The oil change was done properly. I'm not happy with it taking 1 hour and 40 minutes to do. Also wonder why the technician says the vehicle has several oil leaks that need to be repaired, antifreeze fluid needing replacement, and transfer case fluid needing replacement. The cost of all these repairs being $3844. The antifreeze fluid is good for another 22k miles and doesn't need to be replaced. The transfer case fluid was replaced only 8k miles ago and definitely does not need to be replaced. If my vehicle has all those oil leaks then I should see evidence of such in my driveway where I park. There is no evidence of oil leaks under my vehicle. We will not be taking our vehicles back to this dealership for maintenance again.

My last visit didn t go well. I mentioned to Michael how it was like 2.5 hours for an oil change. He made extra effort to make sure that didn t happen again. Which was very much appreciated. Staff was also very courteous and friendly.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The mix of Chevy & Dodgev service desks is a little confusing for first time customers. A little more obvious signage would be helpful (or did I miss it?) Oil change, waited an 1 1/2 hours. Vehicle was done and keys sat on the service managers desk for 25 minutes. After sitting there and watching him do nothing all this time, I went up and asked for a status. He lied and said they just finished. Then Spent 5 minutes searching the parking lot for my vehicle. Not good customer service all the way around. Just hoping the mechanic was better than the service managerService: Oil change

The reason I made my appointment did not get done. I received a letter from GM stating that the part to get the heated seats was available, so I made an appointment to get this updated and also requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was notified after about an hour that the update could not be completed because 2 microchips were needed and only 1 was received.It took almost 3 hours to do that and get the oil and tire rotation done. Not too happy about the mistake.UPDATE...The service department contacted me about having received the needed parts. I made the appointment and everything went very smoothly. The sales staff were very friendly, professional, and patient. We test drove several makes and models before making a decision and felt confident in our purchase at the end of the day. Past experience with other dealerships I felt rushed or like I was being steered towards a purchase I wasn't comfortable with, this was not the case with the Don K staff. Thank you!!

It was very unprofessional, disorganized, and sloppy. There was zero communication, lack of urgency, or customer friendliness. I had an appointment that was scheduled two months in advance, and scheduled for two or three days. After I picked up and paid for my rental car and dropped off my truck the day before they still managed to not even tear down or open parts until the third day only to realize the box panel was trashed, which was going to take an additional week to be shipped then hopefully/maybe the repairs would start. On top of that it took three days to hear anything so I had to go in to the shop in person to find out because no one would return a call. Having been in that business as a production manager and parts manager at a very large auto body shop, I can say with certainly it was absolutely unacceptable in my eyes to operate a business like that. I took my truck back un-repaired, and will have it done at OH's even knowing its a long wait before it gets in. I will never be doing business or recommend that body shop ever again.

Took forever and didnt fix the problem.They said it was a 1-2 day job. Didnt update, I called in after 5 days around noon and left a message, they didnt get back to to me till 5 (on a friday) saying I could pick it up, did not mention they close at 5:30(in service) and when I got there 5:45 and couldn't pick it up.

The whole experience was taken care of efficiently and professionally. I first arrived to see Charles Bennett and had a limited time for our appointment. He took care of everything very quickly so I could get back to work on time. All the paperwork went very smoothly the day I purchased the vehicle and I was on the road with my new Tahoe very quickly. I was also very happy with the vehicle tutorials I was given. Thank you! Love my new vehicle.

Setting up the appointment was easy and timely. Once in, the service was quick, waiting room clean and included refreshments and snacks. All the service members were polite and explained what needed to be done to ensure the safety of the vehicle.

Your staff are excellent and responsive. My diesel def system is an abomination. No vehicle should be hard programmed to leave you on the side of the road after 200 miles...assinine!!I will be selling my truck and getting a gasoline truck. I love my diesel truck; power, economy, style...but the DEF system is flawed...GM (or the EPA) screwed this up royally!Thanks for fixing it again...

Bought a new 2022 Silverado and the center console isn t put together all the way. It has residue left on it from them peeling off the plastic. Not a big deal but they put a long razor scratch all the way across the tailgate. I m going to have to hope a detail shop can fix it. On the plus side, customer service was great.

The body shop at DonK went above & beyond to satisfy us when faced with supply & parts issues that were out of their control. Extra props goes out to Mike & Vicky. They kept us updated every step of the way. The bodyshop also was outstanding with attention to detail and a perfect finished product, ie...my truck. I am very pleased with my repair.

All employees we met at Don K while dealing on our car were extremely nice and helpful. They even helped us keep our kids entertained while dealing on the car.Sales made the process easy and Finance went out of their way to get me the best interest rate on my new car.

I purchased my 2016 used vehicle in January 2020. Within 3 days, I had brought back my vehicle (along with the spare set of keys to my traded in vehicle) and had advised them that my key fob was not working correctly. It was intermittent and random when it would work the remote start feature. After purchasing a new battery, there was no change in the operation. Sometimes it would work, other times it would not. As I was told that it may just be a "fluke" when it wasn't working, I let it go. Within a week, the key fob was no longer working at all to remote start my vehicle. I then resorted down to just using the app to start my car - as I was only given 1 key to my car.When I finally needed actual service (oil change and tire rotation) I asked them to figure out why my fob was not working. I was then charged $55 for them to tell me that I needed a new key fob (kind of figured that) and was told that they can order me a replacement key fob and have it programmed then, for an additional $157 and another hour of my time.#1: The employees are fantastic, always great, helpful and respectful#2: If I knew it would cost me $55 just to be told that my key fob was bad, I would have just bought a new one online for $20 without even asking (would have thought that them testing a key fob would be free).#3: If I knew that it was going to cost me an additional $157 for a new key fob, and another hour of my time to have it reprogrammed, I would have bought the key fob online for $20 and taken it to a mom and pop shop and paid $75 (or had family do it for free).Long story short, within 3 days of me purchasing a vehicle from Don K, and them upselling the extended "EVERYTHING" bumper to bumper warranty for another 3K plus, on top of the price of the vehicle, to end up with NO coverage or offer to just replace that key fob that was having issues immediately and not charge me over $200 to fix it, I would have just gone to another dealership.If within 3 days, there is no coverage on a 2016 vehicle through your dealership, I believe that my future service needs and any further vehicle purchases will need to be done at another dealership.
