Brought my truck in to get the transmission replaced. Asked them to change the rear main seal. They said it was ok... was leaking before i brought it in is still leaking after. Also the shift linkage is off. They told me to bring it in and they would fix it within a week.

Initially took my car in to have a noise checked out, but it went away. Frank looked at my car and even took it for a drive. Did not charge me anything...decided to make an appointment to have my headlights restored and they look absolutely amazing! Frank is extremely friendly and the prices are honest and fair. I think I've found my forever mechanic in the valley! I come from a mechanic family but none of them live here, so it's nice to find an honest one. As a woman I find that car shops like to take advantage. Definitely don't feel this way here!

Hats off to the staff at Advanced Auto Repair. I had an alternator replaced and Frank was professional, accommodating and professional. Technicians James and Ryan were proficient and knowledgeable. Michelle very friendly receptionist. Thanks you to all of ya! Highly recommended!

I should say that I may be partial to Frank and Michelle's shop because they're a quick walk from my house, however I'm most impressed with the quality of work, Frank's skill as a mechanic and the overall honesty and integrity of the shop. Hard to find shops like this anymore, where they're both skilled at figuring out problems, and honest about what's a priority, and what's not. Wish I could bring them with me wherever I go!

It's always a pleasure to see Frank- Except that means there is something wrong with my vehicle. AAR is always friendly, and always forthcoming. We discuss everything in detail, sometimes we go for a spin just so Frank can experience the problem, and we always go over the options and prices. They know their stuff and they know how to treat their people like people. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

I've been using Frank for over 10 years now he has always been honest and fair! Always go with his suggestions he does not cut corners and only uses the best parts on the market! Thanks Frank and Mechelle you guys are awesome!

These scammers double charged my wife they seen a woman and knew they could rip her off just sad I hope people don't let these scummers rip off anyone else!!! Super sad that these low life's are getting away with over charging people!!! The customer service was very bad too when I called to ask why they over charged my wife they lied about the time of work this company is very BAD!!!!!!!
