Traveled from Omaha to get my roof replaced by Sam and I would 100% recommend anyone needing work done to reach out to him. He has great communication and very friendly while being professional. My camper looks better than ever and he went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the end results.

I just returned from getting the roof on my travel trailer replaced by Midwest RV Roof. Sam and his crew did a great job. Fortunately I was proactive and it had not leaked, but the rubber membrane had separated so it was only a matter of time. The new roof looks great. It's already been through rain, wind and snow with no problems. I highly recommend both the roof system and Sam's company!Service: Body & Trim

I went with Midwest RV roof because they were within 90 miles but also because I liked the sprayed on flex armor. Sam and crew did a great job on my trailer it looks great and I love the warranty.

After researching a new roof for our fifth wheel we chose Midwest RV. Sam did an amazing job rebuilding a rotten truss and installing a new electric fan. He came in at budget and on time. My goal was to never worry about my roof again and Midwest RV did just that.

"Over the top" awesome service from Sam and his team!!! We are so thrilled with our new Flex Armor roof! Flex Armor was way less expensive than a new membrane roof. It has a lifetime (of the coach) warranty that's transferable. Sam's communication was top notch. He went above and beyond with different options to make sure we were happy. I cannot recommend these folks enough. Thank you Sam and team!!

I drove 2,000 miles to drop off and pickup my 5th wheel toyhauler to have Sam and his crew at Midwest RV Roof get me hooked up with a flex armor roof. Sam kept in contact with me throughout the whole process. Not only is Flex Armor a great product but Midwest RV roof is a top notch company to do business with. WOW, WOW, WOW...I cannot express how thrilled we are with not only the new FlexArmor roof, but the INCREDIBLE service by Sam and his staff!From the very beginning of communicating with Sam, he was friendly, honest and professional. A real joy to work with. Sam communicated with us throughout the whole process, including pictures during the work.Sam went WAY above and beyond throughout the entire process.We drove from Denver to Lincoln (1,000 miles twice) because we were so impressed not only with FlexArmor, but with Sam.Our roof damage was from hail damage, which insurance paid for and Sam submitted the additional documents to our insurance company, which they promptly paid.My wife and I HIGHLY recommend Sam at Midwest RV Roof in Lincoln, NE!Service: Body & Trim

Thank you Sam and your crew. We have been looking at this product for several years. We bought a new Thor Compass a year ago. We had a leak we could not find. Sam is a great person. He is very concerned about the problems. He explained everything so we knew what was going to take place. The new roof looks great.

We had the roof of our RV repaied. This crew went over and above in their quality of work and customer service. They completed the work in a timely manner, provided amazing communication throughout, and took attention to detail with clean up. They were also so accommodating with unexpected add ons we wanted last minute. Even after the job was complete, and our vent fan was found to not be working correctly, Sam (the owner), traveled to us to fix the issue. I can go on with the exceptional job this team has provided, but think you get the idea. Hands down, would bring our rig to them again in the future!

Contacted them to repair our camper roof. Got us in super quickly and the turnaround timing was amazing!!!! Super easy to work with and kept us in the loop the whole time with pictures!! Also came in way cheaper than the competitors! We would highly recommend to family and friends as well as to use them in the future !!!

This place was great to deal with. Sam Randall (owner) was easy to deal with. He did a great job at keeping me informed of the entire roof replacement process. He sent text photo updates, called when necessary, was on time and a little under the estimate amount. If you want a quality spray on roof, Sam is your man. I will recommend this service to anyone.

From the initial contact to the drop-off and eventual pickup, every step of the process was seamless. Dealing with a bubbling roof issue on my fifth wheel, Sam promptly accommodated my request and efficiently completed the job within a reasonable timeframe. Fortunately, I caught the issue in time and there was no damage. I cannot express enough praise for the exceptional quality of the end result, and working with Sam and team was an absolute pleasure.

