues. Labor rates are super fair. Nice and clean hospitality area. Always worked with Brad. Won my business and I'm fairly picky. Worth the 30 minute drive.

We were on vacation and had truck troubles. We pulled into their dealership before they were open. When they opened they got us right in and fixed the problem. The service was superb and the bill was minimal. So glad they come to our rescue and got us back on the road in no time. Highly recommend Tripe Motor Co for your needs. Thanks again!

I have called 3 separate times over a 2 week period on availability of a pickup. As of today it is still listed on the website and no call back. Last call I made was on Wednesday. They said someone was driving it. I was interested in it and was willing to be patient to see what happened. I'm sad to write this review as the rest of my family has had great luck here.

We traveled from Oklahoma to purchase 2 vehicles from John. Craig and John provided fast friendly service, small dealership that treats everyone like family. Fair and competitive pricing worth the 6 hour drive.

I wish I would have had my vehicle towed elsewhere. On my way back home to MN after leaving CO Springs, the alternator went out in my vehicle. No biggie, I thought, I'll just get it towed, and in the next day or two I'll be on my way. Sure enough, that's exactly what happened. Here is where my problem lies...my car was finished a couple mornings later, but during the last 2 1/2 hours of my drive it was dark, and the darker it got, the harder it was to see anything five feet out from my car...and to top it all off I was caught in snow. For SOME reason, someone from this establishment lowered the angle of my headlights! And didn't even bother to give me a heads up! It was so bad I had to pull over and wait quite some time until it was safer to drive. Yet to top it all off, the check engine light is now on and I can no longer use the remote start. The ONLY reason I am giving them two stars, is due to the fact that at least they replaced the alternator. I spent $700 for incomplete/botched service 450+ miles away from home, am I just supposed to swing on by to have you finish? Take your vehicle elsewhere, I wish I had. Hindsight's 20/20.

On a cross county trip between Colorand Wisconsin trip pulling a trailer a horrendous noise started under the hood. We stopped at Tripe Chevrolet. The service manager Brett and mechanic (sorry I didn't catch his name) were absolutely wonderful. They had us back on the road in under an hour! We are super appreciative and recommend these guys to everyone. Thank you Tripe Chevrolet!

Tripe Motor went above and beyond the call in finding me the perfect vehicle! Great, friendly service, with great communication! Not pushy salesmen, but friendly, honest folks! I will definitely do my business there from now on!

Best Chevrolet dealership around amazing people always willing to help and going above and beyond to help customers. Craig was amazing went above and beyond in helping me purchase my vehicle all the way from Florida amazing customer service and great people I would recommend this dealership to everyone these guys won t let you down.

Had a break line leak and was able to schedule it in a responsible time frame. Service guy listen to me with open mind. Felt they did great work and great quality service. Great experience in a Chevy Tripe motor Co.

They did a great job of getting us into a vehicle that we wanted twice now on a very limited budget. Thank you to the great Crue up there even fixed what we found wrong at no extra charge for the repairs.
