Asked for a cv axle for a chevy cobalt, and they ordered the wrong side after specifically being told that I needed the passanger side. Ordered the correct one and went to pick it up the next day, and they ordered it for a manual instead of the automatic that they knew we had. Last time I checked, ordering parts online didn't require a whole lot of brain power but apparently I'm wrong. If you can avoid using the Napa in Alliance, I strongly suggest doing so.

The absolute worst customer service! The 2 guys "working" didn't greet us or ask if we needed anything. This place is a joke. I highly recommend Sturdevants in Alliance.

They sell thread repair kits or "heli-coils" but not the drill bit size needed do use the kit. That's like a hamburger place selling a bun with lettuce and ketchup but no hamburger.
