I normally use this les schwab because over the last 20 years they've been great. The last 3 visits have been a disconcerting exception. First time I was told my brakes were gone so I brought it in to my mechanic, and they were fine. Second time I was told my cv boots were torn and needed replacement. Again they were fine. Today I had my winter tires taken off, and by the time I hit missoula one of my tires was completely flat. Please rectify these issues so I can keep coming back.

These guys always crush it! With it being tough to find trustworthy mechanics that you're willing to hand your baby off to, this place makes it easy. Excellent care and honest feedback everytime. Fantastic customer service and solid work all around by the whole crew. Highly recommended!

Les Schwab, Stevensville, MT purposely sends their monthly bills out one or two days maximum, from the due date so, if you mailed your payments the DAY you got the statement they would be late, and they can charge you a late fee. This business practice is despicable, and they should be rated 0.00 out of 10 for this business practice. The bills should be received no later than 10 days prior to the due date so people can pay by mail.

Came in when they were extremely busy with a flat tire and a time crunch before I had to get to work. Everyone working was extremely personable, kind and they were able to get me on their work list and back on the road as soon as possible. I have never had a better experience at any Les Schwab location. These guys out in Stevensville all deserve a raise!

My account got charged 1302.00. Which wasn't my bill. The manager was very rude when I was trying to get the issue resolved. Jason the manager there ( Stevensville Les Schwab) made it clear he didn't want to help. The manager (Jason) definitely should not be a manager. So Icalled Les Schwab in Bend Oregon and the lady's help me get it resolved. The 1302.00 was removed from my account.Time to take my business to Hamilton.

I will never be taking my vehicles to a les schwab ever again especially not this one. Not only did they not check the back sides of my brakes and told me they were fine (which they weren't) they ruined my floor shifter. Then after putting me off for a month and a half refused to repair the damages they did to my vehicle. If I was anyone looking at this review I'd go to a Tire Rama at least they won't break your vehicle.

Not much to say, they are Les Schwab by the old standard!! Keep it up!! Jon Von always gets it done! That's not to say the rest of the team doesn't work their butts off!! They performed an alignment on a lifter 2nd Gen Ram 2500 and nailed it! Truck drives better than new and after a wheel balance this truck drives amazing. Thank you!!

Wonderfully friendly and accommodating garage.We were passing through town with damaged wheel wires. Although they did not have the part on hand to repair immediately, they did fir us in and made the diagnosis. Remarkably, they refused paymentWish we could have stayed for the full repair.

Bought our tires at Jerry's Hamilton Les Schwab; no nonsense. Took our car for it's scheduled tire rotation in Stevi March 10th 2023; no nonsense. Today we took it in for its scheduled rotation and the manager Jon comes out and says, "We have a problem." Then proceeds to procure 2 stripped lugnuts from his pocket and tell me ALL of my lugnuts are stripped and need replaced. That would be $120.00. When I asked the front desk staff why this wasn't mentioned March 10th, she proceeded to tell me there was no record of our rotation on the 10th. When I leaned over and saw it on the computer screen only then did she confirm that we did indeed have it last serviced there March 10th. This is shady at best and negligent at worst, Les Schwab Stevensville were the last folks to touch our tires/ lugnuts. Also suddenly had $900.00 more of work that needed to be done and they sent me with a quote. All of this happened in a 3 month time span? I smell a rat. I'm not saying they're dishonest but you can make that call. My spider sense for bs is highly accurate and I didn't like the shenanigans. I like new things and I'm not sad I had to pay $120.00 but was it necessary? Idk. Should this have been mentioned March 10th? Probably.

Trying to make me replace multiple parts that were fine according to tire rama. Tire Rama didn't even recommend replacing a single thing. (Update) the back squeaking shock is the reason why I went in there and it turns out I just needed to pressure wash it. I understand now how they make their money for sure.

Took my trailer in to get a tire repaired. They told me it was unrepairable, so they would need to put a new tire on so being as I usually trust them I told them to go ahead with replacing it. Costed 236 for the new tire. I didn't really have time to check and make sure they did what they had said as I was on a project and needed the trailer so I hooked up and left. Well today I went and hooked up to my trailer today getting ready for a job and the same tire was still flat. Put the spare tire on so this time I will make sure I actually get a new tire to replace the one that was flat and not have this issue again I hope.

They treated me so well when I had my car towed there after one of my tires blew out on the highway! Reasonable prices, quick work, and super, SUPER friendly staff. Couldn t have asked for better. Thank you so much, Les Schwab!!!

How come this company didn't start the saying, "this is how we roll?" They have great customer service over here in Stevensville. Better than Missoula I think, but it's been a while since I've been back to the Missoula store so maybe it's different now. Anyway, if you are looking for service, informed help with suggestions with knowledge, this is a good place to go for your tires. They have a really good selection too.

