Highly recommend this place to everyone.Love my new trailer.I personally have been in the market for a new car trailer for over a year and stumbled into this place by accident and Im glad I did. Great price, unbeatable features on trailers, and exceptional customer service. Owner Mike and staff members Zack and Jack where awesome to deal with. I will be sending friends and family to buy trailers from M and M.

I bought a raft trailer, #14357, 10 years ago and have no regrets. I had a small issue with some wire rubbing on the frame in the beginning but fixed that once and it s never been an issue since. I still have all the original wood decking and I ve never even reapplied stain. I probably should though. The trailer can be a little loud going down a bumpy road empty. The way the boards are captured allows them to rattle and all the loose tie downs can clank. When the tie downs are used and there is something on the boards I don t notice it. I would definitely buy another one though. Great customer service and a very affordable product.

We have purchased two trailers from Mike, and couldn t be happier. I don t know how he can stay in business with the prices he charges and the service he gives. I recently called Mike up to discuss some damage on my trailer, and honestly it was probably my fault. Mike asked me when was the last time I had my deck stained, and told me to bring the trailer in. He stained my deck boards, repaired the damage, greased my bearings, etc., all for free. I got back basically a brand new trailer and headed on down the road. Also, I saw a negative review about how Mike does trailer registration, I can confirm if you are registering your trailer in Montana it s going to save you a TON of money.

Working with the owner Mike and his crew, I have to give a kudos to the absolute craftsmanship of their trailers. High quality and very affordable. And to sweeten the deal, awesome customer service. Don't pass up these trailers. Don't pass up their service. Thank you Mike!

Drove up a new 14 ft raft trailor from Montana to Alaska this spring w 15 inch tires. The trailor ripped the bumpy unfinished road thru the Yukon like a charm. I was extremely impressed, the trailor caught air several times in the worst hiway transition areas at hi speed and everything responded and reacted just fine. Between hauling the trailor to Alaska, now hauling a boat every where I go, my average mpg only goes down .1 mpg. I love this trailor, stoked to get another 1 in the future. Worth every penny, Mike and his crew are great, I highly recommend to anyone/every 1extremely professional customer service and product. Thanks Mike and Jack, you guys are the best! Teddy from Alaska

Mike was very helpful. Went out of his way to show me how to properly secure my trailer. I ve had several trailers over the years and this one is by far the best quality. He s a supporter of our troops and a great American! Worth the trip to Stevensville!

Mike does a great job and basically custom made the trailer for me for my side by side. I cannot recommend M&M enough. I've delt with Mike for over 30 years and give him thumbs up always.

An absolutely wonderful experience meeting Mike, the owner. No one has ever asked me to bring a product back so the bearings can be re- greased, touch up the paint, and re-stain the decking! This after 1500-2000 miles on the trailer. He goes through every detail he does to build a quality trailer. No one can touch the quality of Mike s trailers, regardless of price point. He has stood by his trailers for 34 years. He has customers returning their trailers after 24 years for a tuneup. Unbelievable service!!!! A very honest man who loves what he does. I would recommend anyone who wants a trailer to visit M&M Trailers.

My husband and I went to this location to look at a trailer. We showed up and we checked in because we were going to look around as to what he had to offer as well. My husband absolutely fell in love with the trailer that we purchased, and is so thrilled about it. The owner really gave us all the details we needed about it, and made sure we knew how to take precaution before so that way our safety was in check. He was on point with trying to help us out and not just out to get our money. We are in the process of possibly making another deal with him. So happy with the trailer we got and his customer service was great. Would highly recommend coming to him. :)

Just bought a 12 foot raft trailer from Mike. All I can say is awesome! Much better than anything of similar price. Got the 15 inch tires. Very impressed. Thanks Mike. Bill from Pullman!

Michael's a great man and does wonderful things for the community. Most of these negative reviews are from people who are either Snappy or rude and didn't want to take the time to get to know him or were trying to rush him. So as long as you Grant Michael the courtesy you would give to another person I guarantee you will have no better experience buying a trailer from anyone else.

