Would put zero stars if I could very unprofessional made a order online yesterday got a phone call today saying they didn't have the specific oil and asked me if I wanted to substitute it for a slightly more expensive one to witch I say yes followed by me saying I will be by around 3 to pick it up. I goto pick up my order they spend over 15 minutes looking for my order to come and find it on a shelf and with the type of oil I originally wanted to order that they where "out of" and no oil filter when they went into the back to look for the filter I ordered they told me they where completely out and I would have to wait till morning to get it. But morning wasn't a option since this oil was for a client of mine and they where leaving in the morning. So waisted another hour of my time driving clear to plains to get what I needed there. Don't tell someone you have there order ready when you don't have the order ready!!! Never coming back to this location again I'll just goto plains napa from the start.

In addition to fast service, the employees at NAPA are super kind and helpful.I've been in and out of the business all weekend. I'm always satisfied with the service. Today they helped find the correct tail light for my car, and then they even installed it free of charge.

Well I like Napa but Napa down on Broadway in Missoula Chris is his name he's with paint they f***** me and stuck me with a mess to deal with for their own stupidity so one store can f*** it for the rest Missoula

We drove out from Seattle, and on day 2 of our drive, the splashguard started to drag the tire and ground. Even though I did some taping and zip-tying on the way, it was not going to be enough. The guys at Napa were very helpful. Alan(?) got down on the ground in front of the store and helped secure the wheel-well guard with zip ties. While we needed more help later in our trip when the center portion of the splashguard came off, Alan's work held up and allowed us to make it to Yellowstone.The store also had the turn signal bulb that had broken on our journey. Alan helped us install, and we are so grateful for his willingness to go the extra mile for a couple of damsels in distress.

We were on our way home to Oregon from visiting family in Cody and lost our alternator. Fortunately for us Superior was the next exit. We got there a little before 8:00 Saturday morning and took a walk around town until they opened at 9:00. Matt was extremely helpful and went above and beyond and made us feel very welcome in that beautiful little town. He had our alternator in stock and in about 15 minutes my husband had it on. Had a great chat while we finished up about the area and hunting and we were on our way. Thank you!!

My daughter had her vehicle serviced at home before leaving to go to Spokane. She doesn't check fluids, smh. Said she kept smelling a burnt smell. I checked in Superior, they didn't put her oil cap back on! John at NAPA tried 2 or 3 that were supposed to fit her vehicle, but they didn't work. After a lot of talk of ways to get us to where we could get an oil cap, the boss had the same vehicle & sold us the oil cap off of his. That's not an example of how we do things in Montana, but nice customer service! Thanks Superior NAPA!

I had a blown radio fuse and didnt have a tester or know where its located. My radio is extremely important to me. Kieth came out and found the box it was in and pulled it out. It was blown. and he put a new one in, that was actually in the box lid. He is awesome!

Guy behind counter very helpful and store had everything I needed. Didn't show up when I used GPS to find auto parts store. I saw sign when about to get on highway ramp

Good with customer service. If I need a part and can't get to missoula. Keith is grwat to deal with! Helps find high end and even economical parts for my good car and the beater!

Aaron was a rockstar! We were stranded in Superior with car trouble on a cross country trip. He went out of his way to help us. Got the needed part to Superior quickly and provided assistance with getting the part installed and us back on the road. Thank you Aaron and Napa auto parts!! Y'all saved the day for a couple of weary travelers

NOT Open on Sundays like the website says. Sign on door says call for after hours service and a $10 fee will be charged. Called the number, no answer. Fix your website to reflect correct hours.

Stopped by because my check engine light came on while on I90. They were very helpful! I would come to them for anything if I lived closer by!
