Fox Ford has always been very good to us. They always let us use a loaner vehicle while ours is being serviced.

This dealership did what 3 others refused to do, warranty work. I had to call Ford corporate on the other 3 unfortunately each dealership is independent. Those 3 wanted me to pay 600.00 for dumb door handles that broke off at 18,550 miles. FOX Ford did a fantastic job at diagnosing the issue, getting the parts ordered, and getting them installed. It was pretty painless dropped the car off the night before so they could get to it first thing in the am. Was promised about 130pm but took longer which I was totally ok with knowing that they took their time to do the work right. I wasn't sure if we would be there before they closed but was able to pay for the A/C recharge over the phone. You guys really went above and beyond for me and I do Thank all of you for that. You will have a customer for life as long as I own a Ford. Keep up the great customer service. I did call corporate and let them know how great you all handled my warranty claim. Thank you again

The service staff is always friendly, courteous, and helpful. If they don't know the answer, they will research until they do.They treat me like I am an important customer and get my vehicles in as quickly as possible, especially in an emergency.I have had several very difficult repairs over the years, but they have always found the problem and got it repaired correctly.I definitely recommend their service department!!!

We just bought Ford Edge and we had a few days to try it out which was a plus for us. We went to Dylan Ryder what professional and nice salesman to work with. Highly recommend anyone to Fox Ford and Dylan of course in my book A+ Service. Oh they even filled the tank with Gas. Thank you Fox Ford.

Fox Ford in Wolf Point, Montana is awesome. I call them from my work place for and oil change and I get in the same day! They also come to my work, pick up my vehicle and return it when done. And keep me informed through messager.

In the first week of August of this year we were travelling home to Kalispell after a 2 week road trip to Wisconsin to visit family. We had our Subaru Outback checked by our local Kalispell mechanics before we left, but the head gaskets blew out and it had an epic overheating incident 4 miles outside of Wolf Point. The first of many locals who stopped to see what was up on the side of the road was Joel, a mechanic at Fox Ford. He arranged to have us towed back to the dealer, and that was when their team went into action. It seems that EVERY employee of the dealer was empathetic to our stalled journey and the fact that we had two little kids with us. They literally spent HOURS brainstorming ideas to get us and our car back to Kalispell (Amtrak, rental cars, a new car, a used car, renting a trailer, hiring a truck to ship the car, etc). From the parts guys, to the mechanics, to the service department, the sales department, and all the way up to Mike Fox, we came up with a plan. Never did they pressure us to purchase a new/used car from them, or paint a picture of how bad our situation was - it was all about teamwork to help us out. Thanks to all at the dealership: Mike, Joey, Seth, Dylan, Joel, and everyone else. If I ever am in the market for a new Ford, I would absolutely make the journey to Wolf Point to give them my business. Fox Ford is what a dealership should be.

I cannot express how grateful we are to Fox Ford. My husband and I were traveling from MN to Glacier National Park when our truck with a camper broke down. They overnighted a part for us and it came the next day. They picked us up when we were stranded and one of the salesman even offered to tow our camper to a spot with AC so we didn t have to sleep in the heat. Everyone at this shop was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to help us on our way. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I highly recommend Fox Ford!

Fox Ford in Wolf Point bends over backwards to meet the needs of its customers. Dylan (the salesman) and Mike (manager/owner) really work hard at making their customers happy with every aspect of their dealership. This is why I will always buy by vehicles through Fox Ford!

I recently bought a Ford F-150 from Fox Ford. Told Mike what I was looking for and he found a truck that I wanted. Very easy process and did an awesome job! I ve bought a few vehicles from Mike and he s always been the most helpful person. Fox Ford always has the best customer service. Thanks again Mike for the great deal. I definitely recommend Fox Ford to anyone looking for a good experience when it comes to buying a vehicle.

My husband and I are currently buying a truck from fox Ford. We will not go anywhere else for services on this vehicle or if we are ever in need of a different vehicle. We have been helped by not only the owner but also a gentleman named noel. They have been honest, kind, not pushy at all, and truly had our best interest in mind. They are so kind hearted and genuine people couldn't ask for better customer service.!! I recommend them 100%

We recently bought a preowned Ford Escape from Fox Ford. Told Mike what we were looking for and he found a unit that just came off lease. Very easy process and did a great job! Price was right and all the options as we had requested. We have bought Fords for many years from Mike and before him, Tom his dad. Great family to work with and trust. You can always trust what they say and they are not like the "big guys" that try to sell you everything extra. Not pushy and stand behind their word. A promise on the phone or a handshake is the same as putting it down on paper with signatures. The kind of dealer you come back to over and over again. Thanks Mike!

Fox Ford went out of their way to make sure my experience in doing business with them was as enjoyable and pain free as possible. I had lost my only key to my truck. After being informed that my new key had to be programmed I was a little upset that this had to be done in person with a Ford technician. Since I had lost my only key this meant that I would have to have my truck towed to the dealership to have my new key programmed. Instead of doing so, Mike formulated a plan to have a technician actually drive me to my house and program the key at my residence. This saved me time and money and lots of frustration!! Thanks again to Fox Ford and their staff for going out of their way to make sure I was a satisfied costumer. Mike Fox personally worked with me, however, claims of being able to work with people to get them into a vehicle, regardless of credit, the ol if you have a job you're approved, hasn't worked. Hopefully they are still trying, but have yet to heard back

Recently had contacted the service dept. regarding a issues after changing out a battery out on one of our fire trucks. They sent one of there mechanics over to see what they could find right after lunch to which the mechanic reeked of alochol. The mechanic was puzzled as to what was going on. He had to go back to the shop with the computer to try and figure out what was going on and the computer said to replace the throttle body position sensor. So back to the truck we went with a part... installed it and still no luck and a very puzzled mechanic. So they pushed the truck back to the shop. The shop foreman claimed they were busy and couldn't get to it for a week or more. I told her that it could not wait that long as we are on standby for fires. She stated several times well then why don't u take it to Miles City and let them work on it. I told her that if could I would but kinda hard to when the truck wouldn't start. She said well then have it towed down there then. I asked if they were going to help cover the cost of the tow job since they refused to work on it and she said no I'm sorry we can't do that. They did push the truck into an open bay in the shop and one of there other mechanics started working on it. The next day I received a call that said my truck was done and could come and pick it up. When I got there I asked what they found and the said not a damn thing that it just started working. So I paid my bill and left. When I got out to the truck and started it I noticed that it didn't sound right. I let it ser for awhile. I was about to leave and decided that I would check under the hood prior to starting it. What I found was that the mechanic failed to tighten up the 2 main clamps that hold the throttle body housing onto the throttle body were completely loose. So I got my tools out and tightened the clamps down. I started it and the sound I heard before was no longer there. Kinda bad when the customer has to finish the work the mechanic failed to do.This isn't the first time we have had issues with the service dept. A couple of years ago I had scheduled an appt to have an oil change done. They told me to have it there at 0800 and I was there before the time they wanted it. I sat around town waiting on it and had noticed that it was still parked where I had parked it when I had dropped it off that morning. Come 1500 that afternoon they were finally getting to it 6 hrs later.

Recently we were in need of assistance buying our leased vehicle. Although we had not leased the vehicle with Fox Ford, Mike gladly accepted the challenge and worked through the process with us. Our initial experience with Mike and Fox Ford could not have been better. Thank you!

I was passing thru for work when my weather stripping around my windshield came loose, causing loud vibrations. They fixed it in less than 30 min for me and only charged me $20.

I saw the scheduler in the grocery store and asked for an oil change appointment! The next day, the email arrived with my appointment date. Great service, as always.
