Service was horrible, Was told to come in at 2 we came was told it be awhile and that she could put us on the list and to be back at 2:30 or if they get to our turn sooner they would give us a call to come back. We said sounds good and left, got back at 2:28 and got greeted with perfect timing your car up next, we said Great!, then guy comes out from the back and says it going to be awhile and the lady said I thought they was next and he said no you leave then you lose your spot. And so the lady ask well how long will it be and the guy replies whenever we get to it. So she asked if we wanted to wait and I told her honestly I don t know we was told we could leave and to be back and we did just to be told now that we lost our spot. And the guy replied well you should have been patient and waited like everyone else. He was completely unprofessional and rude trying to blame us when we was told we could leave and come back by 2:30. I will never be coming here for service

This was the second time I had gotten help with a tire while during a work day. They are super fast, kept me updated, and I can't begin to tell you how great they all are. Thank you again, Kaiser Tire!

2017 F350 dually. Drove an hour then waited half an hour to talk to someone. Got told they couldn't install tires on my truck because they were afraid of scratching my rims. Took it to another place in town had them installed no problem. Guy in charge was fairly rude. Second time I used them after buying a complete set of tires, will be the last time I use them as well.

My mom and I were headed out on our long drive back to Oregon and when we got in the car to take off, the low tire indicator alarm was on. We stopped in here to have the tire checked and the service was so amazing. The gentleman with the big ol' beard helped us and he was so kind. Thank you sir for coming to the rescue and giving 2 ladies peace of mind to head out on our long road trip!

The person who deal with the tires wife is very unprofessional, rude when people are asking questions and trying to explain what happened. It might be good work but not worth the headache after dealing with it all.

We were on our way from New Mexico to Rapidcity SD and had a tire issue. We usually stop in Alliance so we looked up this shop. They were very nice and got us in and out in a short time. We own our own mechanic shop and really appreciated the care they gave us. Highly recommended!!!

I have been taking my vehicles to Kaiser since I moved to town. They have great service and most importantly are honest about prices and if a service is necessary. I have had work done on everything from a towing rig to a two door commuter car and have been satisfied every time, at a reasonable rate.

Had two tire replaced on my fifth wheel trailer, fast, efficient, freindly guys run this place. I was in and out under an hour