Spending a winter trying to figure out how to fix my roofing problem, lucky I had a family member go to the Omaha sports show and get Midwest RV Roof info. Super happy I chose Midwest RV to fix my roof . Overall experience was top notch, and the communication from Sam during the process was awesome. Highly recommend

I had Sam install a new Flexarmor roof on my Camper. Sam and his crew far exceeded my expectations. What impressed me the most was when Sam said "Terry I will install the Flexarmor roof on your Camper as if it were my own" And he did exactly that. The lifetime warranty that Flexarmor gives you is priceless. I never had any leaks but decided to get ahead of it all before one could start. As the old saying goes I'm a happy camper? lol.Thanks again Sam and to your crew.

We had our trailer roof done at the end of 2021 . The guys at this shop are great. They had our trailer in and out, in less time than they expected. The job looks great. Everyone was super friendly and was very knowledgeable.Added bonus not only does it keep the rain out but we also don't hear the rain as much on the roof.Google maps was not great at finding the shop. Sam the owner was really good at giving directions. My advice is ask for the directions to use along side of Google maps or your GPS.We also got to meet the owner of the franchise, he was also a great guy, with loads of knowledge that he is more than willing to share.For us it was a very long drive but well worth it. Not only was the job cheaper than getting a rubber roof done in Canada, it is a superior product. If we have another RV that needs a roof, we will be calling these guys again.

Sam helped us out of a tight spot. We were headed to Texas from Minnesota for work when our roof started to bubble. He was able to work us in and did an awesome job. He's very friendly and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. Our roof looks great and we are very appreciative of his work. Highly recommend.

40ft 2019 Keystone Cougar 368MBI. Recently I had a tree branch fall and puncture the factory membrane in my roof. Instead of going back with the cheap factory material I looked around at what else was available for the longevity and investment to keep my RV in top condition. I came across flex armor and the closest place was Midwest RV. I filled out the quote on the website and the next day Sam was calling to get in touch about my inquiry. I gave him pictures of and he provided all the details necessary, answering all my questions in detail that I knew this was the roof I wanted put on.With the possibility of weather causing water damage I felt it urgent to get started ASAP and Sam was extremely accommodating with availability the coming weekend. There was an incident that came up and communication between both of us lined up the following weekend. It worked out perfectly. Granted Sam s top notch, clean, and professional shop was 450 miles and 6+ hours one way to get to I got it down to him on a Saturday, met briefly with him about what the process would be and a few minor things I wanted to add on. I left it there and Sam and his guys were right on it.Pics of the prep work couldn't have been more professional. Details and the workmanship put into the job were obvious. They even finished it a day earlier than I had expected. With my work schedule it worked to run and get it that same day they finished which put me picking it up at 9pm. Sam wasn t around but accommodated me and my schedule having his wife meet me to settle the payment and get the warranty paperwork.I can't be more happy with this RV now. Lifetime guarantee, absolutely no more caulking on the roof to constantly check and maintain. Everything is 100% sealed and looks amazing. I did ask Sam to do the edges around in black and the color added just makes it look really sharp. Sam also added the fan vent covers while he was at this job as an extra I figured was a good time to do it. He had the parts to do it right on hand.Overall this was an amazing business and guy to work with. Extremely friendly, kind, generous, knowledgeable, thorough, and professional. He took care of every detail and nobody could have done a better job. He cares about the quality of work he's sending out the door.I drove a total of 1800 miles and 26 hours and would do it again if I had to to get Midwest RV to do another job applying flex armor. I doubt that day will ever come again as this workmanship is going to last a very long time.Thanks again Sam for your help and the job you and your guys did on my RV. Want to give a big thank you to Sam. Thank you for coming out and looking at my awning today. Have alitte problem with it but it looks like its a manufacturer defective with it. Also had him spray on the new roof back in July and love it.

This is an excellent place to have your recreational vehicles roof replaced. I would say this is the best customer service I have received from any business in the last year. The owner was texting me while he was working on our 5th wheel camper and sending progress photos as the job progressed. These guys also work directly with insurance so if you have a claim they take care of everything, saving you time. The location is great! I would recommend if you have a rubber roof on your camper this is the only product to replace it with.
