The customer service was top notch. I have a built up 02 Dodge 2500 that was having growing pains. The techs were knowledgeable and happy to discuss and recommend options. I have a hard time trusting mechanics, but Tims Diesel was a pleasure and ill be giving them my money from here on out. Fair pricing. Quick and painless service. Good communication. Honest work I requested diff fluid changes on top of other work and when they checked, the fluid was clean, so instead of changing and up charging they just let me know and didn t perform unnecessary maintenance. This is the kind of shop you want to use. Great work by the team at Tim sService: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are absolutely wonderful. I ll never go anywhere else if I can help it, and would recommend them to anyone. Tim and his family have always treated me right, for the 16 years I've used their services. Great service at a fair price, couldn't ask for more. I would highly recommend them. If you need a tow or great mechanics this is the only place to go.

They are unprofessional and disrespectful. I made a appointment for them to towe and work on my truck. Three weeks later I called them to find out why they didn't show up and the excuse was that they didn't want to chain up to towe my truck. No call explaining why or even a apology for not showing up. Then their secretary hung up on me when I confronted them about it. If you like unprofessional businesses give them a call. Maybe they might show up!

Tim's had to rescue me this last winter out the ditch when roads were slick. I appreciate the help out considering it was so early in the morning. I look forward to using them in the future for their other services.

Tim s is a great place to get work done on your semi or pickup. They just did a platinum rebuild on one of our semi and work on another semi. Matt and Tim are knowledgeable and do a great job. Thanks Tim s diesel for keeping us running

This shop really knows what they're doing with your vehicle. Whether it is diesel or gasoline. And very friendly service.

Took them a really long time to answer phone, when they did after 2 daysthey told me they did not have the equipment to fix a Hino truck. Leatherface at the truck stop I inquired about filters gas and oil I need changed to see if that will fix the problem. The lady said they don't fix Hino.

Excellent customer service, quality service vehicles, clean shop, and their entire team was nothing less than "Outstanding!!!". They provided tow service and also vehicle repair in record time to get us back on the road.

They charged me too much so I gave them my car to pay what I owed them. They were nice enough but I didn't have a choice when they towed my car
