Westco mounted and balanced some tires for me, and one fell off, breaking the studs. I had to buy a new rim, and they patched it back up on the cheap. Now I have to do the rest of the fixing on my own dime. They re getting quite the reputation for this. I do not recommend.

Needed tires quick because another shop didn't come through for me with an order. Westco had tires on hand that were good quality and the price was good. I asked the tech what he has set the tire pressure to and he had set it to 100psi. I asked for it to be set to 110psi and he obliged. Quick service and no wait for me today. No torque wrench for lug nuts though.

These people don't mess around. You come in with a need and they're on it. They know their stuff here, are quite knowledgeable in the tire trade, and the time you'll save is the same as money too. Known for their quick oil changes you'll not be gouged for them either. Am even knowing that at times after hours, even on a Sunday, an employee of theirs came to help a community member with a pressing need. Now THAT's service above and beyond the normal call of duty. More expensive these days? Who isn't charging more during these funky times we're now experiencing. I don't fault them for this. They're friendly and Customer Service oriented, more than enough in my opinion to be thankful by giving them some of my business whenever possible. Good on you, Westco.

They did a great job helping us get back on the road after a tire blew. They had what we needed, were fast, and had a reasonable price.

Blew a tire south of Alliance. They came out and took off the bad one, mounted a new one and got us back onto the road. Thank you!!

Had a dead battery. After calling around I was referred to Rick at Westco. They were able to help me get to their shop for a replacement. Fast and excellent service. Thank you!

Horrible service for me. Paid them they said my tire doesnt leak woke up next morning with flat tire.

Travis came in after hours on a Sunday, and promptly repaired my tire and replaced cracked lug nuts. Very helpful and friendly. Great service!!

My car was running fine no sensors were on until I got my tire FIXED there now they can't fix it I'm very dissatisfied

Had a flat tire and they sent a service truck to my home. Pulled off the flat and put on my spare. Fast and efficient!

It's becoming more and more expensive every time I go in there whether it is for a flat repair or to buy new tires. They don't do any service work anymore which sucks.
