OK, so I was unprepared for the unbelievable service that I received today at Les Schwab whitefish, Montana.My rental car tire had a slow leak and I didn t want to drive into Canada tomorrow and risk whatever the universe might have in store for me up there. I called Les Schwab at about 2:30 PM and Jeremiah told me to come in and they would take care of it!And not only did they take care of it It turns out there was a screw in the tire But they didn t charge me! Apparently this Les Schwab guy instructed his businesses not to charge for tire fixing because, he pointed out, anybody with a flat tire is having a bad day, and so they shouldn t be charged on top of that.So I burst into tears at the front desk when I understood that I wasn t being charged and I would be safe driving into Canada tomorrow.Yes, I confess that!It was such a lovely experience.

We cannot say enough good about Whitefish Les Schwab. While visiting Glacier National Park a knife jumped off the road and into our tire. Les Schwab saved us! They were so friendly and went above and beyond. Thank you!

Made an appointment to get winter tires and alignment.. but something broke on my rear differential while doing the alignm . So they had to keep my car for an extra day. Sad times, but they will take care of it . They always look out for me, so not worried, just messed up my grand plans for the week lol

Went in first thing in the morning and was able to get my brakes replaced and tires rotated and had my car back in just a few hours. Staff, especially colton was very knowledgeable and helped answer all my questions!

This is an absolutely professional tire place. They patched both my pierced tire and spare on a Chevy Express 3500 van while I had a car dolly on! It took only a few min. Saved vacation. Isaac did a great job.

Had the dreaded flat tire the day before, vehicle brought in on the spare. Les Schwab repaired the tire, mounted and put away the spare, all gratis. Was in and out in less than a 1/2 hour. Will be bringing all my future business to Les Schwab because of this wonderful experience.

We picked up nails in 2 tires from the dump and limped into Les Schwab minutes before they closed. Not to mention we had 2 sleeping kids in the back. Their team jumped into action and got us taken care of in 15 minutes! They were fast, incredibly kind, and provided amazing service. There s no way we would have made it home and they took extra measure to ensure our family would be safe back on the road. We will absolutely keep them in mind when it comes to replacing our tires this winter! Thank you, thank you!

Traveling Montana from WV we received a flat tire at glacier. We brought the flat tire to them and had us taken care of very promptly! They did it at no cost to us out of hospitality! Great people and place.

This was my recent experience at the Whitefish Location:11/01/22 - Walk into Les Schwab at 8:30am. I tell them I have new tires and wheels that I need installed. They're already booked out for the day, but I talk to the counter and am told, "show up early tomorrow and get in line and we'll get you in".11/02/22 - Show up at 7:15am, eighth person in line, wait 45 min in the sleet/snow for doors to open. Talk to counter, very same person I spoke to the day before, and and tell them I have new tires/wheels that I need installed. I'm now told that they're too busy to install mounted wheels and tires unless I bought them at Les Schwab. Would've been great to know that before I wasted my morning waiting in outside in the cold. If you're only doing selective service work, maybe check with your customer exactly what they need done before you tell them come back early the next day? Terrible customer service experience, and terrible communication from the service desk.I was so desperate to get new tires installed, I even asked If I could buy NEW winter tires from Les Schwab. They didn't have them in stock. So, no tires in stock, and they still wouldn't install the tires and wheels that I brought with me. Wow.Edit to respond to Owner: It's not that hard Joe, just install the tires and wheels and I'll pay you a fee. Charge me more if you want, how about an "outside tires or wheels fee", and I'd be more than happy to pay it. But there are multiple reviews on here where your staff have refused to install tires that weren't bought from you, and multiple responses from Ownership saying that there is no policy against installing tires and wheels brought in from elsewhere. If there is a policy, then own it, and I won't bother stopping by your shop. If not, don't turn customers away.

I've left confused or frustrated a few times from this location, but this one really irked me. I've been extremely busy so I only have had time to drop off my vehicle to swap out the winter wheels and tires and fix a puncture at the end of the day. My intention was to leave it for them to perform the service the following day. To my surprise, that's not acceptable. I have to drop it off for same day service only. With my work starting before 8 am, it's not an option for me. I will only be returning to finish out my ongoing service. I don't ever see buying from this location again.

Zack at the Whitefish location was amazing! We are traveling from out of town and was heading back home from visiting Glacier National Park where there was road construction. We picked up.a nail. Zac got us in and out in a matter of minutes and was so friendly. If you find yourself in the area and in need of tire assistance. I highly recommend!

