The tall gentleman with the ponytail was super helpful after I came in with missing windshield wiper blade. I would recommend this store over any other parts store.

Stopped in to purchase a few items. I was approached by a man that was attempting to help me. He very shortly started to tell me how items were difficult to obtain because of the current administration and the last administration had gas at $1.89 per gallon. Democrat vs Republican liberal vs conservative make no difference to me. I think we all want the same thing just have different ways of reaching that goal. I do not however want to attend a Trump rally attempting to buy parts. There may be a reason why the stores in Thompson Falls are so busy you can t fine a place to park and Napa is empty. Take a look at your staff and set some house rules.

Just wanted to stop by and say these gentlemen that work here are super friendly, helpful and generous. I broke down 2 miles away and had to wait until they opened 9 hours after my alternator died. They went out of their way to get me back on the road. Thank for your help. Great people in thompson falls area.

Sometimes they are a little slower than i would like, BUT they are always there to help you figure out exactly what you need if you are unsure of the part. Great service and very friendly. I have never had any issues.

Some of the service people are good and have great customer service but the others think you are stupid. Prices are a bit higher then other Napa stores and almost everything is special order so you have to go to the store to pay before you order the item you need.

Friendly and precise. Found the u joint that I needed for my old brush hog when other part stores gave up. Great parking for semi and large rv's.

Was not good. It was my fault they ordered the WRONG part. I thought they were the professionals. The Owner was very rude to put it nicely. Not sure I'll ever go in there again.
