Where to begin with my long experience with Don K. Well I bought a tried and true lemon, (not from the fine people at Don K) but from an out of state dealer. Just a year after purchasing it , I was staring at a full diesel engine replacement with an astronomical price tag (always get the warranty, people!). So , although we had to wait 8 months for this engine to arrive - the good people at Don K made sure I had a loaner to drive the entire time (which ended up being just short of a year). Special shout out to Matthew, Bill and Dexter at Jeep service. These guys dealt with me at some challenging points in my life when I didn t think I d ever see my vehicle again. Their kindness & professionalism really helped diffuse this mess. My rig is back on the road and running strong thank you Don K!

I hate to tell the world who my salesman is because he was fantastic and I don t want him to get too busy for my next purchase! lol. I have now purchased 5 vehicles from James at Don K and each and every transaction has been a breeze. They also took my older truck in on trade. They stand by their word and I trust buying my vehicles from them. I ve also worked with their body shop and parts/service and never had an issue!

Today, Don K RAM performed the following on my '22 RAM 2500:Changed engine oil and filterReplaced engine air filterReplaced cabin air filterInspected fuel filtersInstalled new engine block heater cordPerformed four (4) distinct recall resolutionsThey did this in a half-day, for less than $360. To me, this is the hallmark of professional, responsive and ethical service.Such has been my consistent experience at Don K RAM, since purchasing the truck new from them.

Brother in law brought in his new Ram months back. They dropped a tool in the engine then denied it.Co-worker just had it in and his truck died driving because the negative battery connection wasn t even reattached after their work.I recently looked at a vehicle, had a recondition put aside and found the vehicle on the lot in absolutely horrid shape, no plan to recondition and forcefully pushed to buy new.Called for parts for my vehicle and the part guy talked to me like an idiot as if I hadn t researched the part directly off manufacture site.Stay away.

Shockingly Poor Service and Safety Neglect:I recently had the misfortune of dealing with them, and I can say without a doubt that it was a nightmarish experience. My visit was prompted by a safety concern regarding my brake pads, which had been neglected by another Jeep dealer.My ordeal began when I brought my Jeep to here at opening time for a simple brake check, as my brakes were grinding metal on metal. Instead of offering the swift and professional service one would expect, they outright refused to even take a quick look at my brakes. Their excuse? They claimed it would take at least a couple of weeks to schedule an inspection. This response was not only baffling but also alarming, as it left my safety hanging by a thread.I explained to them that I urgently needed to drive back to Colorado and that the condition of my brakes was a serious safety concern. However, they displayed a shocking lack of concern for my well-being and safety. They callously dismissed my pleas and essentially left me with no option but to look elsewhere for help.In desperation, I turned to Les Schwab Tires, which happened to be nearby. To my immense relief, they immediately inspected my brakes and discovered the dire state they were in. Without hesitation, they replaced both the brake pads and rotors, ensuring my safety on the road.My experience here was nothing short of a disaster. Their refusal to address a critical safety issue and their utter disregard for my well-being were appalling. It is beyond me how a dealership, especially one associated with a reputable brand like Jeep, could behave so irresponsibly.

I was very happy with my sales rep James. I live 4 hours away and he took me on a virtual test drive allowing me to see and experience the car. Josh got all of the finance stuff figured out before bi arrived. Test drove the car and made the decision to buy and 30 minutes later I was out the door. Thanks for making it easy and quick all to many times you get held up, but not with Don K. They were respectful and helpful, wonderful experience.

They check your credit with out asking! When it was checked less than 30 days prior then Shot gun your credit!! Then no one knows anything and NO communication. Then they jack up the interest rate as high as possible to make sure they are making the money! Your better off shopping out of town! They only provide for the rich..

I had two recalls for my Jeep needed. Alex was the one that booked my 2 appointments. My Jeep was in and out the same day with everything repaired. Shuttle service to and from Evergreen was very convenient and I was stoked about how all of this went. Alex Trey Zach Tanner Bill thank you for always taking good care of me and my vehicles. The best you can hope from a business is to help you exhaust every other option before you absolutely need them, and that is the reason Rob from Don K earned my trust.We were on a trip to glacier when we lost our (extremely expensive apparently) car key.Rob was gracious and kind to guide me through the process with my insurance, the costs, and the needed forms - but even still, he went on a call with my rental company and asked them to send the spare key to me overnight.I was so stressed I didn't even think about it, and my rental company didn't offer. But Rob made sure we got the best, quickest, cheapest available solution. He was kind and patient and made a bad day better.Thank you.