I called Les Schwab and was quoted $2200 for new brakes. I called another guy in Kalispell and was quoted less than $700. I confirmed all the parts were the same and they were. Parts were like $400 and the time took about 2 hours... I guess Les Schwab charges $900 an hour for labor. You should be ashamed for taking advantage like this. Charge a fair rate and earn customers back.

Yesterday I called their location and spoke with Jenna. I have a 2018 Chevy Dually and had issues with checking the air pressure and filling the 4 rear tires. She spoke with one of their techs and recommended extensions on the valve stems. She suggested that I swing by and they would have a look.I went by and spoke with her and she brought out Tod to assist me. Tod brought out the extensions he had, put them on and filled all the tires with air to his recommendations and gave me some suggestions on future upgrades that I could consider.The total experience I had with them was amazing considering the crazy times we live in these days.I would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. The staff that I dealt with was perfect. Thanks Jenna and Tod!

The customer service here cannot be beaten. By 8am on a Saturday morning there were about ten people waiting for them to open. Rather than get frustrated or annoyed at excessive amount of customers, the staff all were friendly and pleasant. Each one greeted every customer with a smile. I had a tire that was leaking and had a ten-hour drive ahead of me. I was quoted an hour to and hour-in-a-half wait but ended up being there a little over 30 minutes. They helped me quickly and were just all around fantastic. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Sam met me when i exited the car, we discussed winter tire options and together with Josh built a quote. I will be buying studded tires for my car.

Bait and SwitchI called to see if they could rebalance my tires and the receptionist said, "If you come in right away I could get you right in, we're not very busy right now." So I drove over, the same lady greeted me glumly at the counter, and explained that I'd have to leave my car there for 2 hours. Complete waste of my time, I left feeling disrespected and lied to. I won't be back.Reply to owner: I know you can't control the amount of customers you get. From the time I called to the time I got there was about 4 minutes. The lobby was empty, two of your work bays were empty, and your staff was just standing around chatting. Seems like your MO is to tell customers to come in right away so you can make money, but we're actually just looking for honesty to set the expectation correctly. Perhaps some retaining on your front desk staff is in order.

We were traveling in Whitefish and our brakes went out. Jeremiah and his staff went over and above to be certain we were still able to enjoy our day. What an amazing place! Thank you to all at the Tire Center for all you did to help stranded tourists! We're fans for life.

Horrible customer service. I called in to see about getting new tires mounted that I had bought online and an alignment. Rather than politely explaining they don t mount competitors tires, Adam immediately responds with, We re not interested in your business . Blows my mind they would turn down easy money. Then when I asked if he knew of anywhere else I could get this taken care of in town, I was rudely interrupted with No, I don t. I felt talked down to and degraded with how I was talked to, even though I was hoping to bring business to them. Les Schwab Whitefish will never get any of my future business.

Excellent customer service!! We were from out of town visiting Glacier when our brakes stated grinding. These guys got us in and fixed up fast! There s a very nice Army Navy store across the street and a great Chinese restaurant for a snack while you wait!! Highly recommend! Les Schwab never fails to impress!! Great company!!

Absolutely terrible. They say "not interested" to a potential customer. They will not mount new tires unless buying from them, and they will not offer a price match on tires. I would strongly suggest never using any Les Schwab for any goods or services.

Great experience. Got a flat tire while on a road trip and called them a few times to get directions and ask about service. Micheal was great with helping me get to the shop and fixed the issue quickly. We were back on the road in less then 15 minutes! He made a very stressful situation positive. Thank you!

Jeremiah always super helpful and friendly. Always provides solutions, whether scheduling the work or a fix to the vehicle. Have brought my trailer, truck and even mower tires here.

Huge shout out to the Les Schwab in Whitefish. We brought our truck in with a bit of a death wobble that was getting worse. Since we were only passing through they were able to fit us in and get the work done on the front end (shocks, tie rods, bushings) early and below the estimate. A professional outfit from top to bottom and we couldn t be more satisfied with the work and grateful for the help. Happy customer for sure!

The Whitefish location was a life saver. Michael and Carl saved us 2k. A local dealership tried to take advantage of us since we were from out of town. Thanks Michael for your honesty and being able to assist us with our wheel sensor. Best wishes to you and family
