These people are filthy crooks! My girlfriend was in an accident with a rental van on the way through these people's territory and after they towed the crashed van, they helped themselves to a bunch of her peoperty- jewelry ,food, anything they wanted. Then they held some of her property hostage until a ridiculous charge to U-Haul was paid. Months to get her things back and the other stolen things will likely never be recovered. This woman is the devil and I hope she ends up in prison! Don't let them touch your property!!!! Scumbags!!!

How does this man and his wife look themselves in the mirror?! Crooks, theives!! My son hit an elk 6 miles away. He had AAA but was in the ambulance when they towed his car away. He drove the next day again from great falls to get tools and belongings from his own car and was denied until he paid over $1300!! Disgusting, horrible people.

It just doesn't get any better than this. Mickie is simply outstanding. Her compassion and understanding made a difficult situation bearable.A 100% disabled veteran friend of ours had an accident while on her way to help her 80 year old mother after her father died. She had to be airlifted out and was on life support. Ron's Diesel Repair towed the car to their facility in Three Forks. Since our friend was in a coma, and on life support, she was unable to sort through all the insurance and details of maintaining her home and bills. We contacted her insurance company and told them of our desire to get our friends papers and electronics (phone etc.) from the car. Mickie said it was a good idea for us to retrieve any belonging before the car was moved because we might not see it again. To our utter shock the insurance company's adjuster told us the vehicle would be retrieved ASAP so there wouldn't be any storage charges. I explained the situation and told him I would pay out of pocket, but the adjuster said "take it up with the tow yard". So much for supporting disabled veterans who went in harms way so you could telecommute at home while they sit in intensive care.Never fear, Mickie came to the rescue. She told us she wouldn't let the vehicle move until we retrieved what we needed to help our friend. She even offered to pack and ship the articles. We thanked her and told her we would fly in and pick up the items. Mickie came in on her day off, on Veterans Day coincidentally, and met with us to make sure we got everything we needed. We tried to give her something as a thank you but she refused.Thank God for Mickie! Now that's the kind of service and respect this country was built on. Great company, and great people. Thank you, Mickie. We will always remember your help during this difficult time.(As an aside, a representative of the CEO of the insurance company called us and said tar and feathering is no longer allowed by the company, but they would remove the unsympathetic and unpatriotic adjuster from the claim. )

I'll give 5 stars if they do the right thing and allow my husband to get his tools and work clothing out of my car. It was on the side of I-90 for 52 hours with a flat tire. By law, abandoned, by principles, I was there 54 hours later to change the flat tire. Outrages fees and no empathy toward my situation. I had a flat tire and no spare. Now I have a spare tire and no car! In my opinion, he's as dirty as they get.

Had a nail in tire and tried to reach this place to fix it. The guy was professional and informed me that it s after hours and $225 + patch but did help me with sharing the number of another shop down the road and they just charge $50 in regular hours and $180 after hours for fixing semi tire. He was honest but pricey, now that economy and truck rates are all time low please reduce your charge in these tough times. Other than that I still felt he was knowledgeable and helpful in some way 4stars for you.

They were on a call less than 30 minutes charged over 1400 dollars! The tow was less than 20 miles! And they did over 1600 dollars worth of damage to the car they towed which in the police report and several witnesses have confirmed there was no damage before it was towed, and they denied they did the damage!!!!! the woman that works in the office is a rude mean old lady. If you have an accident anywhere near three forks don't use rons diesel repair and towing. They scam you out of thousands of dollars that aren't deserved!!!!!!

Broke down right outside exit 278 going westbound, They closed at 5 and i called at 4:45 and felt awful. The owner's son came and towed our car and even helped us fix our tire issues despite them being closed already. He went above and beyond when he could have just towed us into town and just dropped us. Would definitely come back if i ever get stuck near there again.Service: Tires

We blew a trailer tire after all the shops in the area had closed. Ron was able to meet us at his shop, and get a tire on in no time. Great service and comparable prices. Thanks Ron.

Had an air line froze up that was near impossible to find. -8f, im not rolling around in the snow for hours. Ron had me up and running in 2 hours. Pleasant guy, and very knowledgeable. Money well spent. It would have taken me all day to get it done with the limited tools I have on hand. I'll definitely keep him in mind if anything happens again in this area.