I had a great experience at M&M. Mike and Shawn were extremely helpful. Mike was very willing to bargin to assure that I was satisfied and Shawn got right to work doing some last minute improvements and upgrades to the trailer I bought. I also loved the old-time atmosphere of the road-side mechanics shop. I'll definitely go back there for either car, trailers or welding. Shawn is an excellent welder and fast.

We picked up our raft trailer on Friday. The quality is top notch and the men working there were extremely nice and helpful. The trailer is exactly what we wanted and the most reasonably priced raft specific trailer with a motorcycle platform (including many extras) we have been able to find during our extensive research. I highly recommend this place for raft trailers.

I have literally never had a worse business experience than dealing with M+M Trailer and I also do not like the trailer quality. I recommend NOT buying a trailer here. My trailer was missing rollers on the back. The management would not modestly accommodate me by staying a little late one evening while I was driving near Stevensville on the way home from the Salmon River so that these rollers could be added. Without these rollers, the trailer cuts my raft bottom, so I use duct tape as a fix. As to the trailer, they are too heavy to be manageable - the tonque weight is incredibly heavy and hard to move with one person. In addition, they weld all the accessories like the tongue jack on, so you can't replace any parts without using a cutting torch to remove them. Finally, while the owner will go to great lengths telling you how great his trailers are and how many he has sold, he is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in any business transaction.Update: based upon the owner's response, I think it is very clear for anyone to see how bad of a business experience this was for me. This shop is open 40 hours per week and the owner was unwilling to meet me within one hour after closing time on a Thursday and also within one hour before 9 AM the following Friday morning, which were the hours I was passing through town.

DON T BUY A TRAILER FROM HERE!!!We did. We did everything he said to and because he didn t do the VIN number right, according to the state of Montana, we have a car trailer in Texas that we can not get licensed in either state. Will he, the owner of this company, help us? He won t even answer our calls!!! So, we have a useless trailer. And better check the welds if you get a trailer from him. Just a heads up.This has nothing to do with Texas sales tax and everything to do with the fact M&M auto sent us off to Texas with a trailer that the builder (M&M Auto) did not get inspected right. According to Montana, the trailer needs to be inspected before the vin number was put on. If you have that documentation, maybe you should get it to us, so we can get a plate for it...in Texas. The paperwork is not right for either state. We live in Texas, so any vehicle we have in our state, we have to pay sales tax.

Mike is a really nice guy and was willing to work out a good deal. I regret not looking the car over more and having a shop look at EVERYTHING. I had to replace wheel bearings, ball joint, brake rotor, preheater hose, and the heater fan crapped out after a few weeks of having it. I got the feel they polish and lube cars to get them sold not reliable, leaving the purchaser to fix a partial lemon. I was also lead to believe it would come with an extra set of rims/tires, which never happened once I bought the car and they still wont follow through on their promise. All that aside I got a good beater rig at a good price and all used cars are going to have some issues, but I have spent almost as much on repairs as I did on the car.

Bought a trailer in April and hauled maybe a dozens loads....faulty bolt on spring equalizer caused more damage that the owner then argued with me about. 10,500 GVW and never hauled over 7,000 lbs on it. I love the trailer but the arguing owner that called me a liar was not pleasant. (I have been a mechanic and truck driver for 20 years) do not buy from here! Will not be honoring the lifetime warranty he claims to give every customer.

Mike, Suzanne, and their employees have above and beyond customer service. They are always willing to help and extremely professional. I would recommend buying a trailer from them! I purchased a raft trailer and they have always performed maintenance I. A timely and affordable fashion.

Just pulled in to look at a raft trailer. Headed to the office to check in like the sign said. Got out and was greeted by a nice guy who asked what we were interested in and then another guy started yelling at us from a golf cart. Total @$$. I told the nice guy that I had seen enough. My advice spend your money at one of the other trailer shops in the valley.

