These guys are good!!! Got me in quick for a full tint on my SUV .I ended up wanting darker on my front windows after they were already done and they were SO KIND about me being changing my mind!! Super reasonable rates, cozy little sitting corner in the lobby, lots and lots of photo books to look through of local wildlife/flowers/Caras/Vegas Halloween shenanigans lol I will definitely be back and will absolutely send everyone to these guys!!!!

First rate customer service... even after I missed the first two appointments... saved me money... job was done fast... quality glass... installed better than Ford factory. Outstanding!

Called and spoke with Amos about windshield replacement. Tentatively set appointment and he was supposed to text me to confirm hr could get the glass. Didn't hear from him and left him 3 separate messages over next several days trying to confirm he could do the appointment. No answer from him after 3 messages..... I'll go use someone else.

Edit: I've now had work done by them at least 6 times (now 7 as I got another rock chip) on 3 different vehicles and am still very happy. 2 full replacements because I was dumb and didn't call them quickly enough to fix rock and hail damage. He was also very honest and told me to hold off on a repair until after full melt and the sweepers had been through, instead of getting me in and risking further damage before the roads had been cleaned up.This was the 3rd time I've been here. Replace of a cracked windshield. Lots of options and good price. Reseated a windshield on my truck. Great. Fixed a chip a picked up last week in the first windshield. I was lucky to catch him at the shop and not making a mobile call, and he nocked it in 10 minutes. Zero complaints. Will go back again and again as needed.

Amos is the man! I have come to him twice, once to have a chip fixed and once to get a windshield replaced for my unlucky car. Both times he was professional and timely in completing the job. His prices are unbeatable as well. Highly recommended for anyone in the Bitterroot Valley who needs auto glass repaired.

I came here last week to get my parents windshield replaced and Amos was more than helpful! He also repaired 3 rock chips on my windshield while we waited. I was very pleased with how quick the service was, but more impressed with how nice and helpful the guys were here. Thanks for taking such good care of us! I needed a rock chip repair on my windshield. After reviewing the positive reviews on their website I called and had to leave a message. I never received a call back. If this company is so busy that they can't even call me back then I won't bother them again. Will let my friends know not to bother them also.

Had them install tint on my new car 4 years ago. Still looks great and still receiving compliments. Just had them fix my first rock chip. Excellent service and value. Thanks guys!

I had called a few places, including locations in Missoula, because I was replacing the windshield on an FJ Cruiser by Toyota , it's a pricier and more difficult task, due to window molding issues. I was informed that either certain businesses would not even do the work, due to its difficulty level or I was told a much higher price than seemed reasonable, (considering I had in my possession the molding I had already purchased, to be put in place). I left a message, but also realized that small businesses that are busy have a difficult time answering the phone and taking care of business at the moment, let alone returning phone calls, so I followed up with a phone call later. I am so glad I booked with them, the price was right, the service is great! They even got me in within a day of my phone call. Thank you so much, Glass Guy for serving the Bitterroot

Had a incident involving a lock out that left a huge gouge in my tunted window. These guys hooked me up took 30 minutes now the truck looks good as new!

Purchased a used vehicle, it was tinted too dark had trouble seeing out the back of the vehicle using the rear view mirror. I explained my issue and Glass Guy took care of it. Customer service/communication were A+++.

I got my windows tinted on an old truck David down there not only killed the tint!!! But cleared up all the old tint and scratches!!! Turned out amazing I recommend him to everyone for some professional window tinting!!!
