I was driving from NYC to Seattle when the fan clutch died on RAM 3500.. I just stopped on the side of the road and started calling to all auto parts stores in this area (I was +- 10ml away from Townsend). Everyone shouted go to dealer, this is a special order.. when I called coquest, mrs Tiffany S. answered, ordered a part and brought it to me where I was parked!!!!This is THE BEST AUTO PARTS STORE IN MT!!Thank you guys! Thank you for your help!

The best customer service, compassion, and hospitality I have EVER experienced. Tiffany answered a desperate after-hours call on a Friday night and made a road-side CV Axle/ Wheel Bearing replacement possible and enjoyable! Not only did this store have the parts needed, Tiffany made two separate trips throughout the night to help us out. I cannot speak highly enough about this company and it's owner. I live three hours away and will be purchasing all future automotive parts from this store! Thanks Tiffany and company!

I go here for oil, headlights , antifreeze, and other maintenance things. but i also have ordered parts for a Ford and chevy from there with decent wait time. when i need parts in Townsend I'd choose them over NapA due to prices and friendliness.

I was driving from Helena to Bozeman and my windshield wiper wasn't working well. I stopped at the Townsend Carquest and the attendant was so helpful with finding the right wiper for my car and even made sure it was installed for me. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

Tiffany and her staff are amazing and fun to converse with. Always helpful even when something you need isn't in stock they will get it here for you as fast as possible. They are willing to go the extra mile for their customers and that is very appreciated.

Poor service, not knowledgeable, got quoted a price and when I went to go pick up my product the price had doubled and was forced to buy it because I pre ordered it. Sad to have a small town store not willing to even work with a person when they screwed up. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.
