Had work done on a vehicle and later heard stories of how an employee ran a tractor into my vehicle. I was never informed of this. I now do notice the cover up work they did. I recommend avoiding Krown solely on this reason. I'm not upset at what happened, but that it was kept from me. Sure also there's stories of alcoholic staff and those who regularly waste time on the customer's dime, but I don't have evidence of that. I'll be checking over the work they did just in case...