My car was towed awhile back and at current time of incident, they told me it was 350.00 to get my vehicle out of inpound. I clearly diddent have $$$ to get car back so I just left it there. And now currently the owner of tow yard is trying to charge me an extraordinary amount of $$$ even going as far to request title from me also having my wages garnished. I fill like the owner could have contacted me sooner than now letting me know we're I stood instead of waiting almost two years now taking what I fill is extreme majors that are un heartily giving time of yr and how things are .with covid ext. General opinion owner has no heart no regard for life situations. Gready un professional behavior there's no reason to be 100% dough bag about any situation in my opinion like do we live in same world or what.

I was locked out while showing property in Three Forks. My English setter managed to force lock my car with the keys inside. A stressful experience was made easy with Ron s. They were in the area, and able to get me back into my car in about one minute. I have never been locked out before, so I had no idea how they were going to get back into the car or what it takes to break in . Thanks Ron, for making a stressful experience easy!

BEWARE!!!!!! On Saturday had a tire that was very low, not sure if it was a flat. Called and was told that no matter what it was, it would be $150 today. I told him never mind and hung up. Made it to the truck stop on I-90, filled the tire and will try to make it home. My only hope is that he gets his "good service" repaid to him one day.

When you are in an accident, tell the county anyone but Ron's. Charged $590 for a less than 30 mile tow and attempted to charged another $100 (two days lot fee) when we retrieved the vehicle the next morning.

Needed some minor help with the truck. Called Ron, made an arrangement. When the time came he stopped answering the phone. I mean, don't promise if you can't help, I'll find another place. But if you say you'll do it and help, than be a man and keep your word. Or at least don't waste drivers time waiting for nothing.

I Lost pressure in one of my brake cans on my semi truck trailer while I was traveling i90. He was out in less then 30 minutes and had the parts I needed and did the repair properly. I have no complaints and will call him again if I need repairs in this area.

-- I brought a vehicle in that has a very decent drive train. I had a bad axle which required 1 spacer. In order to save time we suggested doing a hub assembly as well. This would normally be a 640 dollar Job.-- 2 weeks later- after 4 calls, I was told that the truck would no longer run or start . I was then advised that all 8 spark plugs and 4 sensors went bad - apparently by changing the axle.-- 1500.00 and 1 week later, they released my truck to me.-- on the way home we heard a strange noise. Upon arrival we parked the truck . The following monday ( 2 days later ) we started the truck and noticed antifreeze running out. Immidiately we called a local mechanic who then found a piece of 1 1/2 pipe pushed into my radiator . The owner of Ron's admited it was his mechanic's. When we drove 45 minutes to show him the documentation, he admited it and accepted that his mechanic left the Cheater pipe under my hood. He then said he would get back to me about rebating me.The repair and tow cost me 575.00Ron offered 400.00 .When i refused a CHECK ( he required cash only from me ) for 400 he began cursing and accusing me.of CRYING over 100.00 .These people are scammers and extremely unprofessional business people - with horribly shoddy work and terrible morals.AVAOID AT ALL COST

Locked the keys in the car at wheat Montana. Even though he only had to drive across the street, he wanted 135$ to help us out. After waiting a half hour we called AAA, which we probably should have done from the get go. He showed up when we were on the phone and asked "well am I doing this or not?" We told him we were talking to AAA to compare rates. He said well then I'm going home."If you absolutely need help from them, use birth control because they will f#!$ you.

My Chevy truck broke down a few miles from Three Forks when a bolt and pulley sheared. These guys dropped what they were doing, got parts in from Bozeman, and fixed me up so I was back on the road within two hours. I had a long way left to go that day, and they took care of my truck and I to get us back on the road safely. I couldn't be more appreciative!

All I can say is WOW!! Went in today to see about getting my flat fixed, mind you it was already off the car. He wanted $30.00 to repair the flat. I went just 2 miles into downtown Three Forks and got it fixed for $13.50. Guess they only want to work on Big rigs and tow service. To bad.

My thermostat stuck open on my 2013 Peterbilt. I saw this number and called him. He had a Cummins tgermother in stock. He had me up and rolling in about an hour. He is very knowledgeable. Nice to have heat again .. I was driving through Montana wearing my coat in the cab until he got my truck fixed. Nice to find good shops at fair rates while out on the road