Do not buy a vehicle from these people without having the vehicle checked out by your own mechanic first! I bought a truck from them, paid 3500 for it and haven't had it for long and now have to put 1000+ into it to keep it on the road. The drive train is bad not to mention a list of other things. How do you sell a vehicle in good faith that is going to break down and cost even more money? The vehicle wasn't worth what I paid for it. Not even close. Fair warning have it checked out before you buy.

Hey Folks,I needed a 20' trailer for my new river raft. M and M usually makes 16 trailers for rafts, but the owner Mike, did everything possible to deliver a beautiful, well crafted river raft trailer for my family. The rollers on the back and the absents of sharpe points throughout the trailers make it perfect for launching into deep water. I can handle the off loading of a mulit day raft by myself. On the days off the river, I've used the trailer to build a 12x20 shed. The pros at Home Depot keep asking me where I bought the trailer after seeing how easy it is to load 20 lumber onto the trailer.I called Mike up to tell him how functional it has been for us and he thanked me and stated he'll "change the bearings and apply touch up paint for me for just a hand shake. " We really appreciated Mike and his wife's open honest manner of conducting business and will refer everyone that wants great product and service.Keith and Gladene

I paid Mike nearly $3000 for a custom raft trailer, the trailer was incomplete and the options were wrong at time of pick up.He also didn't paint the underside of my trailer, when I called to discuss with him he shouted racial slurs and absolutely lost his mind. Cost me an extra $500 to have someone else complete his very insufficient work.

Mike has the best customer service around. He was a pleasure to deal with and is very generous. If you need a raft trailer, buy one from M & M. You won't be disappointed!

Junk, buckled first time it was used, had professional box/repair the frame. Spair tire mount weld cracked completely within the first 100 miles of use. Flimsy trailer with very poor/rude service after the sale. Has heavy duty axles, but poorly designed frame. $4K njunklessolearned.

This business is now in Stevensville and named "M&M Auto&Welding Trailer Sales"; his demeanor is still as poor, and for some one who claims "I've been in business 26 years, and I know what I'm doing", he couldn't even fix a simple wiring harness on my "throw away trailer" (his words). He said he could fix it, even volunteered to do more than I asked, and I was okay with that, and a month later he hadn't even touched the trailer. He told me he wouldn't work on it and to come get it. He cussed me out and told me to take my business elsewhere.

A friend and I just went to test drive and purchase a White Honda Civic from M&M in Stevensville. The customer service my friend and I received is the worst that I have ever encountered. I had cash on hand and was prepared to test drive and purchase the vehicle. The sales associate that greeted us asked "What can I help you guys with?" He failed to introduce himself and this came off as being very unprofessional. As soon as we asked if we could test drive a car he asked us if we had cash (which we replied and said yes) but he disregarded our reply and began to rant and complain about previous customers continuously for several minutes. Immediately my friend and I were appalled at the way he was representing himself and the business. After trying to interject that we were interested in buying the car several times and that we had cash, we gave up and began walking to our vehicle. He then yelled at us "Oh, so you're gonna get mad and walk away huh?" I was very frustrated at this point and I could see that no transaction would occur so I replied "Whatever you say Chubs" He then replied to me "If you're going to call me names I'm going to knock you on your ass." He then yelled at us to "get out of here you punk ass kids." I should also state that when he came to talk to us he didn't walk over to us, he drove a backhoe toward us and stayed sitting in the seat while giving his 'sales pitch'. We were very surprised and taken back by his behavior and the fact that he threatened me with physical harm shows that this employee and business is a joke and they should not be taken seriously. The actions of the sales associate show that he has no integrity and this reflects directly upon M&M. If anyone is looking to walk away feeling good about a purchase or feeling like they have been treated fairly, they shouldn't go to M&M.

Best raft trailer you'll find. Well thought out design that will make your days on river more fun and less work. We drove up from Colorado to get our, and it was totally worth it.

Dude is an absolute slime ball. Wouldn't even let me look under the hood AND wanted cash in hand to take a test drive. One of his guys HAS to be there for the test drive and can ok only go in 5 miles whichever direction you go. Won't allow you to take it to a mechanic to check anything out. Absolutely a shady POS. Be careful!!!
