Highly recommend! Couldn't be happier with the service. They were very prompt with correspondence, with ordering parts, with getting the work done. They handled the majority of the details with my insurance provider, making it very headache-free for me. I dealt with multiple people at various points, and everyone was extremely courteous and helpful.

While my insurance situation left me high and dry, Joe Hill and his shop helped me though one of the most difficult times I ve had dealing with a vehicle accident. Their support and service is unbeatable and they will treat you like family. Thank you so much for everything. I would give more stars if I could.

Best people, best mechanics. Honest kind and quick!I got my car back quicker than I imagined. My VW looks exactly like it did when I bought it.Cannot express how AMAZING hill brothers are! They are extremely reliable, honest, knowledgeable, professional, quality and kind! This is where you go when you need bodywork!Recommend them EVERY TIME!

We ve been with Hill Brothers for over 20 years. They are the best. Because we owned an outfitting business we used them more than the average person. We believe they are the best & would never go anywhere else. We appreciate the customer service, over the years we ve became friends. Thanks Hill Brothers

With how far out most auto body shops are, Joe crushed it. We had a minor delay due to a wrong part being ordered, but the truck turned out immaculate. They even cleaned the inside of my car .no interior work, but they left it looking better than when I dropped it off. I was referred to Hill Brothers and I will be back when in need!

I'm fairly certain that an elementary school child could have painted my car more accurately and with better prep. Not to mention I got my car back with a broken mirror, missing trim, dents in the hood, misaligned panels and more! :)

If I could give zero stars I would. Extremely unprofessional lady working the phone as well. She should lose her job. I have never in my life been so dissatisfied with any business. This is my first negative review on Google.

i got my car towed by then after my car crash. i don t use them but god will i use them ever again. i genuinely have never been so disrespected in my life. i do not recommend them for anything. the owner i assume yelled at me across the whole office. i am an 18 year old who never has been in a crash and wanted to grab the last of my things. already emotional he screamed and told me i need to pay. i tried to explain him while getting emotional and shut me down and yelled louder. never again will i recommend them or use them. i am embarrassed for anyone who uses them.worst customer service ever.

After having some estimates for body work at competitors, whose pricing and time to do repair seemed unreasonable I went to Hill Brothers.I could not be happier with reasonable pricing and fast turnaround.They were great guys to work with and the quality of work is topnotch!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

We recently had both of our vehicles into hillBro s. One was a hood that desperately needed new clear coat from a couple of very hot summers in sw Idaho, and the other was a repair and paint to a Tacoma bed that was damaged from someone hitting us. The work at hill bro s on both vehicles looks amazing!! The quote we revived and final bill was exact down to the penny for both. They were fast and great to work with! Be careful for their flatbed tow drivers goin to get my kid from work their driver pulls out in front of me in traffic on hwy 40 , I m doing 60 and have to hit the skids due to his carelessness . Then on top of it all break checks me . As I m trying to slow down as to not hit him !!!! Someone gonna make a lot of money off this place s dangerous drivers!!!

Not just great service but great customer service, also. We needed our pickup towed from Whitefish to Columbia Falls. They were right on time meeting with us and super friendly. Also, Hill Brothers billed our insurance company directly which saved us a lot of time and drama! Two thumbs up!!

We had an accident with our new Toyota. I didn't think it would ever be the same after the damage. Hill brothers are amazing. I can't even tell where the damage was done, our car was detailed and returned in perfect condition. These guys are on the level and squared away! I'm going to be honest I have a 2011 dodge ram it had significant front end damage. I took it to hill brothers and when I got it back I had to take it back because they didn't do a front end alignment and the new bumper was offset by over and inch on the side of impact.. my hood line is still completely off and the clear coat sprayed on the new painted hood and door was serious awful. I paint doors and windows with clear coat all the time and in all honesty if I did a poor job like this they would reject it. I've never been so disappointed in workmanship. I would try anywhere else honestly.. the staff are really nice good people just lack of quality control

Car broke down as soon as we got into whitefish, called Hill Brothers and the company sent out Dave who was heading home who turned around to come get us. Dave was super friendly and professional, made us feel super comfortable and gave great service. Thanks Dave!

I needed to book a towing company for a job through work & I can't say enough nice things about Charlie, the receptionist. The job ended up canceling on the driver, last minute, and she was super nice & understanding about it. If anything ever comes up in that area again, I will be reaching out to Hill Brothers!

The Best Western management in Whitefish towed my all wheel drive truck without my consent. I will sue them but Hill Bros took good care of my baby.Would use them again! The Best Western, not so much! Never again!

The SUV slid in the ditch and had a flat tire. Hill Brothers towing didn't hesitate responding the next day, considering the difficult location, where we live, plus the snow. Even when the insurance company, relayed the wrong directions? The driver never gave up. The other tow place was rude and a no show after waiting 5 hours. Wish we contacted Hill Brothers first.

The best!! Our Son got stuck above Upper Whitefish lake in the heaviest snowfall of the season. Without flinching, like true Montana boys, they met us, drove 25 plus miles in a storm and deep snow to help us. We got our boy out as a team and he drove it home. They didn't leave until we were out of the woods and good.They love their community and provide service that you just can't find these days. We wouldn't....no....we DON'T call anyone else!! Thank you, again and again, for staying true to your word and providing the best. Please never change.

These guys are pretty great. Hit a deer with my Prius and they fixed it up in no time and came in way under budget. Will definitely use them again.