My tire pressure light came on on my way to work, I pulled in right at 6pm when they were just closing seeing if they could put air in to allow me to make it to work. Not only did Joe check all my tires, he told me he would just fix it right there for me, even though the tire center was closing. There s a great group of people working there and I will continue my business there as well as recommending them to others!

Don't do business with these clowns! I've come here for years only to be disappointed in how they continue to look for ways to take advantage of people trying to save money. Les Schwab has gone down hill and sticking it to their customers will be the end of what used to be a fantastic company. Take your business elsewhere you'd be better off. There is a small towing business right down the road that'll do the same work for half the price!!! Help grow smaller businesses that are willing to evolve and earn your loyalty. Les Schwab is no longer what it used to be.

I booked an apt for 10:30 for a tire balance, the tires I have on my car are pretty difficult & he let me know they will do the best they can. Front desk was very kind, while they had a few customers come in and start unnecessary drama & using profanity to the technicians about how unrealistic their online appointment making is. When in reality it s their to help people who would like to schedule ahead of time, while they continue to help others that walk in.The technicians remained very kind and understanding of everyone. I don t know if they have a normal front desk person to run the show, so the technicians were working on the cars and stopped in their tracks to come help a customer as soon as they walked in. You can truly see the hard working people in this place, and the patience they have with everyone is amazing. Thank you very much for your hard work & service!

Left my 2010 Dodge Ram at 11am to have the front end alignment and rims installed, came back almost 4 hours later and my truck hadn't even moved. Got my keys and left, i ordered tires for my wife's car and will be canceling them.

The service at the alignment center is 5 stars, I am giving it two to make management read this post. It is extremely hot in the corner of this glass office. The folks that helped me were sweating profusely. The cost of a mini split cooling only option would cost a fraction of what these folks make this company a day in that building.

Had a real good experience there. Great service honest prices not to much waiting. Recommended.I was having a warning light flash on my dash board about the Tire pressure being inadequate. I pulled into this Led Schwab and spoke with the Service manager and was immediately attended to. Expected to have to sit and wait for a bit but not this time. Was really satisfying to get taken care of right away. They went to all four tires regained each one and added the correct amount of air pressure. Ended up taking a short 20 minutes and my personnel favorite part of this experience was that it was FREE. So a lot of worry ended up for not.... Great service to boot.....

I've been a Harper's customer for over 20 years now and always appreciated there customer service and integrity, but today was quoted $65 per tire to mount and balance tires I brought in. Well thanks for 20 years. I will not be back.

I love Les Schwab s. I brought my flat tire in to be fixed. Everyone there is so helpful. They fixed my flat for free in a much shorter time than expected. And the free popcorn made a satisfying lunch while I waited.

Brought tires in to switch over to studded. They swapped them out and did a terrible job. My tire went flat 2 minutes after leaving. They damaged the valve stem, and didn't check to see if the tire even held air. It destroyed the tire. I brought it back and they denied doing anything wrong and then put the wrong size scab tire on, and had to take it back again to put my original tire back on and then they forgot the hub cap, and I had to ask them to put it on. It's a good thing I wasn't unable to deal with the tire, because they just didn't seem to care. Two other people were complaining about the service with their tires while we were there. No integrity to own up to their mistake, and apparently not doing their safety checks correctly.Edit: they corrected their mistake. Problem solved. Thanks very much.

Recently got a flat, took the tire off and brought it to Stevensville Les Schwab. Front desk was very polite, cheery and helpful. We were expecting to drop some cash on a brand new tire but they were able to catch up our old one instead, free of charge! Our whole visit there was less than a half hour, very quick and friendly service. Will return if needed. They also have free ice cream, popcorn, and coffee while you wait, as well as children's coloring books and crayons on a few tables.

After waiting 2 1/2 hours I was told the tech that was suppose to work on my tractor tire decided to go to lunch. I was told when I showed up that it would be 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. Needless to say it wasted 4 hrs out of my day and I left with the unrepaired tire. They lost a lifelong customer.

I dropped in to see about getting new tires and an alignment to my car. Got an appt for Saturday. I wanted to get it done before the winter rush, they were very nice and organized, got my appt. I definitely will be going back as needed and recommend them highly.

I was charged $34.00 for just having 2 tires balanced. They didn't have to mount or anything else. They are way too expensive and way over charge. I wouldn't recommend them nor will I go there for anything. I can't afford their acsorbatant prices.

The service at this Les Schwab is exceptional. They go out of their way to fit us in no matter how busy they are. Their warranty is the best. Excellent selection and very helpful in helping us choose the right tires for our vehicles. Their free vehicle pre-trip check is another much appreciated service.