Fastest easiest vehicle buying experience we have ever had !! Tim Lannaghan was up front and helpful since we had been searching for awhile and had been let down by many dealers playing games. Finance guy Steve Johnston was also awesome and straightforward. It can be a very stressful experience when you are a married gay couple to travel outside your area and try to buy things that are large investments and have to worry about whether or not you will be treated justly, fairly and feel safe

I just wanted say that these guys are great to work with. They were transparent and straight forward about everything and matched the trade in value on my old truck. I didn't feel any pressure in finance to add extras and got all the rebates I qualified for plus 2.9 APR financing on my new RAM 1500 Ecodiesel. I couldn't be happier with the transaction and look forward to enjoying this RAM for many years to come. Thanks to everyone at Don K, great work!

This review applies to the Service Dept. only. Two stars because their oil change Express Lane is by appointment only. I ve been to dozens of Ram dealership Express Lanes throughout the US, and I ve NEVER had to schedule an appointment. Should they even be allowed to call it Express Lane if an appointment is required? There s nothing express about that.

I have to say I'm not overly fond of car dealerships, between the dentist and a car dealership I'm not sure which one I dislike more. I went to Don K looking to purchase my first car, I'd owned one before that was given to me but this was my first time buying my own car. The process was actually harmless and dare I say pleasant. Kelsey sold me the car and was very nice and personable, I remember also meeting Ramon in financing, they were both so helpful and informative at every step of the way. Talking to Ramon and Kelsey felt like talking to High school friends, I felt like they really wanted me to get the best deal and know exactly what I signed up for. Although I was skeptical at first I had a great experience at Don k and love my Honda Fit.

Dan was incredibly patient and let us test drive multiple vehicles - he did not rush us, pressure us, and offered solutions within our price range throughout our visit. We ultimately ordered a custom build through him and he was also beyond helpful and informative through that very easy process. Dan was super amazing. He helped with finding the right vehicle for us and helped with getting us gas as well for our new car. I haven't experienced this type of experience at dealership before. I highly recommend going here and asking for Dan Galvin, you won't regret it.

Had to get the oil changed on my Dodge Ram 2500. Wes and the guy were awesome. They got my truck done in about hour (it's by appointment only) and checked my breaks when they rotated the tires. Needed new front breaks but they took care of it and I got it back the next day. It might be a little bit of a drive from Kalispell just for an oil change but I will be back and I'm going to send everyone I know. Thanks Wes. Good job crew.

Apparently all this dealer cares about is selling cars. When our Jeep started running rough and couldn't be driven anymore we brought it to Don K since it was on our way to Alaska. What a mistake. Although we were without an appointment I would at least expect them to run a diagnostic check (5 minutes of time) in order to determine the time needed to repair it. But after 4 days (yes 4 entire days) they hadn't even done that!! I finally gave up and towed the vehicle to Cranbrook Dodge in Canada. What a difference! Even without an appointment they diagnosed immediately, ordered the part immediately and were done the next day at noon. Don K Jeep service was the worst experience ever!

I got the opportunity to work with Shauna Ferguson, when I traded my other Ram truck for a newer one. Not only did she make a deal happen for the truck I was interested in she took time to explain the details of everything before I committed to the deal. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the trucks I wanted. I was extremely pleased and had the smoothest and most enjoyable, stress free buying experience that I have ever had. GMC warrantee service was outstanding! Servicwe manager Zach delivered pickup back to us within 2 hours and gave an extra service idea at no extra charge. He was helpfulp in all details of getting me within 3 days of original call for air bag replacment. Thanks from both of us.

Came in for oil change and tire rotation. Tires are only 4 months old and they said they were too low to rotate and gave us a print out to sell me tires. Tires look good yet. They changed oil but didn't even put the typical sticker in window to let me know when to change again.

I recently scheduled an appointment for service on my 2013 Dodge ram 2500. When we bought the pick up brand new we also bought the extended lifetime warranty. Previously at Don K I had problems with a service manager and at that point had decided to never return to Don K for service again. Recently, I was in a position where I had to return to Don K Dodge for warranty service. Mike, the service manager took absolutely outstanding care of me!After speaking with Mike, he pulled up my previous visit and informed me that the service desk personnel that previously had tried to take care of me had been terminated. Mike then saw to it that every single repair needed on my truck was not only taking care of but all credited to my extended warranty. Mike was an absolute godsend! There service, communication, and follow up was top notch! I salute the mechanics and the service department at Don K or truly stepping up to the plate and knocking it out of the park!They have corrected all their personnel problems and their service is now five stars. I highly recommend !

I was not looking forward to car shopping due to the traditional salesman experiences at other dealerships in the area. When I met John at Don K Subaru, the whole situation changed for the better. He has a great personality, easy to talk to about the bar buying/trade-in process, and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. I was THE priority at that time. Travis did a phenomenal job getting me a great trade-in value and Josh was thorough and helpful with the financial portion of it. When it comes time to purchase another vehicle, we will not talk with any other sales representative. Thanks John!!
